They were remodeling but should have done one floor at a time. The paint fumes gave me a severe headache. There were no end tables to put anything on by the bed. Paint on the floor putty going into the bathroom hallways had plastic on the floor, where you almost fell slipping on it. All the rooms around me were being gutted. This was a horrible experience.

The front desk clerk was amazing. He was very polite,.professional, and helpful. The room we booked was clean and smelled nice. It was cozy and comfortable. The beds were too hard for me but I don't care for firm mattresses. The pillows were nice and fluffy. The coffee was good. The building was under some construction and the elevator felt a little rickety but our overall stay was really good. I would be happy to stay at another Candlewood Suites in the future.

The motel is under extreme renovation. There were mattresses stacked in the lobby and the hallway down from our room was not sealed off. There was total disarray of paint, sheetrock, plaster, trash/ debris in he hallway and rooms with no doors. Toilets not installed. Rolls of carpet leaning against wall. Trip hazards at the elevator it was a total mess and should not be renting out rooms. They should not be renting out rooms on the floors that are being renovated. The Sheetrock dust was everywhere. We really should be refunded for the rental on this mess. The staff was amazing and I feel badly they have to work in this condition. I have photos is needed.

There was no heads up that the property was under renovation. The employees who were remodeling the property would be in the parking lot drinking blasting music until late in the evening. The room we got was a newly renovated one and was pretty awesome. Lobby staff and cleaning staff were really nice.

They are renovating the property so there's equipment and material very visible to anyone driving up to the property. We found mold in the shower and our toilet rocked front and backward, gives the feeling of falling off.

Staff were excellent, but, the property needs much renovation. In motel room, doors were hanging off cabinets, had to fix toilet because it wouldn’t flush, staff came and had to fix tv because remote did not work. Also, no coffee was offered in the lobby in the mornings.

The bathroom had loose tiles all around the tub. The shower curtain was too short and sprayed water all over the floor which it appears cause the list tiles. Some shoddy drywall repair from water damage.
