Great facilities, very clean & a helpful staff. Pool area could use some attention (seating, umbrellas, paint, etc) Will return.

Stay was very nice, staff was very welcoming and helpful. Beds were extremely comfortable and we were well taken care of! Only problem we had was with the pool area which need better upkeep and maintenance.

The 3rd floor was being worked on but our rooms had not been upgraded. The carpet was dirty. The window curtains did not close accurately. The staff was excellent though.

It was just barely ok. If it wasnt for the breakfast it would have really sucked. There were things all around the property that were crappy. Our refrigerator didn't work. Phone didn't work. Drsk chair was broke and crappy looking. Gym was closed. Pool needs repainting. Front desk guy or whatever it was the 1st night was rude and a joke about the stuff being broke. No ice maker on the 2nd floor. As much as i paid i was generally disappointed. We wont be back.

Gym closed, pool area is dangerously in need of care. The hot tub was unusable & the furniture was broken & rusted with sharp metal edges sticking out. Had to go ask for towels.

We specifically booked this hotel because it had a jacuzzi. We were told it was broken. There was construction going which we didn’t mind. But there were roaches little one crawling on the walls. The breakfast was not very good. Sadly I have had way better at a Quinta (which is way cheaper). The eggs were dry and had burnt pieces. The sausage was dry and over cooked. The potatoes were undercooked. The cereal was my last option and that was the only thing I enjoyed eating. The attendant in charge of the food was too busy on her phone the entire time. The mini fridge never got our drinks cold. The TV was horrible. The Chanel’s were strange. The guide said one thing and when you would go to that Chanel that isn't what was playing. This was by far one of the worst stays.

Nice and clean would stay again but really needs exercise room in better condition machines not working

The walls in the room & bathroom need work. The tub needs to be cleaned or fixed; had “black stuff” in it- yuck! NICE staff & breakfast!!!

It was awful. Our room had bed bugs, so we got a new room. It seemed fine but we're worried about them spreading. The hotel could not refund our start because it was done via hotels.com

We can always count on Holiday Inn Express for a nice and clean room. The breakfast was very good, also.

I complained to the front desk about the condition of the pool and was told they were working on it. I was there two days and it was never worked on. My room smelled like mold and the curtains were torn and shredded. I was very disappointed and when I spoke to the manager, she seemed to not care and just said “oh well.” Will not stay here again.

The employees were nice and accommodating. The room smelled of mold, the ac barely worked thermostat was set at 66 and it never got below 75. The curtains literally were tattered. The chair at the desk in the room had fabric peeled off. As for the free breakfast, the coffee was so bad , we decided to go elsewhere to eat.

The room was clean. The room smelled musty. There is construction/remodeling going on at this location.

Rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good.

Room was to small

I booked a stay for Monday-Friday due to a class I was attending for work. Upon check-in, I was told that the room card machine was not working so the desk lady would have to let me in my room anytime I decided to leave. The internet worked fine the first night, but then stopped working the next day and it was never fixed. I needed internet for the class I was taking but all I heard from the desk girl was "I called the technician blah blah blah". Apparently neither her, management, or the tech really cared about the issue. The 24 hour fitness center was closed for "repairs". On the 3rd day, I walked in the bathroom and stepped on to a floor flooded with toilet water (my socks soaking wet)! I told the desk girl and she called the maintenance guy to come have a look at the leaking toilet. I had to switch rooms and while I was packing, the maintenance guy showed up and acted like he was disturbed because he had gotten the call. It's called "doing your job", but he didn't seem to understand that. Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. It's a hotel filled with a bunch of incompetent people (management included) that have no clue about customer service. Do yourself a favor and AVOID this hotel at all costs!!!

The room (king handicap accessible) was great, but all hotels with handicap spots put then in front next to the street. This place was very noisy until after midnight, other than the noise, the place was great.

The sleeping was so comfortable so fluffy. Could not get the blackout curtains to close but that was the only thing I found.

Pool needs work rooms are soo humid carpet feels moist on the bottom of your feet…

The only thing that was a let down was the TV didn't work.

Check in was easy and fast, the home made cookies were delicious and the front desk gentleman was so nice and informative. The room was nice and clean, comfortable bed, bathroom clean and the dove soap is a nice touch. Will definitely stay here again!

Booked this hotel specifically because we needed 3 beds as we are traveling with our two grown children. We booked and payed for the suite which has two queens and a pullout couch. Upon checking in the young lady Informed us our room type was not available and we should have booked directly through them. She told us we could look elsewhere all while on her cell phone. We did look but all other hotels were booked as we were in a smaller town. Could not believe the unprofessional behavior. We took the room and were trying to make it work. Went to room to use the restroom, the toilet was broke. Again the young lady was on her cell phone, she said goodbye to her “mom” on the cell phone and stated she could give us two rooms. Why was this not offered when our suite was given away? Walked into the room 136, the sitting chairs were both stained, stains on the carpet, material peeling off of the office chair. The pullout mattress had brown stains on it. Not impressed at all. Fitness room was closed the entire time we were there, pool needs room key AND you have to walk to front desk and wait for them to come down and unlock ANOTHER lock for you. Confused as to why all the locks and hassles just to get into pool. The gentleman we spoke to upon check out was very professional and apologetic about the room situation. Stating that Expedia sent incorrect information. Unfortunately we would highly NOT recommend this hotel and it definitely will not be one we stay at next time.
