Went for a girls weekend. The room was clean and spacious. Staff and front desk were very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. Only thing I would have wanted differently was the hot tub wasn't very strong. Other than that I would highly recommend staying here. I also wasn't happy about paying for parking.

Stayed at this hotel in March of 2025 for the NCAA Tournament at the Amica Mutual Pavilion. Wish I could give this hotel more than 5 stars because it deserves it. Nice, quiet and clean location. All the hotel staff I encountered were friendly, aiming to help and willing to go out of their way to improve my stay. My room was clean and comfortable and the fitness center was perfect for my morning exercise. The pool and hot tub were one of the reasons I chose this hotel and they were excellent too. Breakfast the hotel served had plenty of options and was always very good. On Wednesday evening they served a dinner for guests which was delicious and convenient for me since I checked in on a Wednesday and was too exhausted from traveling to fix something on my own. If I visit the Providence area in the future I will definitely be booking this hotel, again!

The staff was excellent. The rooms were clean. The pool was the only thing that seemed to be dirty. We were the first ones in the pool in the am and there was a bandaid and a huge ball of hair at the bottom of the pool. There was also hair all around on the floor.

A memory we will never forget! If you stay at a hotel staying at the suites here is the way to go! Much more room to spread out. The only frustration was the key card system. We kept getting locked out of our room because the card needed to be reset. The breakfast included wasnt that great either.

It was a good stay the room was clean and staff were friendly My only negative is the pool has so much chlorine our skin has red rash and our eyes were burning my toddler was coughing we lasted 5 mins before rushing to the shower to get the chemical off the kids The kids were bummed out

The room was dirty, as soon as I went into the room there were fruit flies everywhere. The sink was dirty from left over food it smelled disgusting. I notified the front desk and they told me there was nothing they could do due to the fact I went thru a third party. I stayed the night with my two daughters ages 10 and 11 and my son age 7 reluctantly. I will not be going back and honestly I don’t think I will be going thru hotels.com anymore.

I liked that we had an accesible kitchen in the room didn’t like that most of the dishes were not properly cleaned. Although we still would have pre washed them you can tell that the cups had lipstick stains on them and a pot was not properly cleaned out. The bathroom had some mold on the ceiling. Aside from that and the bed was very hard to sleep on, we had a great time the cleaning staff were absolutely pleasant and the stay was nice and quiet and our family had a great time!

There are working on upgrades. Bathtub feels like it’s caving in. Thermostat and microwaves are super old. Front desk staff generally unfriendly and hid behind a door.

Very hot for the first 24 hours. Turned heat off opened the windows but took forever to cool down. Ceiling fan wasn’t usable for first 12+ hours due to it squeaking. Had to have maintenance come fix it. Could use some updating. Pretty outdated for the price. Breakfast was decent

Accommodations were great. Stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. Plenty of space for my husband and I along with two teenage boys. Room was clean and spacious but had a lot of extra furniture in it that did not make sense such as desk in bedroom, dresser in living room. Felt a bit crowded and unnecessary. I assume the room was under renovation as there were missing electrical socket and light plates and no door lock panel. Check in was easy. Receptionist was very pleasant. Breakfast was delicious and offered a lot of variety. Pool was nice and my boys enjoyed the basketball court very much. I would not hesitate to go back.

Great option overall, I really enjoyed the hot tub! The TV wasn’t a smart TV so accessing Netflix/Youtube etc. was not available. However, the front desk did mention that they were in the process of installing the new smart TVs.

The only suggestion was to have someone service the AC in room 326. It was extremely noisy in the bedroom as the HVAC unit is housed in a closet by the bed. So that was a bit noisy while sleeping but we were grateful for the AC given the heat! Thanks again - staff is really helpful and friendly. Appreciated having a gluten free options for breakfast. See you for our next RI visit!

Upon arrival we were told that our reservation was invalid. “You booked it through a third party who never scheduled it with us.” “There are no rooms available.” NO expression of concern. NO offer to help until pressed for a solution. ZERO professionalism. ZERO consideration or compassion. Condescending. Rude. Unfriendly. Ashley at the front desk was the absolute worse of customer service that we’ve ever experienced. We will NEVER go back to this facility.

3X, no staff was available at obby and were very slow to respond. During check out at 4:30am, no staff was available in the lobby and after lengthy clapping and wait, one showed up sleep walking. On another note, the manager told me to bring down the trashes to lobby and the other staff said why did you bring the trashes here. However, many thanks to the kitchen staff for the delicious breakfast, they were awesome.

I booked this through hotels.com - I don't think I will do that again, since hotels.com didn't update their site to include the fact that the pool/hot tub were closed. We picked this location primarily for that but in addition to some other amenities like the free breakfast (which was great). When we arrived we were super disappointed. Felicia and Ryan immediately came to help. Actually searching other hotels for us after learning we were having a girls weekend. Not just telling us hotels, but searching. It allowed us to make a connection to the hotel. We ultimately decided to stay. They treated us with some champagne and then when our room didn't have king bed (as I booked on hotels.com) they upgraded us. They made us feel important and valued. They made the difference in us deciding we were going to stay. All the rest of the staff was wonderful too. I believe it was Ashley that assisted us too. We got a late check out and spent the afternoon in the lobby area which was awesomely set up for lounging, watching TV (with a fireplace) AND playing games. One of the girls was waiting for her flight so this made for a perfect place to hang. Next time I book directly. But many thanks for helping our weekend be fun and carefree.

The location is close enough to Providence-Warwick without the higher prices. It is conveniently located by the airport which has a good amount of bars and restaurants within a short drive. The suite had comfortable pillows and beds we will be returning

Nice hotel about 12-15 min outside of downtown Providence with some pretty decent breakfast included. They even have a taco bar for breakfast. Pretty nice pool/hot tub area that we saw but never used. All in all, I would definitely stay here again.

It was a very nice stay. The hotel was well kept, the staff were friendly and helpful. They had the best hotel breakfast that I have ever experienced, & there were people we could ask about food allergies during breakfast time. One could tell some things were worn, but they were reasonably well kept.
