Hotel description is completely misleading. There is no parking. In fact, the public parking garage that they advertise as theirs, costs 60e a day. I left the hotel feeling robbed

The hotel is located in a good area, it’s clean and near stores. What I didn’t like was that at nights when I arrived late there was no one at the front desk. They probably were somewhere, but not visible. This made me uncomfortable because anyone can walk in undetected. NOT SAFE.

We loved our stay here! The location was amazing…an easy walk to the Christmas Markets and other sights of Vienna. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again!!
