Radisson Blu Das Triest Hotel, Vienna

İlk verilen oda sessizlik talebimize uygun olmadığı için başvurduğumuz rezervasyon görevlisi bizimle odaları gezip bizi tam da istediğimiz gibi bir odaya yerleştirdi. Bundan sonrası artık harika geçti. Odadaki konfor yeterliydi. Banyo ve oda yeterli genişlikteydi. Terlikler zaten odada bulunması gerekirken talep üzerine verildi. Kahvaltı oldukça yeterliydi fakat oraya özgü sıcak yemek alternatiflerinin bulunmaması bence eksiklikti. (Belki kruvasan dışında hamur işleri vb gibi alternatifler olabilir.) Restoran çalışanları fevkalade gayretliydi. Sürekli boş tabakları topladılar ve misafirleri karşılayıp nasıl olduklarını sordular. Otel konumu çok merkeziydi. Eski şehir bölgesi, Naschmarkt ve Karlsplatz'a çok kısa bir yürüme mesafesindeydi. İstediğimiz her yere yürüyerek ve toplu taşımayla çok kolay bir şekilde ulaştık. Otel nezih bir bölgedeydi. Otelin avlusu çok huzurluydu. Hava yağmurlu olmasına rağmen oturma gruplarının şemsiyeleri sayesinde rahatça oturabildik. Lobide ücretsiz meyve, su ve şekerleme ikramı çok iyiydi. Oturma imkanları çok çeşitliydi, otel birkaç binanın birleşiminden oluştuğu için her binanın altındaki farklı konseptte oturma gruplarını deneyimleyebildik. Son olarak resepsiyonda görev yapan ve adı V ile başlayan görevliye, rahatça dinlenmemizi sağlayan bu kadar huzurlu ve sessiz bir oda ayarladığı için teşekkür ederim. Ayrıca kahvaltı salonunda görevli çalışanlara da teşekkür ederim. Bir daha Viyana'ya geldiğimde mutlaka burada kalmak isterim.

Was surprised by the overall feel of the hotel upon checkin. Other Radisson Blu hotels where I’ve stayed have nice, hip lobbies. This one felt significantly down market.

Gute Lage, um die wesentlichen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erreichen. Frühstück und Service gut. Wir konnten sogar sehr früh einchecken. Leider war die Luft im Zimmer extrem trocken, teilweise auch recht eng zugestellt. Beim Sessel besteht Verletzungsgefahr aufgrund der metallnen Füße. Der Saunabereich war leider ein Totalausfall. Keine Umkleide, keinen Spind, um Sachen zu verstauen. Eine Dusche ohne Wasser, die andere mit defektem Abfluss.

I’m so glad I stayed here! It’s super affordable compared to staying right in the city center. You can take the tram that’s literally 2 minute walking destination (tram number 1!!!) and TOUR almost the entire tourist spots for Vienna. Get the 24, 48, or 72 hour transportation ticket depending on how long you are staying. You can use it for any public transport (train, tram, bus, etc). The location is so perfect I cannot stress this enough. Also lots of food options for breakfast and dinner (make sure to reserve spots since things get booked up for dinner and breakfast). There is a grocery store right across the hotel. The infamous market for antiques and produce is literally 8 minute walk. There are lots of clothing shops. The hotel is perfect with good breakfast, a restaurant connected to it for food and drinks, and a great gym. Rooms are clean and roomy! The bed was very comfortable. 10/10 would recommend. The staff is super helpful and friendly— which you’ll know yourself the second you enter the hotel. Loved my stay here. Thank you!

The property staff were incredible and offered us a complementary room upgrade. They were very friendly. The room was large with a beautiful view. The fruit-infused water and candy in the lobby was a great touch.

Zimmer sehr groß und neu, alles top eingerichtet, ruhig, Superdusche Frühstück gut Lage zur Innenstadt gut, da alles zu Fuß machbar Sauna eher klein, aber ausreichend da kein Betrieb Etwas komisch war die komplette Ablehnung von Bargeld, obwohl gesetzlich vorgeschrieben, dass Barzahlungen möglich sein müssen…..

Rundum ein Erstklassiges Hotel, das die Bar um 22:20 schon geschlossen hat verwunderte mich in diesem Hotel doch sehr.

Liked the courtyard and the ambience in the bar. Alexander the bartender was excellent. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms nice in general.

Hotel room is covered in feces..My door to balcony did not lock. Food was mediocre at best.. They did not change our bed for 4 days.. I purposely drop apple juice on bottom sheet so that he or she would change the sheets. Carpets were covered in piss and dog feces..What a hotel hotel..

Check in counter staff was a bit unfriendly. Only 1 staff at the check in counter and we waited a while. Room is spacious but aircon was not functioning properly. We ask the staff to check as the room was so stuffy. The staff ask us to open the window for fresh air but it’s was so noisy and dusty. Bedding a bit dusty. No amenity provided. Tissue & Toilet paper was not replenish on day 3. Hotel only provides water on the day of arrival, we didn’t know the super market was closed on weekend. And was told we can purchase water at the hotel. However, it’s walking distance to attraction.

Not a great experience overall. I stayed for 4 nights in Room 208, and the noise at night was constant—every five minutes or so—which made it impossible to sleep. I reported the issue to reception four times, but was told the hotel was fully booked and that a room change wasn’t possible. In addition, for the second room (Room 210), there was no hand wash in the bathroom. We reported this issue four times as well, but it was never provided. We had to use body wash to wash our hands, which was quite inconvenient. Overall, very disappointed with the service and lack of response to basic guest needs.

Clean throughout the whole hotel. Helpful staff. Good breakfast with allergy labels for each food item. Close to metro and very walkable. Location is great. Rooms are a little small but otherwise excellent.

We verbleven recent in Radisson Blu Das Triest Hotel in Wenen. Over het algemeen was onze ervaring gemengd, met zowel positieve als teleurstellende punten. Pluspunten Het hotel voelt modern en schoon aan, alsof alles recent vernieuwd is. De locatie is uitstekend, met het centrum van Wenen en bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand. Het ontbijt was klein qua opzet, maar de kwaliteit van de producten was hoog. Het brood was vers en er werd duidelijk gekozen voor betere ingrediënten in plaats van kwantiteit. Minpunten De grootste teleurstelling was de kamer. De foto's op de website komen totaal niet overeen met de realiteit. Blijkbaar is er slechts één kamer zoals op de foto’s staat weergegeven. Dat is ronduit misleidend. De kamer die wij kregen had niet de inrichting of voorzieningen die we verwachtten. Zo waren er op de foto's drie tafels zichtbaar, maar in werkelijkheid was er alleen een klein tafeltje waar nauwelijks ruimte is om een laptop op te zetten. Voor wie van plan is wat werk te doen, is dit echt onpraktisch. Bij de receptie werd dit afgedaan met de mededeling dat de gefotografeerde kamer niet beschikbaar was en dat ze daar verder niets aan konden doen. Geen oplossing, geen tegemoetkoming. Ook qua schoonmaak was het wisselend. De eerste keer was alles keurig schoongemaakt, inclusief de glazen, maar de tweede schoonmaakbeurt was slordig en onvolledig. Large, clean and comfortable bed. short walk to any point within the center and the tram station was a short walk from the front door.

Das Zimmer mit Balkon war sehr schön. Mit Aussicht auf den Stephansdom! Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Ein sehr schönes Wochenende

Room looked like it has been recently refurbished and Reception staff were very efficient and courteous.

Rooms were superb and has a door to open for fresh air. Amenities was perfect. Staff at reception was low and was only issue but so friendly and very accommodating.

L’hôtel est bien situé, les chambres sont confortables. Mais les parties communes et l’entrée de l’hôtel ne sont pas très accueillantes. Un peu vieillot.

The room was very clean, and everything was functioning as advertised. Hotel looks and feels brand new. Superior room amenities include a small fridge and Nespresso machine. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Stuff was very helpful and friendly. The only thing I didn't like was the bathroom transparent glass. Whoever is in the room with you can see you shower (but thankfully not using the toilet). This trend is not one I support.

Das freundliche Personal!

Vi ankom tidligt og bagage blev opmagasineret. Vi udfyldte papirer for senere tjek in og alt var godt og go service. Da vi kom retur var der forvirring. De kunne ikke finde vores indtjekning, tidligere udfyldte papirer eller værelse. Det tog lang tid. Værelset vi så fik tildelt påstår jeg stadig ikke var hvad vi havde bestilt. Jeg var dybt skuffet og ked af det. Følte ikke jeg blev hørt og afvist. Dagen efter mødte jeg samme venlige dame som havde tjekket os ind allerførst. Hun var bekendt med gårsdagens forløb og vi fik straks tilbudt andet værelse. Det blev alligevel et dejligt ophold.

We spent our wedding anniversary at this hotel and it was truly a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel special and well cared for. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade and complimentary drinks, which made our stay even more memorable. A special thank you goes to Stefi, who was exceptionally kind, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. Her warm and friendly attitude made all the difference. Thank you once again for making our anniversary so special — we’ll definitely be back!

Everything was perfect. Very quiet beautiful hotel. Perfect location, within walking distance to the main tourist areas.

Excellent service de la part du personnel ! Endroit idéal près de tout. Situé à 2 minutes du métro Karlsplatz. Très facile d'accès depuis l'aéroport (30 min max via le train et métro) pour seulement 4,6 euros. Très bon buffet le matin. La qualité du matelas est A-1. Nous marchions plus de 10 km par jour et nous avions besoin de bien dormir. Assurément que nous y retournerons ! Excellent rapport qualité/prix.

Location is not central but within 15 mins of downtown while helps as it's not too noisy. Less than 10 min drive from Vienna Central station. Staff were extremely kind and helpful.

Very good hotel, recently refurbished. Excellent location, writhing walking distance from most of the city’s major attractions and well serviced by public transport. Its staff were friendly and professional. Only two points for improvement: 1) Since the designated breakfast area in the restaurant is too small to accommodate everyone who was having breakfast during busy days, buffet service should be made available us at least two spots if the restaurant, so the expanded breakfast area is conveniently accessed by everyone and not only those lucky enough to have a table in the designated “breakfast area”, and 2) It was very disappointing to be told that upon our “late” arrival at the hotel, that at 9:20 pm, we could only be served a main course, with limited choice of a menu, because the kitchen had to close at 10pm. That as in a Friday night of a long holiday weekend!

Beautiful new (or renovated) condition, comfortable beds. However we had to call for luggage racks, an iron, and the hotel does not provide washcloths! That’s minor though - it’s very quiet between rooms, service (in English) is friendly, and it’s a great location near Karlsplatz where you can get all the metro lines. Cute coffee places and a pub across the street. Breakfast buffet is pricey but good if you’re hungry and it lasts you the day! Always pretty satisfied with Radisson Blu!

Hotel muito bem localizado, proximo a uma estação de metrô e opções de alimentação. Café da manhã variado, mas o restaurante com horário de funcionamento restrito. Atendimento atencioso na recepção.
