Good hotel as to be expected from Hilton Group. Few remarks: water bottles in room were not replaced or refilled. Empty minibar. Breakfast room crowded with little space between tables. No pool or roof terrace. Not really the 5 star experience. Good location.

Das Mädchen an der Rezeption sprach kein Deutsch. Wir sind in Österreich und hier wird Deutsch gesprochen, nicht Englisch. Und... Parkplatz kostet 40 Euro pro Tag FÜR Gäste?!! Wahnsinn! Es wäre schön, wenn es zumindest günstiger wäre als öffentliches Parken.

No pool at this hotel but spa and gym facilities available. We received a room upgrade. Room was spacious and comfortable. Check-in was efficient. The hotel was so quiet. Door and window seals and chamfered doors ensured we weren’t disturbed by street noise or other guests. Breakfast was good including a comprehensive of cooked and continental options in a buffet set up.

The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to explore the city. Parking is available on your own at the back of the property, which is convenient. The room had everything we needed, and the price was very reasonable for the quality offered. As part of our executive room package, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast and also appreciated the small evening dinner served at the Executive Lounge , a nice added touch. Overall, it was a great stay with excellent value for the price.

Great hotel in the city centre. Wonderful building with old school charm. All amenities available and overall in very good condition. Staff friendly and helpful. Food was delicious (had breakfast and dinners) although breakfast times were very busy. Exec Lounge was great other option for quiet time. Wonderful stay, would recommend.

Zimmer war in einem guten und sauberem Zustand. Leider war die Aufmerksamkeit im Zimmer nicht der Erwartung für ein solche Hotel gegeben (Seife und Conditioner waren leer bei der Ankunft und wurden auch nicht aufgefüllt.

the only benefit that this hotel has to offer is the location . other than that i had a terrible experience . House keeping service is a disaster . by 5 pm the room wasn't service . i had to call to request service . bedding wasn't replaced . i had to call to request cleaned towels . NO amenities in bathroom . i had to call to request every item no coffee in the room. food was left in hallway for the entire day . . i had to call to get it removed .room was never put together. i had to check carefully that it was actually cleaned . travel all over the world . horrible experience

The room and bathroom were excellent, spacious and clean. The attention to the room was less good: the safe did not work and needed to be fixed, the temperature control likewise, the conditioner and coffee both ran out and were not replaced, the room was not serviced on one occasion until 4.30.

Trevligt bemötande vid incheckning. Vid bokning av hotellet valde jag till och betalade extra för hotellfrukost. När vi kom till frukosten första morgonen fick vi veta att vi inte hade frukost och de sa samma i receptionen. Efter vi stått på oss och bevisat att det stod ”frukost” i vår bok ing på hotels.com så fick vi äta frukost som vi betalat för. Rummet var inte helt rent och problem med ventilationen i rummet (de erbjöd att ställa in en fläkt på rummet…) En dag hade vårt rum inte städats. Jag sa till och då bokades städning in en specifik tid nästa dag. Städningen uteblev och vi fick säga till och fick då rummet städat, men vi upplevde att heltäckningsmattan inte kändes bra städat i rummet, hår låg kvar på golvet i badrummet sedan ankomst. Frukosten var okej, men hade kunnat finnas fler alternativ av nyttigare flingor tex. Väldigt bra med room service dygnet runt. Fint hotell och trevlig personal, väldigt bra läge och plus att vi fick rum högt upp med utsikt mot gatan.

The reception and breakfast area were beautiful. Unfortunately the room was showing signs of dating. Piece fell off the shower, no handwash or shower gel and bathroom light didnt work. Also very limited water and tea/coffee in room. Staff were friendly, the location is good and breakfast had a good selection.

Awesome Hotel - Clean and convenient location. Housekeeping could have been better as all they did was make bed, had to ask for extra towels and water, tea etc. Hiwever did not spoil our stay!

I traveled extensively around the world. Staying at the Hilton Vienna Plaza was an experience to forget. Poor service. Poor housekeeping service. No amenities in bathroom .towels are not washed. Bedding are not changed . A cart with food was left in hallway all day. Room wasn’t put together . 5 pm room wasn’t cleaned yet. Absolutely bad recommendation.

The hotel itself is pleasant and clean. It is in a convenient area that is easily accessible. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the restaurant Emile serves good food.staff is pleasant and helpful. Detractors are that it is a big name hotel chain and you are just another number. Telephones do not work properly , temperature control was uncomfortable and street noise is inevitable.

I had a good stay. The staff were courteous and helpful. The folks at the restaurant and room service were outstanding. I can’t say enough about how attentive they were. Food at Emile, the quality of their food matched the staff. My only drawback was the temperature in my room. It was way too warm, and even though I kept adjusting the thermostat, it kept reverting to heat. I had to open my window, which was great but it is a noisy street. Nice hotel overall

I can't say our stay wasn't without issues as there were unfortunately several, however the reason I'm still giving 5 stars is because of the staff. Camilla on reception and every other member of staff went above and beyond to rectify the problems we experienced and for that reason alone I am giving the Vienna Plaza 5 stars. They are without doubt the best people I have ever dealt with in a hotel and are a credit to Hilton. I personally can't thank them enoug for making our stay a good one.

Great facilities and location. Staff was friendly and efficient, specially Gerard at the front desk, but Kristopher was exceptional! He went out of his way to help us to recoup my backpack which I left in the taxi on our way to the hotel.

A beautiful stay… once you make it past the front desk The Hilton Vienna Plaza certainly looks the part! The room we had was spacious, modern, and spotless, with a location that makes exploring Vienna a breeze. And the complementary cheesecake was a nice gesture. Unfortunately, the service didn’t quite live up to the setting. Check-in was… memorable. We were given the wrong room number, and the staff seemed more interested in helping the guests who cut in front than the ones patiently waiting. A bold customer service strategy. And simple requests, like fresh towels, required multiple phone calls Overall, the hotel itself is lovely, clean, comfortable, and in a great spot. But for a Hilton, you’d expect the hospitality to be as polished as the marble in the lobby. Would visit again though.

We paid for the buffet when we reserved the room. It was an optional expense. The hotel is on the ring at the edge of Zone 1, Innere Stadt. Easy location for walking and nearby Ubaun station and street car and bus stops. My 2nd time stayiing at this hotel.

Chambre spacieuse toutefois : dégât au niveau de la peinture dans la douche, lavabo bouché. Gros point noir au petit déjeuner : Salle trop petite, beaucoup de monde et rezs bruyante. The hotel is in a quiet area but an excellent position for access to transport and within easy walking distance of many areas of interest. All the staff were friendly, helpful and spoke English which made things very easy for us. The food was fabulous at breakfast and in the restaurant for our evening meal. We would definitely stay here again
