The people at the reception desk and the ones helping with the breakfast service are outstanding. They are cheerfully helpful and very accommodating. The room was clean and the free all day long cake in the lounge is a nice touch. I would say everything was great, including the hotel location.

Located steps from the Naschmarkt and only two metro stops from Stephansplatz, the location is perfect! The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my family of four was oriented. Rooms were comfortable and there is a nice garden to relax or enjoy a beverage after your day exploring Vienna.

Hotellet var fräscht och vårt hotellrum likaså! Att det fanns både mjuka och hårda kuddar att välja mellan vad otroligt bra! Vi hade ett stort sovrum med vardagsrum, tv i båda vilket var toppen. Garage fanns precis under hotellet, perfekt. Frukosten var jättebra. Det fanns mycket att välja mellan. Vi har inget att anmärka på.

Plutôt déçu ! Le lit est très bon mais la salle de bain pour handicapés très mal commode pour les non handicapés. Des fourmis se sont aussi invités. Le parking alternatif est plutôt loin quand on a des bagages. La proximité du métro reste un atout.

Sehr schönes Hotel! Super erreichbar über Öffis, zu Fuß ca. 10 Gehminuten zur Innenstadt. Kleine Einkaufsläden, Straßencafes, sehr gute Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Hotel selbst ist nicht all zu groß. Sehr sauber, Personal sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Betten und Bettwäsche ist top. Godt beliggende hotel i gå afstand til centrum. Vi boede i et suite med rigtig god plads til 2 store børn og 2 voksne - der var 2 sovesofaer så de fik hver deres sovesofa. Der var stille og roligt på hotellet, vi oplevede ikke forstyrrelse eller larm. Serviceminded og venligt personale, og god morgenbuffet.

I was able to do an early check in and they also accommodated a late check out. The staff was so friendly. The room was great but definitely needs updates and less carpet. I’m a fast walker and it was solid 15 min to city center but I loved it. Very easy and allowed me to explore areas outside of the tourist spots. I would come back!

Amazing service, the ladies in reception were fantastic, they were so kind extremely helpful! The service in the restaurant and bar was also amazing, everyone we came in contact with were extremely polite and helpful. The room is small but it had everything we needed. It’s close enough to town so we could walk to most places if interest! Definitely recommend it. Thanks team for a great stay!!!

Absolutely excellent stay. Clean, comfortable, safe and really easily accessible.Comfortable beds and great bathrooms! The staff were so welcoming and friendly. I’d definitely stay here again. Only constructive feedback is that the air con in the room was really uselsss (Room 311) and they seemed to be short staffed. The poor guys working were run ragged and we felt really sorry for them.

Nice stay at this proper of Holiday Inn though has small rooms and few options in the buffet breakfast. The staff indeed was really nice and friendly. The lady at the reception ‘ Geena ‘ was really good and helpful in informing us the tourist attraction etc .

Staying here at the holiday inn was a pleasant surprise, quite unlike the holiday inns back in Canada. I expected a not too expensive but mediocre hotel, I found everything here was excellent. The staff were great, attentive and friendly, the atmosphere was comfortable and not stuffy like some hotels. The breakfast was a great deal, a good variety, with different dishes each day and well prepared. The wait staff in the morning, were exceptional, one of the girls working there always remembered, I wanted gluten free bread, ‘I have celiac’s’. And would always offer to get some before I even asked. The chef would substitute things in dishes to make it gluten free for me, and I had the best meal I have ever had in Vienna of sea bass at a very reasonable price. This is one hotel I would you recommend that you eat in and not always dine out. It also had an adequate weight room, most hotel gyms are a joke. It’s located pretty close to the Museum quarter, about a 15 min walk and close to many grocery stores and restaurants. I found for the price, this hotel was exceptional, I stayed for over a week and it was one of the best things in my trip to Vienna. I travel a lot and stayed in many hotels, and in my 30 plus years of traveling around the globe, this was the best hotel I have ever stayed at. And one I will always come back too when I’m in Vienna.
