Gute Lage Anbindung! Schönes komfortables Zimmer! Private Spa Nutzung mit kleinen Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten (eigene Musikauswahl, mehrere Lichtschalter um das Lichtkonzept individuell auszuwählen, kleine Auswahl an Badesalzen für den Whirlpool) Frühstückt war gut, ist aber aufgrund der Covid-Situation etwas klein ausgefallen.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I was across from the elevator but did not hear any noise. They have a Nespresso in the room with coffee pods but no tea offered. There is no kettle in the room so to get hot water, I had to go to the front desk with my thermal mug to have them fill it from the bar. There was a 1 L bottle of water in the room but it was only complimentary if you booked your stay directly through the hotel. I confirmed with the front desk that as I used a booking site, I would have to pay for the water. First time I’ve encountered this in a hotel stay.

Fantastic unique independent hotel in a great location, enough going on nearby but also had great links into the centre. Superb value for money. The staff were always very friendly with the desk always manned which made it super practical to pop out whenever needed. The rooms were all lovely, but especially the upgraded Deluxe rooms, super modern, spacious and airy. Thankfully the bar of the hotel is open late and even offers snacks which is ideal after a few evening drinks. The breakfast was a bit disappointing and with many, much better places to eat nearby: I'd definitely say it isn't worth the money and you're better of heading out for food. My only real criticism was that the room cleaning service was a bit mixed. Our beds were always made nicely and they always timed it well so as not to disturb us when we were in. But, two of the three rooms we had booked had to get new toilet paper ourselves at least once, as this simple but very necessary item was not replaced. We also lost our bathmat one day but luckily that came back soon after.

Very clean and cozy hotel not too far from the city center. The staff was super friendly and always smiling. The bathroom had a heated mirror, so your towels are warm when you are ready to use them. However, there are no hooks or places to hang them up on once you are done using them. The room was nice and the bed was actually fairly comfortable, too. What I disliked is that the headboard of the bed is right below a window with a curtain that ends right above the headboard. This means daylight will shine directly on your face as soon as the sun comes up. However, I'd still recommend this hotel. The overall experience was definitely positive.

Huggeligt hotel. Lidt outdatet interiør på værelserne, men rent og god seng. Venligt og hjælpsomt personale. God morgenbuffet, dog lidt dyr ift udvalget. Der er kaffemaskine på værelset, som kan lave the og kaffe uden beregning. Der fyldes dagligt op af kapsler, mælkepulver og sukker. Og der er en fin bar på hotellet, hvor man kan købe forskellige variationer af kaffe og små måltider. Skinnebussen, der kører lige ind til centrum, holder lige udenfor. Hotellet ligger lige ud til en større vej, så der er en del motorstøj, men vinduer virker velisoleret, så hvis man ikke lukker dem op, kan man sove uforstyrret.

Very nice staff, decent room. The elevator would only work sporadically, which wasn’t ideal. The safe in our room was broken so we had to use the security boxes in the lobby, so whenever we needed to get our stuff we had to have an attendant help us.

Ganz ausgezeichnet ist die Verkehrsanbindung; die Straßenbahn hält dirrekt vor der Tür, die U-Bahn ist 4 Min. Fußweg entfernt. Es ist ein sehr empfehlenswertes Stadthotel. Am Wochenende gibt es zum Frühstück Livemusik - mit Walzerklängen in den Tag!

Very middle of the pack hotel, definitely not worth the €185,- I had to pay for most nights. First time I encountered a shower that could not be set to the correct temperature, either cooking hot or not warm at all and constantly switching. Room was next to a busy road that also leads to the hospital so also quite a lot of sirens. Room is nothing special, not good, not bad, overall state of the hotel is pretty old/dated. Breakfast also not really special, seen worse but also definitely better. Could use more vegan options and bigger bowls. Spent 2 weeks in Vienna and had to switch hotels during the weekend. Comparing overall experience and prices I think the Donauwalzer is way too overpriced for what you get compared to the Harmonie hotel I was in the first week.

It's fine. The best thing I can say is the staff was friendly. But our room wasn't as nice as the pictures.The cleaning was very subpar, even after asking for a better clean multiple times. We also only got tissues and shower gel refilled after specifically asking for it. Made us not book the spa which we initially planned on doing since we couldn't trust the cleanliness.

Ok...the room was perfect for a family of 3. If you need space, this room is perfect for you. There is lots of room and the bathroom is large with a double sink set up. What was not good is the housekeeping. It was inconsistent.

We appreciated that some of the workers speak quite good English. The cleaning girl is kind and thorough. We appreciated that when we needed to extend out stay due to a family medical emergency, they worked to keep us in the same room. The desk people gave us helpful advice about nearby shopping. The breakfast is bountiful, delicious, classic Austrian.

Zeker goed hotel goed ontbijt €20 per persoon. Helaas een ongeval in de kamer gehad gevallen en mijn bovenbeen gebroken heb de receptie gebeld verteld dat mijn sleutel in de deur zit en open gebroken moet worden heb ruim 40 minuten op de grond gelegen voor dat de hulp diensten binnen waren omdat ze vond dat ik maar geduld moest hebben en geen haast. Uiteindelijk de zelfde avond/nacht met spoed geopereerd het bot van mijn bovenbeen was totaal door midden weer met een plaat alles op zijn plek gebracht. Volgende morgen werd ik gebeld door het hotel hoe het nu moest met factuur van de overnachtingen en dat ik gelijk even €1800 meer wilde betalen voor de schade aan de deur die de brandweer heeft gemaakt . Dit is afgelopen woensdag avond gebeurt 2x een telefoontje gehad hoe alles financiële afgehandeld moet worden nog niet 1x gevraagt hoe het met mij gaat lig namelijk nog steeds in het ziekenhuis en nog geen vooruitzicht waarneer ik terug naar Nederland kan om te herstellen wat waarschijnlijk 6 tot 12 maanden gaat duren om volledig te herstellen

We were very impressed with the kind of service all staff extended to all customers. The GM/Owner walked around each table to greet everyone. It's the personal touch that made the difference. It is not the center of town but everything is accessible via tram,train,taxi or Bolt(Uber). I highly recommend this hotel.
