Absolutely exceptional property, the service was nearly impeccable. We got a suite and had a very nice time in it. My wife got a massage at the spa she seemed to enjoy and we ate at the marvellous Rote Bar. My only complaint is that I wanted some facial cleanser as I felt grimy after travelling, called down to reception for it, and they told me I had to buy it at the spa, despite their online book saying it they had free cosmetics if you forgot something. This is an extremely minor complaint though, and I made do with bar soap just fine.

A classic property with beautiful appointments. The buffet breakfast is gorgeous but super spendy at $95 per head, not a daily thing. The Sacher cafe has a good breakfast menu for a third of the price. Great location across the street from the Opera House.

자허 토르테가 정말 유명한 자허호텔은 조식이 진짜 맛있어요. 오래된 호텔이라 엘리베이터가 좁고 불편해요. 물가가 비싼 비엔나에서도 아주 비싼 호텔인데 시설이 편하지는 않아요.

As we arrived at the hotel, we were immediately greeted at our car by efficient and friendly bellmen. As they parked our vehicle and gathered our bags, we checked in to the hotel with Alexandra. She made the process easy and walked us through the common areas / restaurant/ bar before finally escorting us to our suite. Our suite was beautifully decorated and full of cushy amenities- robes, slippers, an espresso machine, fruit, and most importantly a Sacher torte! We especially enjoyed the Blue Bar. It served creative drinks and great food. We've stayed at many fine hotels but this hotel is the definition of service and elegance.

This is a beautiful hotel in the center of first district Vienna It’s close to a lot of museums and historical sites, Vienna Opera is across the street from the hotel, Belvedere palace is a 30 minutes stroll away from hotel The service and food in this place are outstanding. We had 4 nights at the iconic Sacher hotel. Not only this hotel is amazingly beautiful but the gem there is the Staff. From concierge to maid, via barman, all is done with a smile, kind words and making you feel like an old precious friend. The breakfast is delicious and so varied. The breakfast rooms are a delight for the eyes too. The concierges can organise everything for you. From taxi to tickets. The bedrooms are very clean and comfortable. Elegance and practicality combined with old fashion luxury. The blue bar was our perfect place to go after a busy day exploring Vienna. We arrived before checking time but the staff organised an early check in. We left our luggages in storage after check out too as our flight was a late one. All was organised easily and with great attention to details. We recommend Sacher hotel very warmly and we hope to be returning one day. 가장 만족한 호텔이었습니다. 위치가 너무 좋아 어디든 가기 편하고, 룸의 침구와 다른 상태도 너무 깨끗하고 편했습니다. 카페 자허를 웨이팅없이 둘어갈 수 있는건 덤이구요. 정말 강추입니다.

It is hard to fully express how spectacular is the Hotel Sacher Wien, from the physical reality itself, to the extraordinary hotel staff. Kind, helpful, friendly, personal - they were incomparable. Our concierges, Mortiz and Victor were paragons of helpfulness and good cheer. Our room was enormously comfortable, well-appointed and tended with great care. The cafe was, well, a sensorial delight. Vienna is indeed the most liveable city in the world (according to the Economist) but it takes second place to Hotel Sacher as heaven on earth.

The Sacher Wien is the most magnificent hotel I have ever encountered. The building was exquisite, the staff was charming, the rooms were impeccable, the location was ideal, and the little touches made me feel like I was royalty. I can't wait to go back.

The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, & the restaurant is great.. But unfortunately, the staff didn’t meet our expectations. They were cold & not very welcoming. We initially tried to secure a reservation at the Rote Bar which is in the hotel, but despite the restaurant being more than half empty, they were not accommodating. They said we need to book in advance even though we are a hotel guest. It wasn’t until the following day that they managed to arrange a lunch reservation, which we did appreciate. However, the overall energy & attitude of the staff made us happy we only booked one night.
The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, & the restaurant is great.. But unfortunately, the staff didn’t meet our expectations. They were cold & not very welcoming. The stay was great and the hotel location and decor are amazing. However, there is a clear lack in service (at breakfast)vs previous years (preCovid). Unattentive staff, bringing the wrong itmes and shutting down the buffet without a word of warning at 11am sharp on a Saturday (we knew it closes at 11 but usually the staff lets you know that the time is approaching). Especially after they let you wait for over 20 mins to even acknowledge your existence for a cooked breakfast. The concierge and reception staff were ok. Imperial has much better service, and we'll definitely go back to Imperial next time.

We had an amazing stay at the Sacher. We had our 14 month old with us and without having requested anything (just noting that we had a baby on the reservation) they went above and beyond to accommodate. Our flight was hours late and we checked in after 10pm to find a crib, diaper pale, age appropriate toys for the baby, baby friendly bath supplies and the best changing matt we've seen thus far. We're already planning our return to Vienna next year and will 100% be staying at the Sacher again. Phenomenal service and a lovely Viennese hotel.

Wir hatten eine unfassbar schöne Zeit im Hotel Sacher. Das Hotel ist wirklich einzigartig und spiegelt den Flair von Wien wieder. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral direkt an der Oper und man kann alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen. Das macht das Hotel perfekt geeignet für einen Städtetrip. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und super zuvorkommend. Ich habe noch nirgends so einen einzigartigen Service und so eine Gastfreundschaft erlebt. Der Concierge Service sowie Room-Service sind 24/7 erreichbar und über ein iPad im Zimmer buchbar. Die Speisen sowohl in den Restaurant als auch im Café sind einmalig und sehr lecker. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön dem Wiener Stil entsprechend eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich gestaltet. Alles ist sehr hochwertig verarbeitet und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die einzigen kleinen Kritikpunkte waren, dass im Bad keine Fußbodenheizung verfügbar war und es daher sehr kalt war und dass wir leider trotz der Zimmerkategorie einer Juniorsuite keine Teeauswahl auf dem Zimmer hatten. Ansonsten hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir würden jederzeit das Hotel weiterempfehlen und kommen sicherlich wieder.

This is a beautiful hotel in the center of first district Vienna It’s close to a lot of museums and historical sites, Vienna Opera is across the street from the hotel, Belvedere palace is a 30 minutes stroll away from hotel The service and food in this place are outstanding. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, & the restaurant is great.. But unfortunately, the staff didn’t meet our expectations. They were cold & not very welcoming. We initially tried to secure a reservation at the Rote Bar which is in the hotel, but despite the restaurant being more than half empty, they were not accommodating. They said we need to book in advance even though we are a hotel guest. It wasn’t until the following day that they managed to arrange a lunch reservation, which we did appreciate. However, the overall energy & attitude of the staff made us happy we only booked one night.

Absolutely exceptional property, the service was nearly impeccable. We got a suite and had a very nice time in it. My wife got a massage at the spa she seemed to enjoy and we ate at the marvellous Rote Bar. My only complaint is that I wanted some facial cleanser as I felt grimy after travelling, called down to reception for it, and they told me I had to buy it at the spa, despite their online book saying it they had free cosmetics if you forgot something. This is an extremely minor complaint though, and I made do with bar soap just fine.

This is a hotel with an excellent reputation that completely deserves it. Elegant, comfortable, and well-located, it has a delightful old-world atmosphere and the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. The concierge staff is extremely helpful, and the Red Bar restaurant is very good. The Sacher isn't cheap, but special offers make it affordable and it offers good value for the money. Perhaps the best hotel I've ever stayed in.

We had 4 nights at the iconic Sacher hotel. Not only this hotel is amazingly beautiful but the gem there is the Staff. From concierge to maid, via barman, all is done with a smile, kind words and making you feel like an old precious friend. The breakfast is delicious and so varied. The breakfast rooms are a delight for the eyes too. The concierges can organise everything for you. From taxi to tickets. The bedrooms are very clean and comfortable. Elegance and practicality combined with old fashion luxury. The blue bar was our perfect place to go after a busy day exploring Vienna. We arrived before checking time but the staff organised an early check in. We left our luggages in storage after check out too as our flight was a late one. All was organised easily and with great attention to details. We recommend Sacher hotel very warmly and we hope to be returning one day. Vienna is a beautiful city and staying at the Sacher Hotel makes it a truly unforgettable holiday.

The most important part was the location of the hotel, central to Wien downtown. It is also very quiet given its location. It is very good that the tourists wishing to have Sachertorte are in outside rooms and not in the central part of the hotel. I would say one small negative thing. Newspapers should be given out to hotel guests instead of having them to share one in the hotel lobby
