Alles in allem absolut okay. Einziger Schwachpunkt: der Straßenlärm. Aber dafür ist man eben direkt an der Mariahilfer Str., ganz in der Nähe: Westbahnhof, Bim-, Bus- und U-Bahnstationen. Das Personal sehr freundlich, die Zimmer sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Kurzauftenhalt braucht. Kaffee und Getränke gibt's in der Lobby (ab Mittag) gratis ...

Leider musste der Aufzug genutzt werden, um von der 3.Etage zum Frühstück und zurück zu gelangen. Hier wäre vor allem auch wegen An- und Abreisebelastung die Treppennutzung sinnvoll. Das sollte dringend überdacht werden. Generell müsste es möglich sein, sein Zimmer ohne Aufzug zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war ansprechend, abwechslungsreich und mehr als genügend. Die Zimmer sind ordentlich und die Klimaanlage arbeitet gut. Danke, wir empfehlen das Hotel gerne weiter.

This property was perfect for our weekend. The only downside we experien ed was the there was no in room tea facilities. They did offer free drinks in the common area, but times applied and it was during the day when most people are out exploring.

Good, other than my laptop and wallet got trapped in the room safe - battery needed replacing but no-one had a key to the battery compartment. Managed to get the safe open but was then not usable until engineers available next morning. Lost about 2hrs of work. Batteries should be checked regularly.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super, bei der Einkaufsstrasse und sehr nahe an der U-Bahnstation. Der Eingangsbereich des Hotels ist sehr ansprechend. Enttäuschend war die Zimmerreinigung, auch am 2. Tag fehlte das Nachfüllen der Duschseife wie auch das Wechseln der leeren Kleenex Box, auch funktionierte der Safe im Zimmer nicht.

Das Hotel liegt sehr Zentral, Personal sehr frundlich,Zimmer sauber. Leider gibt es in der Lobby keinen Wasserautomat auch keinen Kaffee, das hätte ich um den Preis schon erwartet.

Stay was good, air conditioning did not work, could choose when we had room cleaned and towels changed. Service was friendly, good location. No iron or kettle in room but there was a vending machine and coffee machine in reception where you can pay for coffee or tea

Didn't like the use of the safe? Seems you had to pay for it with credit card. Front desk people were awesome: very helpful, gave me free pass for city transportation, were polite, courteous and the best. Please thank them for their service.

The breakfast buffet is good although for some strange reason they are cleaning the hall at the elevators and restaurant entrance each day at exactly the busiest moment. While I stayed there the room was cleaned only once (in 4 days) even though I asked it to be done more often. Probably the mould on the bathroom ceiling is a consequence of this. Still, the beds are clean and comfortable and for sleeping the room serves it purpose.

Im grossen und ganzen ein nettes, guter gelegenes Hotel. Das Badezimmer war nicht sauber, Haare lagen vom Vorgänger noch am Boden. In der früh wurden wir von einer Reinigungsdame im Zimmer überrascht. Sie klopfte extrem laut an und ehe wir was sagen konnten stand sie im Zimmer und schrie,: Zimmerservice, can i help you? So etwas unverschämtes haben wir noch nie erlebt, zumal wir noch geschlafen haben um 8 Uhr. Das selbe hat sie im Nebenzimmer auch gemacht. Eine Frechheit!

Hotel very nicely presented and very conveniently located for exploring Vienna. The room was abit dated and the shower in the bathroom was a tad grimy if looked closely at however this could be because housekeeping was not done everyday as it was to be requested by the guests when desired during their stay which could have result in this level of cleaniness in the bathroom to occur. However could not fault anything else and would recommend to anyone looking for a nice pleasant hotel for their stay in Vienna. Also liked that gluten free bread was available at breakfast

Hotel in Gehdistanz zum Wiener Westbahnhof mit U-Bahn und S-Bahn sowie direkt an der bekannten Einkaufsstrasse gelegen. Zimmer sauber und einfach eingerichtet. Leider war die Minibar/Kühlschrank nicht verfügbar. Im Bad hatte es an den Wänden sowie an der Decke sehr viel Schimmel (schwarze Flecken) - entsprechend auch der schimmlige Geruch da die Lüftung im Bad schlichtweg fehlte. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig, jedoch die Croissant an allen drei Tagen bereits um 09.00 Uhr vergriffen (Büffet bis 10.00 Uhr). Preis-Leistung des Gesamtangebotes OK.

Unfortunately, the pictures do not match reality. For example, a coffee machine is shown in the standard rooms, but it is not actually there – you have to upgrade to get one. In addition, they charged 4 euros for a single glass of hot water, which seems unreasonable. After 10:00 PM, it is also not possible to get plates or cutlery, even if you have brought your own food. The room also had a tendency to smell sour, which negatively affected the experience. On the positive side, the location is good and the breakfast was okay – but definitely nothing special. The filter coffee was lukewarm. Overall, a mediocre experience where expectations were set higher than what was delivered.

Moved twin bed together, found plenty of nail cuttings. Request for type of room ignored in booking and at reception. No soap in room, and asking for it to be refilled next day after I used my own supplies, it wasn't. Complained to reception, it took 10 mins to find soap!!! Quite a queue at reception as only one person on, and looking for soap due basic failings. Room really suffers from lack of sound proofing, you hear everybody coming out of lift and walking past, they may as well be in the room.

The location of the hotel is good. However, the front desk staff was not helpful. I had asked if there was a fridge in the hotel room but the staff said no. I needed this for medicine that needs to be kept cool. When I got to the room, there was a fridge and instead of two single beds we got one double bed. The WiFi was very slow and unreliable, so it was unusable. The construction was happening next to the building so it woke us up very early. We were given a room that had the adjoining door that opens to a neighbouring hotel room. We don't know the neighbour and we can hear them snoring and doing x-rated things which made us very uncomfortable. I do not recommend this hotel.

Die Unterkunft ist sauber, dennoch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Teilweise waren die Straßengeräusche sehr laut, trotz geschlossenem Fenster. Auch die Renovierungsarbeiten, die mit Bohr- und Hammergeräuschen bereits morgens ab 7:20 Uhr begannen, waren für den Schlaf nicht vorteilhaft.

Die Ausstattung hat uns nicht gefahlen,weil es auf der Webseite des Hotels ein Kühlschrank versprochen wird. Das war mit ein Grund für die Buchung.Vorort wurde dann versprochen ein Zimmerwechsel mit Kühlschrank der aber nicht stattgefunden hat.Es hieß bei Standard Zimmer gibt es keinen Kühlschrank.Auf der Webseite des Hotels steht nach wievor Twinzimmer mit Kühlschrank.

Die Ausstattung hat uns nicht gefahlen,weil es auf der Webseite des Hotels ein Kühlschrank versprochen wird. Bra läge för vidare äventyr. Nära till Ubahn. Utanför entrén väntar en av Wiens största shoppinggator på en. Rymligt rum med alla nödvändigheter. Rent badrum med stor dusch. Vältalig och hjälpsam personal då jag önskade lämna min väska vid utcheckning för att hämta senare under eftermiddagen. Frukosten innehöll allt man kan förvänta sig. Personalen fyllde ständigt på faten och den juicen var nog min favorit. Det ända negativa med detta hotellet var att jag inte kunde koppla min telefon till tvn och var därför begränsad till tyska tv kanaler.

The hotel is clean and in a good location. The staff were okay. I stayed from Friday to Sunday. I was expecting somebody to clean my room on Saturday. I went out on Saturday morning and when I returned to my room on Saturday night I realised my room was NOT cleaned. Therefore I had to use the towels I had thrown onto the floor on Sunday morning. Because on Sunday morning I asked the reception for a towel, I waited for one hour and nobody came! I spent over 120 euros per night here and I don’t get my room serviced? I’ve had better in cheaper hotels.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. My friend left something at the hotel, they responded instantly and sent it back to him. Receptionist also gave us good recommendations of what to do in Vienna. Room was a bit dated, could use a refresh.

Esperienza pessima. A fronte di un problema importante, il personale ha fornito risposte diverse e contrastanti a me e ad Expedia senza tuttavia cercare di agevolarmi almeno in parte. Ho viaggiato molto e questa è davvero la prima volta che un hotel non abbia minimamente cercato di assecondare una richiesta. Sconsiglio vivamente.

Zimmer war im 6.Stock zur Hofseiteund ruhig. Es war sauber, hat ein moderenes Bad mit Haartrockner. Es gab sogar ein Safe im Schrank. Frühstück war sehr lecker und reichhaltig, nettes und aufmerksames Personal. Leider Freitag Abend viele Anreisen,Check-in ca. 22 Uhr. Der Mann an Rezeption war teilweise überfordert, als wenn es sein 1.Tag wäre. Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Even though the hotel is located on a convenient location, we were immediately met with an overwhelmed and shorthanded front desk staff who were clearly saturated by the amount of guests in the hotel. It was common for no personnel to be available on the front desk during the entire day. Unfortunately, we found unsanitary conditions in both of the rooms that we booked - in one case with dirty and broken linen, hairs on the bed and even a small cockroach in one of the rooms. Also, the air conditioning unit in one of our rooms was not working at all. When asking for assistance, the staff on-site (when we were able to find one), only apologized and mentioned that he could not do anything at all until the next day. Overall, we had a terrible experience with this particular hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. Beware!

Eine ganz angenehme Unterkunft sehr nah an ÖV-Knotenpunkten Wiens. Leider kommt es häufiger vor, dass die Klimaanlage kaputt ist. Das Personal war jedoch so nett und hat unkompliziert einen Zimmerwechsel arrangiert.

This hotel is in an excellent location. At the top of a very busy shopping street, with bars and restaurants all the way along and off the side-streets too. The cities underground has stations around the corner, tram lines and stops outside. All museums and main tourist attractions are within a 30 minute walk (maximum), including the main Vienna city centre. Staff are pleasant, rooms clean and the hotels restaurant does a solid breakfast. Really cannot complain about this hotel, and it's locality.

Perfect location for a citytrip. Next to Westbahnhof with all the public transport lines you need. Really nice area with lots of shops and restaurants. It's a clean and nice looking hotel. Rooms a average but clean and good in size. We didn't try the breakfast.

Great location, only a few steps from the subway station that takes you everywhere in Vienna, very good breakfast, easy check-in/out and a friendly staff. The room was very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Leider musste der Aufzug genutzt werden, um von der 3.Etage zum Frühstück und zurück zu gelangen. Hier wäre vor allem auch wegen An- und Abreisebelastung die Treppennutzung sinnvoll. Das sollte dringend überdacht werden. Generell müsste es möglich sein, sein Zimmer ohne Aufzug zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war ansprechend, abwechslungsreich und mehr als genügend. Die Zimmer sind ordentlich und die Klimaanlage arbeitet gut. Danke, wir empfehlen das Hotel gerne weiter.

Hotel very nicely presented and very conveniently located for exploring Vienna. The room was abit dated and the shower in the bathroom was a tad grimy if looked closely at however this could be because housekeeping was not done everyday as it was to be requested by the guests when desired during their stay which could have result in this level of cleaniness in the bathroom to occur. However could not fault anything else and would recommend to anyone looking for a nice pleasant hotel for their stay in Vienna. Also liked that gluten free bread was available at breakfast

Eigentlich war alles tadellos in Ordnung, wie bei einem Haus dieser Kategorie zu erwarten. Nur gebe ich nicht "einfach so" Bestnoten. Beim insgesamt guten Frühstücksbuffet fand ich nur störend, daß der sogenannte Orangensaft einfach kein Saft war, wo es doch sehr gute abgepackte Orangensäfte gibt. Fehlt da der Mehrheit der Gäste der Geschmack, oder woran liegt es?!

Eigentlich war alles tadellos in Ordnung, wie bei einem Haus dieser Kategorie zu erwarten. Nur gebe ich nicht "einfach so" Bestnoten. Vi var utrolig tilfredse med opholdet generelt. Vi var der i 5-6 nætter med morgenmad og 2 x morgenmad var under al kritik. Der var store hold der rippede det hele og der kom ikke nyt ind. Personalet hang ikke sammen - ingen styring, nogen skulle pause, ingen tørrede spild op eller fyldte op på mad. Der blev heller ikke fyldt op på værelserne med kaffe, mælk og vand. Men ellers godt hotel.

La ubicación del hotel muy buena, no tan cerca de las zonas más turísticas, pero había muchas tiendas y muchos restaurantes, además de una estación de tram y de trenes bastante cerca. Tomamos el desayuno por 15 euros y que gran calidad de alimentos y la variedad también es muy buena. La habitación muy cómoda y limpia. El personal amable.

Unfortunately, the pictures do not match reality. For example, a coffee machine is shown in the standard rooms, but it is not actually there – you have to upgrade to get one. In addition, they charged 4 euros for a single glass of hot water, which seems unreasonable. After 10:00 PM, it is also not possible to get plates or cutlery, even if you have brought your own food. The room also had a tendency to smell sour, which negatively affected the experience. On the positive side, the location is good and the breakfast was okay – but definitely nothing special. Mycket bra hotell! Gångavstånd till innerstaden, sevärdheter och museer. Om man är här för att shoppa finns mängder av butiker i närheten. Även mycket nära till Westbahnhof Wien. Fräsch frukost med allt du kan önska.

First, we loved our stay at city nest but these are things to know: We were expecting the building pictured with the big rotating Franz Kafka head (gorgeous) was where the apartment was. That is actually a mall that has everything. It is an amazing, contemporary mall. The city nest is close by around the corner. There is an elevator but it opens on the landing so you’ll have to manage 14 steps up or down to get to your floor. Our door wasn’t working-maintenance came and was able to fix it pretty quickly. So, staff was helpful and responsive. Everything you need is within walking distance, and there is a bar across the street which was very loud but we put on white noise and were able to sleep. The place itself was comfortable, spacious, well thought out, and the building had old building charm, high ceilings, tall windows that opened both out and in (double windows). Theirs air conditioning was spectacular! It was super clean. The cleaning staff stopped by only once during our stay but that was fine. Fresh towels were easily gotten with request. This was our first visit to Prague and we could reach everywhere on foot from this location. I would stay here again and highly recommend. Also good to know, this is a safe neighborhood, and if you like Turkish food, there’s a Turkish restaurant a few doors away that was reasonably priced and absolutely delicious!
