A clean functional hotel in a great location. Small room with very tiny shower, no refrigerator or closet and the bar/restaurant downstairs was never open (clerk said it never reopened after Covid). It looked fully stocked and ready for business!

Great location, only a short walk from the main sites in Vienna. Hotel was small and hard to spot at first from the street, but was clean and staff were friendly. The lift didn't install huge confidence though. Room was large enough for a family, but bathroom door wouldn't stay shut unless locked. There was good WiFi but no fridge in the room. Aircon worked great. Breakfast options were limited but the staff were attentive and friendly.

Hotel is in the center but still a quiet street. Staff is wonderful. They went to great length to explain intricacies of parking in Vienna. Hotel is a walking distance from museums and churches. A two blocks from hotel is Danube with a bunch of bars, restaurants. Everything was packed there until midnight.

Excellently located for all transport links and minutes away from the airport bus, all central Vienna locations are within easy walking distance. Staff are friendly, breakfast is good, rooms are clean. My single was a bit basic, but more than adequate. No tea/coffee making facilities in room. Definitely recommended.

Location: many restaurants and bars around and <5 minute walk to underground and airport transfer (by bus). Many of the big sights and museums are within 5-20 minutes walk, but also easy to get to by public transport. Room: Small room but clean and modern. Very comfortable bed. Effective aircon that was quite, no problem to use it while sleeping. Curtains could be a little bit thicker to properly hide the morning light. The hotel is on a lively street, but almost no noice is heard in the room. The room was very clean when we arrived, but the cleaning was a little sloppy during our stay. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel.

Polite friendly person at check in and check out. Room wasn’t big, but clean & looked like it had been refurbished recently. Very nice. A significant reason for choosing this hotel was the bar / lounge and the outside ‘pavement cafe’ space shown on the various web sites. Imports as we like to unwind for a hour with a coffee & brandy before bed. The evening receptionist told us that the bar wasn’t open and hadn’t been since he’d worked there. I would not have booked this hotel if I had known. Plenty of others to choose from at similar price, but with this facility. Apparently we were misled by this member of staff, but only found out when I mentioned it when checking out. No tea / coffee facilities in the room either.

Fint værelse, der dog ikke var ret stort. Der var MEGET højt til loftet og der hængte nogle spindelvæv allerhøjest oppe. Vores værelse havde helt nyrenoveret badeværelse. Hurtigt varmt vand i bruseren og godt tryk på vandet. Personalet var meget venlige og den dagligerengøring fungerede fint.

Great location—close to town center—very clean, nice people, and an okay breakfast bar. My complaint was that it was much more of a budget option than I expected from the photos. The single rooms are very small and basic—only a twin bed pushed up against the wall. And the walls were so thin I could easily hear normal-level conversations in the rooms on either side of me. Not the most comfortable stay.

40 yo, solo traveler. Stayed 4 days. I liked the stay in this location it is right in the center of the action. It was clean and everything worked. Stayed in 3 floor. It was quiet. Elevator is small, but you can use the stairs which are wide and will transport you to the times when Mozart used those type of stairs. Smallest room, smallest bed. It was all I needed. High ceiling so it feels more spacious. Restroom is great. Modern and everything works. Very comfortable. Breakfast is really good and varied. Restaurants, bars, everything steps away. Subway station, tram, everything. Is an excellent location. Zero issues. Will stay again.

The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was good, and the staff was great. The area has lots of bars and restaurants and is within quick walking distance to the innercity sites. The walls are pretty thin so we heard the people on both sides of us until about 11:30 at night.

Hotel is in the heart of the old city with affordable prices. Room was snug but it’s in the old city. Breakfast offered lots of healthy options. Windows were sound proof. Lobby sitting area could use an update. Great deal - great location, clean rooms and comfy beds.

Everything was smooth, but we were 3 adults they put only 2 bottle of waters in our room and we asked for even one more they said we have to pay! Which was the first time I’ve heard sth like this in all over the world! But overall the hotel is beautiful, great location, clean and big rooms!

This hotel was basic but so friendly, accommodating and comfortable that I would return! The place was spotless, the beds and pillows were also extremely comfortable. The gentleman at the front desk were all very helpful and friendly, they were kind enough to give us an early check in which made our day and stay that much better!

The location of this hotel is a short walk from many of the main attractions like State Opera, St Stephen's Cathedral and many others. The room is a bit old, but comfortable and clean. The only downside is the noise during the night. There seems to be a fair amount of night clubs and bars around, which go on until 3am or so. Hard to sleep.

We were disappointed with hotel. Pictures on line show roof top bar and restaurant. They have a restaurant area that is now closed since Covid. We were told owner does not want to spend money on his hotel. Breakfast was horrible compared to our last hotel stays during this trip. When asked about a banana they didn’t care. Limited selection. Simply said really disappointed for such a long trip from west coast Canada. Thinking it would be as good as the rest. Bathroom has no space at all for toiletries. No place for luggage maybe a carry would be better there. Not regular size for travelers. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Location was good.

Hotellets fördel - läge läge läge! Nära att gå till aktiviteter i centrum, till spårvagn, T-bana och närmast - flygbussen. Rummet kändes trött. Badrummet inte bra alls. Det var litet. Ingen avställningsyta samt vattnet från duschen orsakade översvämning. Frukost OK. Basic och man blev mätt. Rummet för tre funkade då vi mest var ute på stan.
