We arrived early at the hotel (around 12). The room was ready at that time, though we had to sign up to their members scheme to get free early access, which was annoying. The hotel was just a 12 minute walk across the river to reach the main part of the city. There were a couple of bars and restaurants around. The room was tidy and spacious. It was well decorated. There were building works being carried out on the exterior facade from 9am to 6pm, although this didn’t bother us as we were out exploring early and didn’t notice even when we came back in the afternoon. There was only one lift which served 7 floors. As we were staying on the 7th floor we could sometimes be waiting a while for the lift but this is not a big deal. Overall we would consider staying again if we returned to Vienna

Very lovely hotel. Decor looks fab. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was enjoyable, calm and spacious. The only downside is no bar just a vending machine.

Bonjour, Nous avons été surpris par le manque de qualité à notre arrivée dans la chambre. La lunette des toilettes n'était pas fixe, et le démousseur du robinet sur le lavabo n'était pas serré et éclaboussait une bonne partie de la salle de bain. Good location (within walking distance to several must-see sites). Overall clean and comfy rooms. But for the price paid, we were disappointed to see signs of deterioration in our room and room cleaning on one of the days we stayed was below standards (crumbs left on the bedside table, area around the sink not cleaned and cups/mugs not changed).

The hotel was very clean, nice and modern and in a quieter area in Vienna. Very walkable to all the main tourists attractions. There’s a great little coffee shop right on the corner which has great breakfast options, very clean and the gentleman in the coffee shop is super nice and friendly.

I love the staff, excellent service in the cafe. The location was fantastic! The only problem was the aurcondition. It was pretty warm for us and we cant control it bec per staff , it is centralized AC. So we end up sleeping with our windows open coz we were toasted.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to everything. The only challenge was the cleaning staff would open the door while knocking, you would not get a chance to respond. The room had no do not disturb sign so we had to request one from front desk.

We were 4 days at this hotel, Excellent service, basic amenities, but overall, we were very satisfied. Breakfast buffet, was pretty good, we liked the option to make our own fresh fruit/ veggies juice.
