Leider sehr enttäuschender Reinigungsservice. Die Mülleimer wurden nicht geleert, und beim Handtuchwechsel wurde nicht ausreichend für alle Gäste im Zimmer nachgelegt. Zudem kam es zu einem Ausfall der Warmwasserversorgung, auf den das Personal weder mit einer Entschuldigung noch mit einem Angebot zur Wiedergutmachung reagiert hat. Dieses Hotel entspricht keinem 4-Sterne-Hotel. Hotelzimmer und Flure sind altmodisch und heruntergewohnt. Das Treppenhaus erinnert an ein Parkhaus. Eingangsbereich schwer zu finden, man muss in der nicht gerade einladend-wirkenden Passage an Obdachlosen vorbei um ins Hotel zu kommen. Zimmerausblick auf ein altes Parkhaus. Hotel besteht aus zwei Gebäudeteilen, die nur sehr umständlich über einen langen Fußweg miteinander verbunden sind. Frühstück wirkt billig und bietet wenig Auswahl/Abwechslung. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt hier leider überhaupt nicht zusammen. 4-Sterne sind unserer Meinung für dieses Hotel absolut nicht gerechtfertigt. War für uns leider ein sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt.

Rooms large and comfortable. The hotel was clean. It is not easy to find as you expect to see it in Maria Hilfrstrasse. Actually there are signs to follow, since the hotel don’ face Directly on Maria H. Strasse. There was not a bar where to get a drink after a day out. It is quite weird, since normally a 4 stars should have it.

Wer gut zu Fuß ist, kann vom Hotel aus zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten im 1. Bezirk laufen. Die U3 fährt auch in direkter Nähe ab. Also eine perfekte Lage. Ein Platz in der Tiefgarage ist in 2025 teurer geworden, nun 21,90€.

Very well located. Nice large room and clean comfy bedding. We felt safe and well cared for here. The parking garage was easy to miss and we ended up in the wrong parking garage from Google maps, but it is just before the other 2 public garages, tiny driveway. Right in the heart of the shopping and restaurants. Can’t go wrong here!

We stayed for 2 nights in a family room and even though we have asked at the reception to have the soap, shampoo and conditioner refilled they weren't. The room carpet could have been cleaner. The location is great, you can easily walk everywhere.

This was our second stay at this hotel and we plan to return. Our “apartment” suite was spacious, modern, extremely clean and comfortable. We appreciate the hotel’s green policy. Staff are helpful and hard working. The location is great, as the hotel is steps from a Ubahn stop and supermarket. It’s a short walk to the Museum Quarter, and plenty of restaurants.

The beds are extremely uncomfortable: the mattresses are very hard. The additional bed had no mattress at all, just the coach deployed and you could feel sleeping the metalic frame. Impossible to have a proper sleep...

The location of this hotel is great. But that is as good as it gets. The wifi does not work, the cleanliness of the room is below average at best; as for the bed, well, there were copious amounts of springs to the back and little if not zero comfort from the wilting pillows, sleeping on the floor would be better! Investment is a must! I visit hotels on a weekly basis for work and this is the worst I’ve stayed in for a long long time. If it was not for the good location of this hotel, I would rate this less than 1 star. NH, please invest in this hotel.

Our room was very outdated and dark. There weren’t enough light fixtures to begin with, and the bulbs were very dim. I think they’ve taken eco-friendly too far. The staff was good, particularly Patrick, who went above and beyond.

Helpful staff, large rooms with excellent desk, fridge and Nespresso machine including free coffee. Quiet room. Only downside is the slow Wi-Fi connection and difficulties using cellular in the room. Otherwise a great place to stay in a terrific location.

The main entrance to half of the rooms do no work, so you have to either push your bags up some stairs or wait in the rain for someone to open it. Some rooms are in half floors that are only accesible by stairs (and no one will help you push your bags up the stairs). The staff is disorganized and, although they try to help us, we had to come back several times to the hotel because they were unclear of their own procedures. The main entrance of the hotel is through a passage that closes at 10pm. After that you have to walk a lot and enter through the parking lot. Overall is a really expensive hotel that do not match the price nor the name.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The service was great At the entrance desk they always greeted us with a smile, recommended us great places and took care of everything we needed. We even got an upgrade in the room which was super pampering! Definitely recommend and we will go back there!

El personal que contratan es muy incompetente cometieron un error pagué los desayunos durante mi estancia y un día que me encontraba en el restaurant una escuincla andaba tras de mí diciéndome que no podía desayunar por qué no lo tenía incluido le dije que lo checara en recepción y nuevamente me anduvo siguiendo por el restaurant para decirme que no podía desayunar, me salí molesto directo a recepción y después de checar me dicen puede pasar a desayunar a lo que respondí que ya no quería su servicio y solicité el reembolso de mi pago el cual si me lo hicieron. The location was very convenient. We had some difficulty finding it initially as it’s tucked in between some other buildings. But it’s very close to the metro, as well as a big shopping district. The room was fairly spacious and decent.

Pero todo lo demás excelente. El frente del hotel está en una calle poco concurrida pero tranquila. Pero la entrada alterna por la calle comercial, me pareció totalmente inadecuada. Todo el día y principalmente en el noche olía a mariguana. Había personas ahí hasta altas horas de la noche y nos sentimos un tanto inseguros cuando entramos al hotel a las 9-10 pm. De ahí, decidimos solamente usar la parte frontal .

Excelente localizacao. Cafe da manha bom. Prédio parece estar em reforma alguns locais, mas nao incomodou em nada. O acesso informado, endereco, tanto pelo hoteis.com e site do NH é um tando confusa. Passa por dentro de uma galeria para chegar ao hotel. A noite nao aconselho a utiliza-la e sim a rua de tras onde tem uma entrada bem melhor. Mesmo a cidade sendo muito segura.
