Hotel muito perto da estação Hbf de Viena. Pra quem chega de trem é super prático. Contudo, fica uns 3km afastado do centro. Mesmo assim, pode valer a pena pq o transporte publico é muito bom e facil de usar. O hotel é tipo um ibis, simples mas bom. Nao tem frigobar nem chaleira, mas ha um ponto em cada andar com agua quente, cafe solúvel e chá. Da mesma estação de trem também ha trem direto pro aeroporto.

Disappointed to learn on check in that there is no breakfast due to bar renovations. Not advised about this on booking. Free use of hot drinks machine offered in lieu not sufficient. Bedroom seemed clean and nice enough. Pillows were poor and well past best. Had to request additional from reception which they were happy to assist with Duvet didn’t seem large enough for size of the double bed. Bathroom was very dated. Shower head bracket broke so wouldn’t stay in position. Shower tray, tiles and enclosure not fully clean

Not a bad hotel. Friendly staff, especially when it came round to breakfast. We had paid for breakfast for every day that we were there but found out that the restaurant was closed for refurb. This was not shown when we booked. Apparently, it had been known for a while but Hotels.com were still advertising it. The staff refunded straight away without being asked, which they didn't have to do but they said that I would have to wait a while if we requested the refund from Hotels.com. This meant that we did not have the sort of breakfast that we were hoping for whilst we were there. Communication appears to have been a big issue here. There was a coffee point on each floor of the hotel but no kettle. Fortunately, we took out own so there was no issue.

It was one of the best hotel, we’ve stayed! Very comfortable beds, super clean room, amazing bath room. Stuff was very nice and helpful. Hotel is very close to the Vienna central station, we had a lot suitcases, and we didn’t wanted to walk with them far away. So that was exciting to find this wonderful hotel near station. We highly recommend to stay here!

Positiv ist die Nähe zum Öv. Negativ ist vor allem das Badezimmer zu beurteilen, sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Duschenwände und Schiebetüre, Sauberkeit mangelhaft und schliessen nicht mehr. Denke Putzteam ist sehr unter Druck auch durch die Nachhatigkeitsidee mit den Zimmern bei längeren Aufenthalt nur alle 3 Tage zu reinigen. Wohl eher eine Optimierung.

No lo recomiendo. El hotel y personal bien, pero la papelera de la habitación no había sido vaciada y estaba con la basura del cliente anterior. Al llegar el segundo día no habían limpiado ni hecho las camas. Por supuesto ni habían entrado. Al decirlo en recepción nos ofrecieron como compensación tomar algo en el bar, algo que por supuesto rechazamos. Lo que queríamos es una habitación limpia como corresponde a la categoría del hotel. El recepcionista amable, pero no había ningún encargado del hotel ni personal para limpiar las habitaciones. Dijeron que tampoco tenían otras habitaciones y que por política del hotel si el cliente quiere que se limpie la habitación tiene que decirlo. Increíble. En las condiciones de Expedia tampoco se especifica. Enviamos una reclamación y estamos a la espera de la respuesta.

Good location, easy check in, nice staff. Room is clean, spacious, comfortable bed, good aircondition, silent. We did not try breakfast, as had an early train. Recommend this hotel, very good accomodation right next to the main train station.

Lever inte riktigt upp till ett fyrstjärnigt hotell. Luftkonditionering finns inte, trots att det annonseras. Te och kaffe i korridoren, inte på rummet. Inget kylskåp. Städning bara var tredje dag, av miljöskäl sägs det. Att man inte alltid byter handdukarna automatiskt är numera vanligt, men hur det är miljövänligt att inte tömma pappetskorgar eller städa badrummen förstår jag inte. Brukar också vara ett större frukostutbud på fyrstjärniga hotell. Däremot är läget mycket bra, nära tågstationen och u-bahn men ändå tyst och lugnt. Sköna sängar. Prisvärt.

JNK! Zavaró, hogy a fürdőben a légelszívás miatt mindig hideg van, mert a fűtőtest egyik fürdőben sem működik. Hiányzik egy normál világítás a szobákból, csak hangulat- világítás van! Hiába van 6 fényforrás!. Amiért szeretjük: közel a pályaudvar és nem pazarló, de finom a reggeli! Amazingly close to the main train station in Vienna, very convenient to get downtown by train. Area around it is clean and safe. Only down side is that the rooms are on the smaller side so I would recommend booking the deluxe room if you have a few bags.

Property was in rough shape. I stay in a lot of hotels. I tend to overlook their shortcomings, but this one was bad enough that I said something to the clerk @ reception. She didn't care one bit. I didn't expect compensation, but the room needed actual repairs. The towel rack wouldn't stay on the wall, the switch on the hairdryer was broken off, and the bathroom smelled so badly that I left the fan on & window open the entire stay. She didn't write anything down, apologize or even acknowledge that I said anything. Yikes.

Srayed here only for a short period of time to catch a connecting train in the morning. However, it was a positive experience from the moment I checked in when I was upgraded unexpectedly. The room was great and even had a small balcony. The bed was very comfortable and I had a great sleep. Took only a few minutes to walk to the train station and there are many restaturants and shops to catch a bite to eat, even in the early morning. Highly recommend.

Jelena at check in was absolutely fantastic. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome. We had a late flight and we were able to leave our luggage in the hotel. Really impressed with this hotel one of the best ever !!

We chose this hotel for an early flight and it was perfect for that. Also good for metro into city. Rooms are large and comfortable. Check in was easy. Delicious Italian restaurant close by. Would stay here again for ease of transport.

Comodidad por cercanía a la estación. Han cambiado de nombre, pasan de Azimut a Acom, pero no ha cambiado nada. Las habitaciones son amplias pero con poca iluminación. Los colchones muy blandos. Resto dentro de lo normal. Desayuno esta bien surtido, pero han subido el precio considerable, que es demasiado caro. Relacion calidad/precio, es demasiado caro.

Ideal location a short distance from the main station. I am struggling to find any negatives - the bed was softer than I would like but I slept well. The room was also very quiet with no external noise. Breakfast was great and it was especially good to have proper bacon and not the terrible crispy shreds (perhaps US style) that so many places put out. So especial thanks to the kitchen.
