The location is good. Transport links were easily accessible. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfy. I slept soundly every night. The pool is 24 hours which I thought was excellent and it’s a very nice pool area. Unfortunately, the pool was cooler than I expected which was a shame. I didn’t use it at all because of that. The staff were all very friendly and my room was tidied every day whilst I was out. The mini bar was well stocked and very reasonably priced. I would definitely stay here again, I just hope that the pool is a little warmer.

Had a room on the top floor, the layout of the bathroom was extremely odd, meaning there was no stand up shower, just a tiny bath and a hand held shower head. When I asked for a new room, they said everyone had already checked in (this was 6pm). As soon as they said this, someone entered the hotel to check in for that night, so it was a bold faced lie. The AC also never worked. The "bar" they have is not really a bar, more a fridge near reception that has one beer in, cant really claim to have a hotel bar here. The pool was also closed.

It was a good experience overall. I think the service and attention of staff is very good. Convienent as there’s markets and all sorts of shops that one would need. There’s also a very nice area with pubs and old breweries on the next paralel street so its very lively. As a hotelier myself i have to share i few things… the lobby and shared areas could be warmer. The a/c doesent need to be blowing cold air when its cold and raining. A bottle of still water could be comp. In the room. The mini fridge/tv table needs to be moved to be accessible because the doors open opposite ways and the bed is too close. Needs to be fixed. Clean rooms, nice staff that are helpful and very convenient. The breakfast was also nice 👍 Would def. Stay again.

Het hotel zelf was erg uitgewoond. In de hotelkamer waren happen uit de vloer weg, er zat een scheur in het plafond, de tv werkte slecht en de WiFi helemaal niet. Dus de kamer kwam totaal niet overeen met de foto's op de website. Het personeel en het ontbijt waren daarentegen prima.

Im Bad war keine WC Bürste vorhanden. In unserem Zimmer hing die Tapete von der Wand. In einem DZ und nur eine Sitzgelegenheit finde ich nicht gut. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Besser ist es wenn Frühstück immer dabei ist.

We liked the hotel very much. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. There was plenty of choice for breakfast. The location is good, a 40-minute walk from the historic centre. As we love walking, it was an excellent choice for us.

The room was wonderful, bed comfortable. Not close to main area, however, tram right in front of hotel. We chose rate without breakfast, however, there is an Aldi's next to hotel (if you are on a budget), where you can purchase, croissants, pastries and cold coffee. The staff can warm something up for you if you ask, they speak English and are very nice. The room does not provide a bottle of water.
