Pros Clean, great breakfast, wonderful staff in dining room, wonderful location. Cons Outdated rooms, broken lamp and water stains of leaks in Ceiling and bathroom cabinet. Furniture and walls are scratched. Dark lighting. Front desk afternoon/evening manager dismissive and not helpful at all.

Very good location with walking distance to the city. Unfortunately the renovations that were ongoing outside the window in very early morning were both noisy but also you could feel the walls and bed shaking so very little sleep. The room was ok but not more, compared to other Radisson blu hotels we have stayed at, at same standard and place this one was a bit lower quality.

First of all, the reception area has been renovated, which gives a good first impression. However, as soon as you go upstairs, there is an incredibly unpleasant smell throughout the room corridors. The hotel feels very old, and the guest rooms have not been renovated at all. The amenities were of very poor quality. The air conditioning was also extremely noisy—so loud that it was impossible to sleep. I called the staff, and they were genuinely apologetic and did their best to help. Unfortunately, there was no technician available, so we had to switch the air conditioning off. The room temperature was around 35°C, and combined with the unpleasant smell, it made the room almost unbearable. They brought us a fan, but it made no difference. Overall, it was a very uncomfortable and disappointing night.
