Hôtel bien placé mais chambre très petite, tout comme la salle de bain. Ascenseur tout petit et accessible dans les escaliers, pas de pallier. Donc attention à la marche en sortant ! Et si grosse valise, assez problématique. Très bruyant aussi. En plus notre chambre contre l’ascenseur. Bien pour une seule nuit, pas plus. Sinon propreté ok et accueil idem.

Staff and breakfast and laundry service were good. No elevator and room was cold despite heater. We were in their “family” room which was accessed through a narrow staircase outside. Bathroom had no ventilation. Water pressure in shower was great however you had to hold the the shower wand since there was no place to put it, no shelves in the shower for soap or shampoo.

Very small room ! Staircase very narrow , no air conditioning, only a small desk fan , one weird think was we had 2 room , as we were going out for the day , a older lady at front desk asked for the keys to our room , we said it was ok we keep it , then she said we need to clean the room , but said we don’t need to clean the room cause we only there for 2 days , she said ok , but when got back to our room one of the room was clean and the other not ? Hmm ? And on day of check out a younger lady was talking about bad about us in French to her colleagues but little they know I know abit French , they made fun of us cause we Asian ! Don’t recommend this please ! No air con at 28-35 degree heat !

The staff were friendly, rooms small but clean and tidy, lock on door was difficult but it worked, lift small but it worked so overall we only used the room for sleeping and it did what we needed, it was quiet and we had no issues, I would go back here

The hotel has the worst elevator system ever. It opens up mid way up the stairs on each floor. So you have to walk down the stairs after exiting the elevator and then close the door and walk up. Good luck with your luggage. Location is awesome. Rooms are decent. But the stairs and elevators are massive issue esp if you have a mid to large size bag.

Good location and it is only 5 minute walk to Arc de Triomphe. The nearest metro station is Victor Hugo and 10 minute walk to Charles de Gaulle - Etoile station. There is also a supermarket - Carrefour nearby. You cannot expect any service from the service. The twin bed room is quite small and the space only allows cabin size luggage. And you cannot avoid stairs even there is an elevator in the hotel.

Louisa Hotel is a small and cozy hotel with many sights nearby! The Arc de Triomphe is a 10 minute walk and the Eiffel Tower is a 20 minute walk from there! You can also access lots of souvenir shops nearby the Arc de Triomphe area. In the hotel, the stairs, elevator and hallways are a little reduced and the door to open the room is heavy to push, but I am really happy with it for the price and convenience. Workers are super friendly, helpful, and very welcoming! I would definitely book with them again in the future.

I booked a last minute trip here for one night. I wasn’t expecting much but I did expect air and cleanliness. I had neither. I arrived late and all I wanted to do was go to bed as I had an early start the next day. The room was hot and the air was stale. There were windows into an indoor courtyard I think- there were no lights so who knows. but I was on the ground floor so it didn’t seem safe keeping them open. There was no temperature control for the room. The walls were thin and I could hear neighbours coming and going. As a sat on the bed I noticed that it was covered in short hair- maybe an animals. I don’t know. I left and booked a room next door at hotel victor. The person on the desk just said they’d change the sheets (at nearly midnight) but there was no one to speak to. They didn’t offer to change my room or apologise.

Soggiorno di 3 notti, dopo 5 ore ho chiesto a Expedia per un possibile check-out anticipato per non rimanere, accoglienza pessima… check in in ritardo di 40 minuti… arrivando in camera troviamo tutte le lenzuola per terra nel corridoio, una ciotola di riso per terra della signora delle pulizie, doccia sporca e il letto fatto veramente male e sporco, mancavano gli asciugamani… Per 3 giorni abbiamo avuto la stanza gelida, riscaldamento quasi inesistente. Odore pessimo di moquette nelle scale, corridoio e camera Pessima esperienza molto delusi 3 night stay, after 5 hours I asked Expedia for a possible early check-out so as not to stay, terrible welcome... check in 40 minutes late... arriving in the room we find all the sheets on the floor in the corridor, a bowl of rice on the floor of the cleaning lady, dirty shower and the bed made really badly and dirty, there were no towels... For 3 days we had a freezing room, heating almost non-existent. Bad smell of carpet in the stairs, corridor and room. very bad experience very disappointed

Great location within minutes of the Metro and Trains. Champs Elysée a 5 min walk. Nice simple breakfast offered with very helpful staff at front desk. Rooms a little small, but comfortable and a safe area of the city.

Everything was great for an amazing price! Only thing I’d say is that if you’re a light sleeper, this is not the place for you. You can hear a lot from other rooms even when they’re not being loud.

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. I needed to leave my suitcases there before check in and they were totally nice about it, placing it in a dedicated closet. Room is small but clean. Fair for the lower price. Nice quiet residential neighborhood, yet plenty of restaurant options around. Breakfast looked nice (I didn’t have time for it). Would recommend for a budget stay.

We were exhausted from our flight and the wonderful front desk woman was able to get us in a room 3 hours ahead of check in! We were very grateful. It's walking distance from the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe. It's on a quiet street and our room was not in the main building, it was overlooking the central courtyard. It was cozy but not suffocating. My only complaint is that the bathroom smelled bad.

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed at. The feeling is like a bed and breakfast cozy hotel. The welcome the lady at the desk gave us was excellent. One of the day we stayed was raining and we didn’t have umbrellas . We asked her where we could buy one and she lend us two umbrellas. She went far and beyond what is expected. We had the breakfast they offered for 9 euro and it was fresh and delicious. My husband could smell the break being baked each morning. The room was so comfortable and the area quiet. No light came through at night with the black out drapes. The shower had great hot water and the hair dryer dried my hair fast. I only have great things to say about this hotel. Will definitely stay here again. We were close by the Eiffel Tower and shops. We are taking a piece of Paris with us!

It's a challenging situation，after we just finished a long fly and arrived in Paris. We booked a room for 3, two adults and one teen, but when we arrived, front desk staff told us that we have to pay 50 Euro extra per night, because the third person is only for children under 6!!!??? When we tried to communicate with expedia support line staff, which was on the phone with the hotel staff the whole time, she refused to speak to us. We were really shocked and confused " what is going on here ！！！！"After we went on line and asked other Expedia staff to take care of it, we were finally able to start our journey in Paris without worry about is it the hotel or Expedia's problem?！！Very stressful check in！！ Other than this, the hotel staff is very welcoming, especially the beautiful lady, . The location is unbeatable. The hotel room is extremely tiny and old, no sound proved. You can hear everything. If you just need a place to stay, this one will do.

It says the rooms sleep 3, they do not! Staff denied us three to a room resulting in us purchasing another room ($$). Staff was also not very nice, polite, or helpful when we brought the false advertisement to their attention. Overall okay for a last minute stay however wouldn’t recommend for a long period of time. Room is VERY small.

What a great spot. The room was very small but adequate. The breakfast was lovely but basic. The location was fantastic, 10 minutes walk to the Arc de Triomphe. Busses were easy as was the train.

Louisa Hotel is a small and cozy hotel with many sights nearby! The Arc de Triomphe is a 10 minute walk and the Eiffel Tower is a 20 minute walk from there! You can also access lots of souvenir shops nearby the Arc de Triomphe area. In the hotel, the stairs, elevator and hallways are a little reduced and the door to open the room is heavy to push, but I am really happy with it for the price and convenience. Workers are super friendly, helpful, and very welcoming! I would definitely book with them again in the future.

Chambre petite mais suffisante. Le personnel était tres serviable et gentil. Copieux petit déjeuner à la française (viennoiseries, pain, différentes confitures et miel, fromage, yaourt…) très bon emplacement très proche de l’arc de triomphe et de la ligne 1 de métro (5-10 minutes de marche max).

L'accueil est chaleureux, le personnel de qualité, c'est indiscutable. C'est le rapport qualité prix (confort-équipements) que je déplore => 192€ la nuit (sans le petit déjeuner) pour une très petite chambre, une literie que je n'ai pas trouvé confortable et 30° dans la chambre (au regard des chaleurs de début de semaine sur paris), impossible à faire descendre puisqu'il n'y a pas de climatisation dans l'établissement ;-( ! Un simple petit ventilateur posé sur la tablette, évidemment pas suffisant et trop bruyant pour le laisser tourner la nuit. Impossible d'espérer dormir la fenêtre ouverte, c'est une rue/quartier classiquement bruyant à toute heure. Un clin d'oeil: le gel douche : pas de distributeur mais un sachet de type "échantillon" par nuit et par personne, surprenant sur ce niveau de prix. Enfin le petit déjeuner est standardisé = pas de buffet ou de choix possible mais un plateau standard préparé: ce qui complexifie en cas de contraintes alimentaires. NB : Le petit déjeuner est très abordable quant à lui néanmoins (9€) et tout à fait correct si il est à votre goût. Je crains que les prix continuent de "flamber" sur Paris, coupe du monde de rugby, prépa des JO 2024... ceci peut, peut être, expliquer ce niveau de prix ?

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed at. The feeling is like a bed and breakfast cozy hotel. The welcome the lady at the desk gave us was excellent. One of the day we stayed was raining and we didn’t have umbrellas . We asked her where we could buy one and she lend us two umbrellas. She went far and beyond what is expected. We had the breakfast they offered for 9 euro and it was fresh and delicious. My husband could smell the break being baked each morning. The room was so comfortable and the area quiet. No light came through at night with the black out drapes. The shower had great hot water and the hair dryer dried my hair fast. I only have great things to say about this hotel. Will definitely stay here again. We were close by the Eiffel Tower and shops. We are taking a piece of Paris with us!

Great location within minutes of the Metro and Trains. Champs Elysée a 5 min walk. Nice simple breakfast offered with very helpful staff at front desk. Rooms a little small, but comfortable and a safe area of the city.

Visiting Paris for conference this accommodation was chosen for its location and transport links. Very reasonably priced and good check-in facilities. Different members of staff throughout the stay and option for breakfast. Room was comfortable with simple facilities.

We had a great time at Louisa hotel. The location is absolutely perfect, right in between two different central metro stations and close to both the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe. The staff was friendly and helpful, and everything was fresh and clean. The breakfast was lovely, with fresh pastries, yoghurt and juice - a wonderful way to start each of our days in Paris. Highly recommended!

This hotel is very cute but very small room sizes. The amenities were lacking, especially air conditioning but we made it work with the little fan that was given to us. They had a little seating area in the front area of the hotel which we sat at and had wine one night but other than that it's just your room. It was locally good for a lot of the cafes that were around us.
