No elevator and no air conditioning but we knew that when we booked. Hanine at the front desk was very helpful. Room was clean and the continental breakfast was good. A number of restaurants close by and entrance to the M1 subway line is a 4min walk. That subway line gets you quickly to any destination needed.

Good place to stay in this part of city. 5 minutes walk to nearest metro and tram stop. Please note this is small property with no lift, it might be an issue for someone with heavy luggage. The stairs are steep to climb if you on their top forth floor. My room was well maintained and daily cleaned during my stay. The only negative I have noticed is their staircase and bedroom corridors were not vaccum cleaned during my stay.

The only negative comment I have is that it doesn’t have elevator and the stairs are to tiny and it has spiral staircase make it hard if you go with big luggage’s. Beside that the place is convenient to spend 1 night.

photo de chambres non contractuelles avec celle attribuée à mon séjour ( type de chambre que j’ai choisi) ce qui est d’ailleurs non mentionné. Je n’ai pas dormi à l’hôtel, j’ai quitté directement. Très petit , pas de Clim, pas d’ascenseur, pas de télé, chambre à l’ancienne . Je ne reviendrais pas .

No elevator, i had to climb 4 stairs to reach my room, the floor wasn't clean, no flip flop which costs them 1€, no wifi coverage, bed is good, bathroom is tight, trash bin in the toilet was without cover (you can imagine the view), 1 metro ride to reach Eiffel tower which is good.

Equipe de atendimento muito acolhedora e gentil. O quarto e a cama são muito bons e a localização excelente. No entanto, o local do banho é minúsculo, tem de tomar banho de porta aberta porque não cabe uma pessoa lá dentro. Tem de ter disposição para subir escadas porque não tem elevador. O café da manhã do hotel não vale os 12 euros, melhor comer nas cafeteiras próximas.

La chambre reste propre et calme, mais le reste de l’hôtel laisse à désirer. Il y a 2 immeubles dans l’hôtel avec 3-4 étages chacun et la salle de petit déjeuner fait 10 m2? Vraiment je ne recommande pas cet hôtel

Bon accueil mais les chambres ne correspondent pas aux photos, il n’y a aucun volet seulement un rideau ou toute la lumière passe et un vis à vis sur les chambres de tout le monde. De plus aucune réelle isolation, des 7h du matin et même avant du bruit sans cesse empêchant de dormir. Des odeurs horribles sortant des toilettes également.

Pas de climatisation, un ventilateur à la place mais impossible de rafraîchir la chambre. Les wc sont mal placés, il n’y a pas de place pour les genoux… La douche est en mauvais état. Et surtout, les tuyauteries ramènent des odeurs nauséabondes.

Hôtel à proximité des transports en commun très bien situé ! L\'hôtel en lui est plutôt bien, petit jardin belle petite salle pour déjeuner Mauvaise insonorisation et surtout la propreté a revoir ! Il y avait encore des traces de dentifrices de l\'ancien passage, les coins ne sont pas faits correctement et la literie est très "dur" de plus pas d\'alése sur le matelas..

Mobilier, sol et salle d'eau assez vetuste. La chambre etait tres petite et l'ecran tv fixé si haut et de côté qu'il est difficile de le regarder. Par contre, hotel calme et le linge est tres propre.

I booked this hotel last minute. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. When I was not happy with my room they changed it immediately! They provided an extra heater as I was very cold and showed me how to get around. They do offer breakfast at €12 which is not bad compared to local offerings. Front desk staff [especailly Kareem] was nice and generous. Hotel met my needs in the ways that count. Bed, window and shower were all large. High water pressure and hot water. There were some very minor quibbles--the safe didn't work [no batteries and none at front desk to replace them], the phone didn't work [to call the front desk, necessitating an extra trip up and down the stairs]. But they gave me the top floor room that I asked for. The coffee machine made a fabulous capuccino. The breakfast was a little thin --- sliced meat, sliced cheese, carbohydrates and yogurt. I decided not to get it, feeling a bit disappointed. Overall I was happy with the value and experience and would definitely stay again.

No elevator and no air conditioning but we knew that when we booked. Hanine at the front desk was very helpful. Room was clean and the continental breakfast was good. A number of restaurants close by and entrance to the M1 subway line is a 4min walk. That subway line gets you quickly to any destination needed.

We really loved the location and the staff was great! The 1st room we had was extremely small for 2 people and the staff was nice enough moved us the next morning to a much larger and nicer room. It was clean, simple and a little bit away from the city center. However the metro line is right around the corner and within minutes you were anywhere you want to be. It was nice to be in a more residential area away from the crowds. Nice restaurants and sidewalk cafes were a few steps from the hotel. We ended up eating and drinking in the area every night.

Hotel molto carino, camera grande per gli standard parigini, bagno grande, tutto curato, rinnovato da poco e abbastanza pulito. Reception sempre presente e disponibile. Zona molto tranquilla e comoda, con 3 linee della metro a poca distanza. Ottimi ristoranti in zona e nel weekend mercato alimentare e dell'usato, non avremmo potuto fare una scelta migliore!

Hôtel à proximité des transports en commun très bien situé ! L\'hôtel en lui est plutôt bien, petit jardin belle petite salle pour déjeuner Mauvaise insonorisation et surtout la propreté a revoir ! Il y avait encore des traces de dentifrices de l\'ancien passage, les coins ne sont pas faits correctement et la literie est très "dur" de plus pas d\'alése sur le matelas..

Equipe de atendimento muito acolhedora e gentil. O quarto e a cama são muito bons e a localização excelente. No entanto, o local do banho é minúsculo, tem de tomar banho de porta aberta porque não cabe uma pessoa lá dentro. Tem de ter disposição para subir escadas porque não tem elevador. O café da manhã do hotel não vale os 12 euros, melhor comer nas cafeteiras próximas.

La chambre reste propre et calme, mais le reste de l’hôtel laisse à désirer. Il y a 2 immeubles dans l’hôtel avec 3-4 étages chacun et la salle de petit déjeuner fait 10 m2?
