Very small elevators, A/C regulated by the front desk. I got on the elevator with two suitcases and then had to drag it up 10 stairs because the elevator lets you off between the floors instead of the floor where the rooms are. Very inconvenient for people traveling with big bags. The stairs were uneven.

Je parlerai d abord des points positifs: Personnel très très serviable et très accueillant. Le petit dejeuner était vraiment incroyable,le monsieur qui soccupait de l approvisionner etait très serviable également. Nous avions une chambre double au rdc à l arrière de la cour de l hotel avec 2 lits simples. La literie de marque epeda était très confortable et les oreillers également. Petite cour extérieure pour boire un verre ou se poser. Boissons d accueil type café de toutes sortes, thés, boissons ,bonbons. Le point négatif :je suis allée aux toilettes communes en arrivant qui étaient vraiment sales. Sinon,en règle générale il ne faut pas être trop regardant sur les finitions mais tout ca est bien compensé par la gentillesse du personnel. A mon sens c est parfait pour qques jours. Merci à l equipe pour l accueil.

We got a room on the third floor with no elevator, so it was a long walk up. There are two buildings, one with an elevator and one without, so better to request the building with the elevator if you have problems walking. The main complaint is that the toilet was so close to the wall, that it was impossible to sit straight on the toilet - we had to sit on a 45-degree angle. If you're used to sitting sideways on the toilet, then it's no problem, otherwise it was very uncomfortable. There wasn't enough space even for a child to sit properly. Otherwise, the location was good, near both Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est.

Super Lage. Vom Ankunftsbahnhof Gare de l'est zu Fuß erreichbar, zwei Metro-Stationen in der Nähe. Im Hotel selbst war soweit alles in Ordnung. Das Personal kompetent und professionell, aber auch nicht mehr. Frühstück war für 12 Euro für Paris akzeptabel, aber die Milch war nicht mehr ganz frisch und schwarzen Tee gab es nicht. Anders als in der Hotel-Beschreibung gab es einen kleinen Aufzug. Dafür waren wir mit unserem Zimmer im 5. Stock dankbar. Die Ausstattung des Zimmer war wie im Netz beschrieben, allerdings war eine Glühbirne kaputt und insgesamt war das Zimmer nur schlecht zu beleuchten. Bad war sehr sauber und modern. Sehr gut. Ein Haken, um Kleidung oder Kulturbeutel aufzuhängen, wäre noch besser gewesen.

Lovely staff and service, nice area downstairs to hang out plus an interior courtyard. Appreciate the still and sparkling water and coffee provided. Our room was comfortable and mostly quiet for our stay. Wifi signal from our room was patchy, but everything else was pretty good. Walkable neighbourhood, convenient distance from Gare du Nord and Gare de l’Est. Would recommend.

Hotel simples mas com um atendimento muito gentil, café da manhã gostoso, café, água e chá a disposição na recepção 24h. Próximo da estação Gare du Nord. Não tem elevador, o que pode ser um grande problema pra quem tem muitas malas grandes ou pessoas com dificuldade de locomoção. Estávamos só com mala de mão mas minha mãe idosa não conseguia subir com a mala. Mas isso é só uma observação. O quarto era confortável e limpo.

We stayed for three nights and we suspected the bedding was not clean properly, we have skin irritations (itching). It was not bed bug but maybe more like dust mites. Decor and furniture was ok for 3 stars hotel, but the main issue was the bathroom tub was so slippery, and set so high with no handle to hold to climb up or down. The glass division between shower/tub and sink was not secured and keep swinging into tub while we showering, so it was double safety issue. Bathroom tile was cracking on the bathroom and door way paint was peeling off. Hallway carpet was really dingy. The only thing good was the AC. It runs very cold but you have to ask reception to turn it on since the control didn’t work. The complimentary water and coffee machine on ground floor with lounge next to reception were nice. The neighborhood was ok, very close to Gare d’Est station which is why we picked this hotel. Nearby patisserie Artisan Boulanger was top notch for butter croissant and baguette.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were really lovely and helpful. The location is conveniently located near tourist places, and a Macdonalds is near by which is always a plus. The room was spacious and clean. I’m very happy with our stay.

Der var spindelvæv på værelset, skimmel/mug i bruseren. Sengen var slidt og ligeledes hovedgærde/sengeborde. Værelset var ikke klar da vi ankom og vi kom endda en time efter indtjekning var startet. Der var mus i baggården. Kaffe var god og gratis. Sød receptionist den sidste dag

Very noisy rooms, you can hear other guests conversations which makes sleep very difficult. You can hear alarms for flights at early hours which makes your sleep disrupted and it will affect your holiday. Surrounding area seems a little dangerous at night. Wi-Fi not good. It was good hotel, warm and cosy. Breakfast is pretty good, so definitely worth of money. Only issue was the walls, we could hear what was happening on the other side. Good hear toilet flushing and somebody using sink.

I had a very good experience at this hotel. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were comfortable and quiet. The only thing to improve is the Wi-Fi. The signal was strong, but half the time it wasn't connecting to the internet.

This hotel is in a great location and I think they’re trying to do some minor upgrades. The lobby is very nice, the room was ok, it would have been nice to control the heat/ coolness in our room though. The temp was down as low as it could go and it was still too warm. However it was clean and comfortable, some more upgrades are needed besides paint to really spruce it up but it was decent for a couple nights

Perfect location, nice staff, nice room. The bed and pillows were comfortable, there is a hairdryer and kettle. Breakfast was a little basic and very busy (Paris olympics) so often had to wait for refills of food/to get to the items. The room was nice and spacious but no fridge and light in the corridor shone underneath the door all night with no way to turn it off. Would stay here again, it’s lovely for central Paris 3* hotel and perfect for a city break- you know what you’re getting.

The staff at the hotel was friendly and welcoming. They all spoke English, which was helpful. The hotel was simple but clean. If you are American, think Motel 6 or La Quinta Inn level. The hotel and surrounding area seemed safe. There is no refrigerator or microwave but they had an elevator and the air conditioner worked well. The WiFi was terrible!

Our stay in Hotel Kabanel was decent overall but unfortunately the ceiling / walls are incredibly thin, and during our stay there appeared to be a party 2 floors up, which made sleep impossible. The night reception staff were very apologetic and did speak with them to keep it down, but we'd already been disturbed at 3am and they didn't quieten down quickly. There are both pros and cons for the hotel, but unfortunately for us the main con (not being able to sleep for 2 nights) outweighed the pros. Pros: - Really friendly staff - Clean and safe room - The main hotel door had to be unlocked by the receptionist so it felt incredibly safe - Comfy bed - Free coffee in reception (nice relaxing reception area) Cons: - Very thin walls / ceiling (even when the party had quietened down, we could still hear footsteps moving around the room. It genuinely sounded like they were rearranging the furniture the whole time) - The coffee in the room wasn't refilled upon maid service - Plug points closest to our bed were right above our head (the wire would get caught on the pillows) - Plug points above our head would also turn off when the lights would turn off, so we had to use other plug points in the room Overall it was good value for money and really friendly staff, but just be aware you may not sleep very well.

Bad könnte Renovierung vertragen u, war aber sauber. Nur due Tür zum Bad bitte mal abseifen ;). Ich war das 2x im Hotel, ohne Frühstück, da kann ich nichts bewerten, in Paris gehe ich immer auswärts Frühstücken. Rezeption immer 24h besetzt. Es ist optimal gelegen, nur ein paar Meter zum Bahnhof. Bis zum nächsten mal.

All staff are very friendly and i will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends! I’m genuinely grateful for the handsome young man (receptionist) who helped me to carry my luggage all the way to level 3. Really thanks a lot for his help. An utterly disastrous faulty towers experience. We arrived at 1am and they couldn’t find our booking - a crew of 8 people travelling we had booked 4 twin rooms We ended up having to share three people per room and one double howveee one of the rooms was full! Do we opened to the door to other terrified guests. The manager in the morning instead of appologizing proceeded to shout about why it wasn’t their fault. No apology and so rude. We will never go back. Also tap and door handles were broken

I hope this review and picture are helpful. If you are going to paris with accessibility needs, you are in the wrong place so pause, re-think if you are still on time or try to make the most of it with this reservation. The hotel (the area where we stayed you can see is newly refurbished) but that didn't stop from not being able to bring a stroller to the room with the lift. The lift is so small that even if we are not "big size people" me and my wife and the stroller don't fit all together in the lift. You ask for a room step free and the hotel answer is that every room needs steps no matter where. We decided to give it a go and unfortunately never again. We were welcomed with one key room saying "they ran out of electronic keys", it seemed a bit odd but it happens. We then arrived to the room with few steps and stroller and the radiator in the room was not working, heating just at the bottom. We didn't really need it but was very handy to dry baby clothes. We let reception know and their answer was "I need to ask the manager" who will be there in 2 days, guess what? we stayed only 3 days and no one ever looked at it. We then looked at the safety deposit in the room and was clearly locked. When asked to open once again the answer was we need the famous manager, once again no one ever showed up in 3 days. They did offer an alternative solution (I don't call that but here the details) they offered a security box on the ground floor. Thanks but no thanks

An easy walk from Gare du Nord or Gare de L’Est, with the metro and also bus routes. I chose the hotel for the proximity to Marché couvert Saint-Quentin and the branch of Bouillon Chartier, both minutes away on foot. Other foodie adventures included the traditional French food at P'tite Bougnate, only metres from the front door of the hotel. The staff were friendly, the WiFi was strong and the room comfy. I didn’t have breakfast as I ate out but it looked like typical fare. Luckily I didn’t have any issues with my lungs or my heart as I was on the 4th floor, up very steep steps. I was also glad I didn’t have more than a small bag to carry as there isn’t a lift. I wouldn’t hesitate to choose this hotel again next time I’m in Paris. For the money, it’s very good value.

The hotel was few minutes walk to the Gare du Nord train station, restaurants, and grocery stores. The front desk personnel were friendly during our stay and it was open 24hrs. The room was clean, but there was no fridge. The surrounding area was a little sketchy, but we were pleased overall with our stay in the hotel.

Je parlerai d abord des points positifs: Personnel très très serviable et très accueillant. Le petit dejeuner était vraiment incroyable,le monsieur qui soccupait de l approvisionner etait très serviable également. Nous avions une chambre double au rdc à l arrière de la cour de l hotel avec 2 lits simples. La literie de marque epeda était très confortable et les oreillers également. Petite cour extérieure pour boire un verre ou se poser. Boissons d accueil type café de toutes sortes, thés, boissons ,bonbons. Le point négatif :je suis allée aux toilettes communes en arrivant qui étaient vraiment sales. Sinon,en règle générale il ne faut pas être trop regardant sur les finitions mais tout ca est bien compensé par la gentillesse du personnel. A mon sens c est parfait pour qques jours. Merci à l equipe pour l accueil.

When we got there, the outside structure was covered in scaffolding but didn't affect our stay. Kind receptionists, free coffee and water, clean modern room, confy bed, wifi and plenty of hot water. Breakfast buffet was included and could be better (raw eggs you have to boil). Overall, we been in Paris before and wanted to stay in this area because Montmatre, restaurants and the vibe.

Perfect location, nice staff, nice room. The bed and pillows were comfortable, there is a hairdryer and kettle. Breakfast was a little basic and very busy (Paris olympics) so often had to wait for refills of food/to get to the items. The room was nice and spacious but no fridge and light in the corridor shone underneath the door all night with no way to turn it off. Would stay here again, it’s lovely for central Paris 3* hotel and perfect for a city break- you know what you’re getting.

We stayed during the 1st week of the Olympics so it was expensive and therefore not good value for money but it was the cheapest we could find. This is good three star hotel and served its purpose for our trip. Breakfast was included and it was adequate if not spectacular. We had a twin room which was a decent size. Beds were comfortable and we had options for pillows. It was very hot during our stay but the air conditioning works well and isn’t too noisy. The bathroom had been refurbished and was in good condition although there was a bit of a smell. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel only has one small lift which we thought would be a problem but we never had a problem accessing it. I guess it could be an issue at busy times.

Yassir gav ett superbra intryck vid incheckningen. Vi va på tågresa i Europa så detta passade utmärkt som genompasserande då det låg nära tågstationen. Frukosten va helt ok.
