Beaugrenelle St-Charles Tour Eiffel

Extremely small room for a couple. Very hot and air con didn’t work. Right next to lift which ran day and night so sleep wasn’t good. Staff helpful and location ok. Would I return? Probably not

A notre arrivée nous sommes restés enfermé dans le parking de l’hôtel pendant 20 minutes avant que la personne de la réception daigne venir nous libérer car les badges fournis ne fonctionnaient pas. Alors prochain voyageur je vous recommande d’être vigilant si vous réservez le parking. Heureusement la chambre était correcte et l’hôtel bien situé. Dans cette établissement il ne faut pas avoir besoin de qui que ce soit et le séjour se passera bien.

Hotel was decent. But kettle was not provided and we were told by reception that we can use hot water in dining room then another person said we can’t. We can take hot water from dining room in cups to the room. This was not good as cups with hot water were too hold to carry them to the third floor and I burnt my hand so I was not happy about that

If you're looking for some common anenities found in the US like microwave, fridge, iron & board you won't find it there. Also their "shower curtain"which is a "glass door" like only closes half the length of the tub. No typical or full shower door. Beside that the room was clean, cozy, nice paris balcony view from room and bathroom. The staff was pleasant, friendly. The proximity to restaurant, shops, metro, AND the eiffel tour is AMAZING. You just need to step outside the front door and you'll see the eiffel tour. Great way to start and end the day. Choose what's more important to you. Oh by the way don't take their recommended taxi services. Its over priced. Front desk told me 40euro to gare du nord, but a previous taxi driver told me it should be 25-30euro. Once the driver dropped us off he said it's 45euro. So that was wrong. He was pleasant and offered to pick us back up. But when we got back and texted him he said he'll have someone else pick us up for 65euro. We found another way back to the hotel. Metro is 2.5euro and there are 2 stations nearby

The hotel was located in a great area close to the metro and restaurants. It was also a 15-20 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Only thing that was a bit of an inconvenience was that the AC wasn’t working and the room would get very hot. We would open the window and get a nice breeze in but since it’s on a busy street, it was noisy so we would have to close the window. Other than that the staff was very friendly and the room was clean.

Als Doppelzimmer ist das Zimmer sehr klein und nicht empfehlenswert. Parkplatz war gut und sicher, aber zu teuer. Frühstück ind Ordnung. Sehr zentral und 15 min vom Eiffelturm entfernt.

Shame there wasn’t a kettle with tea/coffee in room.

Abbiamo alloggiato per 3 notti a dicembre. Nelle vicinanze ci sono molti ristoranti e un centro commerciale. A pochi metri di distanza c’è la fermata della metro 10. La camera era piccola ma dotata di ogni comfort e calda. Le scale non sono molto comode e l’ascensore era fuori servizio.

Property clean, every day housekeeping, clean towel and tidy up ,the room for us two was big in off we came for visiting Paris and stay out not in the room near metro and bus supermarket very close , 20 minutes from Eiffel Tower, lovely staff very happy definitely this place hope to come back again thank you

The property is nice and so are the stuff, but the entire hotel smells of cigarettes even my next door neighbour was coughing. The walls are so thin you can hear everything.

Muy limpio el baño sobre todo, te hacen limpieza y cambían las toallas diario. Personal muy amable, habitaciones cómodas para parejas, todo está cerca, supermercados, farmacias, cafeterías,tiendas para comprar, buses para trasladarse y el metro a unos cuantos pasos. Maravillosa vista de la torre Eifel sin duda regresaremos a este lugar, se los recomendamos.

Room was very comfortable and it was cleaned every day while we were out. Reception staff were always friendly and always greeted us when we were coming or leaving the hotel. Metro line was literally across the street as well as the shops, Starbucks, McDonald’s.

Excellent location, walking distance to main attractions. Safe neighborhood, lots of shopping and restaurants in the area. Room was very clean, modern and at a great price.

The staff we're great, really friendly and helpful, hotel was lovely, clean and tidy. Walking distance to the eiffel tower and the siene river. The hotel had a place for our stuff when we had a wait between checking out and checking in on the eurostar so we still had that day without worrying about luggage. Plenty of restaurants to eat near by and shops to buy snacks amd drinks etc. Will definitely book this hotel again!

Great location! Unfortunately the bathroom was covered in mold and is in definite need of a renovation

This hotel is old and not great condition. The rooms are very small and the carpet is old and filthy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Mary was a joy to talk to. Probably would not recommend this hotel other than the price.

숙소 근처에 버스정류장 2개와 지하철역이 있어서 관광하기 편했구, 큰 쇼핑몰인 모노프리가 근처에 있어서 장보기도 좋았습니다. 숙소는 전반적으로 편안하고 깔끔했습니다. 샴푸랑 바디워시가 어매니티로 제공되었습니다. 다만 샤워부스가 좀 좁았아요. 그리고 화장실에 개미들이 발견되었습니다ㅜㅜ 물거나 하진 않았지만 좀 놀랐어요

El tamaño de la habitación estaba bien, para solo descansar. La cama y las almohadas estaban ok, nada extraordinario. El problema principal es el ruido por las noches, las paredes parecen de papel, y todo se escucha de las otras habitaciones, e incluso del edificio vecino. El personal super atento, nos dieron recomendaciones de lugares donde comer, y transporte. La ubicación está excelente, ya que se sitúa a unos pasos de una estación de metro y a unos 20 minutos caminando de la Torre Eiffel.

As expected a hotel in the middle of Paris will be noisy. Lots of street noice early in the morning, delivery trucks right outside my window at 5:30 in the morning. Noice from plumbing and neighbouring rooms.

Hotel com excelente localização, próximo ao Metrô, excelentes restaurantes. Quarto e camas pequenas, mas para um casal tranquilo. Porém o banheiro extremamente pequeno, quase não entro no box.

Good locatation plenty of things around .Greeted nicely & helped us on getting metro to montramare.Hotel room was small but i understand rooms in paris are.It was very hot but window did open .Lots of towels & free toiletries .Bed slightly hard in my opinion but we all have different taste.My only problem and was quite a big one is we were in room 501 ( if your offered that one refuse ) right next to a very noisy lift that went late into night & again early morning

Room are small but cozy

I knew the room would be small but it was even smaller than I thought, especially the bathroom. I asked for a room that was accessible by elevator because of my knee replacement but they gave me one that required walking up a lot of stairs. The shower door fell off and they said they would fix it but they didn't. But it was very clean and the staff were all really nice. The location was excellent.

Very bad I didn’t got my blanket to sleep in a very cold weather I asked them multiple times and the person at counter doesn’t understand English and entire hotel doesn’t have one blanket

O hotel é pequeno, mas relativamente confortável. Não disponibilizam café ou chá no quarto, ao contrário da rede Holliday inn express. Apenas o staff do hotel (recepção) que não demonstraram simpatia e empatia, ao contrário da rede Holliday Inn Express. Mas, foi bom pela localização.

Je me suis retrouvé dans un autre hotel car ma chambre n'etait pas dispo. Mais mon petit dejeuner a ete offert.

You get what you pay for. We needed something short term and central. Location is good - room is a shoebox with trying to maneuver doors hitting the bed. Mattress is bad to sleep on and very low to the ground. We didn't get back a pair of shoes we had accidently left there. Front staff seemed tired and annoyed with tourists. Baggage hold is in the dining area, not cared for, not secure - just be aware. To end with a positive, there is a great bakery a few doors up.

Reception staff were extremely helpful when we required assistance with finding a doctor who came to our room for a consultation.

The staff was so friendly and amazing

The hotel was old, every time you went out and came back the room smelled bad. The app should hop on hop off bus was close by ... it was a 20 min walk... when you asked the staff anything they didn't know or didnt want to speak English.

Brilliant location - right next to Charles Michels metro station and lovely Boulangeries, with the Eiffel tower visible from the street. Clean comfortable and friendly - highly recommend!

The Metro & Bus Stop are both across the street. Nice quiet & clean hotel. The rooms are small but they served their purpose. The WiFi worked great.

This hotel is in an excellent location - on metro line 10 and within short walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. There is a good selection of cafés in close proximity, as well as a Starbucks and McDonald’s. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and in good condition.

Property is perfectly situated for main attractions. Train station 30 seconds walk away. 20min walk to the Eiffel Tower. Room clean and tidy, perfect base for a stay in Paris. Nice area, bakery and shops walking distance. Staff friendly and English speaking. Would definitely recommend.

Great location with the metro on your doorstep. Great food options around for all needs just need to walk around the corner to find. Great view of the Eiffel Tower from the road and a short walk to get to it. Definitely would stay here again if we come back to Paris.

Muy céntrico, muy limpio, el personal excelente. Lo que el desayuno tiene un costó de 14 Euros y no es nada. No hay variedad. El hotel tiene en frente un mercado que puedes comprar todo lo que desees comer y agua. Está en un lugar perfecto

The room I stayed in was quite small, and I was disappointed to find that the breakfast provided was limited to just bread a few items not really breakfast. I was also charged $50 for two days of breakfast, which seemed excessive considering the offerings. Unfortunately, there was no explanation of the pricing at the front desk when I checked in, leaving me with an unexpected bill. For the same amount, I could have had a much more substantial breakfast elsewhere, like in Paris, where the value was far greater. I would appreciate more transparency in pricing and perhaps some improvements to the breakfast selection especially for that insane price.

Hôtel situé dans un quartier calme. 20 minutes à pied de la tour Eiffel. L'hôtel est propre. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas hyper fourni. Ceux qui mangent de la viande ou des oeufs brouillés vont certainement être dessus.

Chambre très cosy, très agréable, d'une propreté irréprochable, avec tout ce qui est nécessaire (linge de toilette en nombre, sèche cheveux, baignoire, mouchoirs...) et qui donne sur la cour. Le personnel est très agréable. Le petit déjeuner est varié. Je recommande et surtout je garde l'adresse pour un prochain déplacement !

Suitable for the price! The breakfast could be better!

Rent,fräscht, de hade inte behövt städa och byta handdukar varje dag. Vi stannade i 4 nätter! Reste med 1 barn nära till tunnelbana, Mcdonalds och stor shoppinggalleria om barnet gillar det. Typ 20 min promenad till Eiffeltornet! Casting på tvn så man kan kolla Netflix om man orkar på kvällen. Bra frukostbuffe minus för inga grönsaker, vilket mitt barn gillar väldigt mycket!
