hôtel moyen pour un 3 étoiles , bar fermé ( depuis le covid d après le personnel !!!!!!!! ) TV en panne pendant 1 journée , alarme incendie à 8H30 ( pas de chance ) petit déjeuner correct , sans plus . meilleur atout : très près du métro " Bonne Nouvelle " , et des théâtres . bonnes possibilités de restauration à proximité .

We had a wonderful stay, the staff were absolutely lovely, the breakfast was delicious, the room had everything we could need including a fridge and kettle and fully stocked tea and coffee station, the location was perfect and so close to the train station and there were so many lunch and dinner spots around. 10/10 would definitely stay again 😊

It’s about 18 minutes walk from the Gare du Nord and the staff were nice but the good points end there. It looked nothing like the photos and had water damage on the ceiling of the bathroom that hadn’t been repaired. It doesn’t have gas central heating so heating comes from a fan heater alone and there is no heated towel rail. I was so cold the first night I thought I’d have to change hotels. My double bed was two singles pushed together. The staircase leading up to the rooms was scary to walk up and down alone at night (not well-lit). The area is fine to walk in during the day and early evening but not past about 8pm I’d say. The windows in my room were covered over by builder’s tarpaulin so I couldn’t see out and air couldn’t get in so was very hot during the day. The building work was extremely noisy. Unfortunately wouldn’t stay again!

The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station. There are tons of restaurants nearby. We chose this hotel as they were one of the only ones we could find that had a room that could accommodate our family of 4. There was a tiny elevator but we still had to carry our luggage up the last floor.

Room was adorable and large- staff were very kind and helpful. However, the demo and rehab of adjacent rooms beginning early in the morning was not exactly what we expected. The elevator was tied up during the day for tradesmen and the noise from across and in the hall was hard to tolerate early. Location is great as is staff. Hopefully the rehab work is completed soon.

次もこのホテルを選びます！日本語しか話せない私達の変な自動変換文章を一生懸命読み取って対応してくれました。部屋のシャワーの水圧は少し物足りないけど、5人続けてシャワーを使っても、最後まで問題なくお湯がでました。パリの記録的猛暑でもエアコンが使えたので快適に過ごせました。部屋のコンセントの数も多いです。ドライヤーの風量も問題ないです。建物や部屋は古いですが、できる限り綺麗にしてあると思います。お風呂に換気扇がないので、使用後はドアを全開にしておくと部屋の乾燥と浴室の湿気がちょうどよく混ざって浴室の曇りや水分は乾燥します。すぐ近くにスーパーもあるので、食料は基本スーパーで調達して食べていました。お勧めできるホテルです！ スタッフの皆さん、5日間ありがとうございました！

Servicio de recepción muy bueno. Buena localización. Desayuno bien para ser un tres estrellas. Cama cómoda. Limpiaron la habitación cada día y muy bien. Agua de bienvenida y caramelos. Las habitaciones necesitan reforma: las moquetas necesitan ser retiradas o una limpieza a fondo, no había colgador para toallas, vistas a un patio descuidado con olor a cloaca. Este olor era muy incómodo. El sumidero de mi lavabo no estaba en condiciones. La wifi funciona mal. El mármol del baño es grande y es incómodo usar el retrete porque están pegados. Una persona gorda no cabe ahí. El agua del grifo muy floja. Yo estaba en la planta 5 y escuchaba a los clientes de arriba. Mejorar insonorización.

Wir waren eigentlich nur auf der Suche nach einem Dach über den Kopf für unseren viertägigen Aufenthalt in Paris. Der Empfang war sehr nett. Man sollte jedoch nicht allzu hohe Erwartungen an das Hotel haben. Das Treppenhaus hat ziemlich muffig gerochen. Das Schlafzimmer war prinzipiell vollkommen ausreichend, das Badezimmer jedoch schon ziemlich abgewohnt. Die Lüftung im Bad hat nicht funktioniert und die Dusche hatte überall in den Ecken und Fugen schwarze Flecken, vermutlich Schimmel. Für die Dauer und nur zum Schlafen war es in Ordnung.

Had asked for a bathtub, and told I would be given upon availability. Turns out no rooms had a bathtub… Tea and coffee was not filled up by housekeeping, used glasses was not taken away and there was only luke warm water in the shower. All in all a disapointing stay.

Everything was great. I was there only for one night. The only problem I noticed was the shower. Wasn’t clean and seemed like some mold were growing. I’m sure it’s an oversight. The rest was quaint and clean and professional.

O quarto fica no 6o andar e o elevador só vai até o 5o. O banheiro é muito desconfortável em função do teto baixo, o que te obrigado a tomar banho encurvado ou agachado. O hotel tem um boa localização, mas os itens acima causam uma queda na avaliação e percepção ruim.

Bodde på familierom, perfekt for en familie på fire. En gammel bygning med skeive trapper, men veldig sjarmerende og velholdt. Fresht og fint bad, gode senger og fin beliggenhet. Hyggelig og serviceinnstilt betjening og koselig frokostsal med alt vi trengte for en god start.

Quarto apertadinho, mas esperado! Perto de estação de metrô mas um pouco longe pras linhas que chegam do aeroporto!!! Você vai andar uns 9 minutos até chegar. Não nos atrapalhou. Nos acolheram e foram todos simpáticos, principalmente o pessoal que fica no café da manhã, tinha um senhorzinho tão simpático!!!! Café pouco variado mas o que tem: IMPECÁVEL! Uma DELÍCIA! Não me arrependo de ter escolhido com café da manhã. Não tem vista, achamos um boníssimo custo benefício pra área muito movimentava (mas não na boulevard principal). Com certeza voltaríamos novamente, agradeço a todos os funcionários pelo acolhimento! Vi alguns comentários sobre Wi-Fi, e realmente MUITO LENTO!!! Mas é tanta coisa pra ver em Paris que nem ficamos no celular, atrapalhou muito pouco.

Hotel muito bom. Bem localizado, bem perto do metrô e com vários restaurantes e bares perto (para ir a pé). Café da manhã muito bom e quarto bem confortável (cama e chuveiro). Bastante silencioso. O carpete apesar de limpo parece meio encardido, então dá uma má impressão. Além disso a calefação é forte e chega a passar calor, e como é central, não é possível regular, tendo que ligar o ar condicionado para equilibrar. Mas valeu muito a pena. Eu recomendo bastante. Ficaria novamente com tranquilidade.

Very quaint and clean hotel. The blond lady who greeted us upon arrival was so friendly, knowledgable and just fantastic. The rest of the staff was nice, but nothing like this lady. Our room was small, but clean with a huge bathroom. No real sitting area. The beds were very comfortable. The elevator is small, we were 3 people and could just fit in together, but fast. The complimentary breakfast was good. No hot foods like eggs or bacon, although you could soft boil an egg. The cold foods were a wide variety and delicious. Great restaurants on the nearby street. Safe area, walkable and some historic sights within walking distance. Overall it was a great hotel. Would stay there again and have already recommended to friends who are visiting Paris in the fall.

The hotel was centrally located and clean. There was nothing to complain about with the room either. However, we were not treated nicely when checking in. Staff was very accommodating. Arrived from an early flight and we were planning to ask if we could leave our luggage in the hotel before the 2pm check-in time, however, they allowed us to have an early check-in without us asking at no extra charge. Very happy with our stay.

Room was adorable and large- staff were very kind and helpful. However, the demo and rehab of adjacent rooms beginning early in the morning was not exactly what we expected. The elevator was tied up during the day for tradesmen and the noise from across and in the hall was hard to tolerate early. Location is great as is staff. Hopefully the rehab work is completed soon.

Great location. Close to lots of public transport and I would arguably say walking distance for lots of the attractions. Staff were very friendly, kind and helpful. I was able to check in early and was given a complimentary upgrade. Breakfast was good, I didn't spend too long as I had a very early start but it had everything you'd expect from a continental breakfast. I would happily stay here again.

I stayed in this hotel just for a night with my two kids. The room was beautiful, the bed was comfortable... receptionist were nice and spoke in English.. we also were able to leave our bags for a day. The location is good as it is close to tram and some nice restaurants, coctail bars. We felt safe walking around this area. The only thing we were missing, the breakfast person weren't speaking in English...and breakfast were extremely basic for the price. Also, do not expect to chill in the loby until late as there are no bar or restaurant open till late inside the hotel. In overall, the stay was good, would come back again.

Simple and easy place to stay, close to many train lines so easy to get around. The room was very Paris so not huge but fine for a couple nights. The breakfast wasn’t amazing compared to many other places for the price as you can only have basics and boiled eggs (DIY). Still a cute place and the staff were great.

Hotel muito bom. Bem localizado, bem perto do metrô e com vários restaurantes e bares perto (para ir a pé). Café da manhã muito bom e quarto bem confortável (cama e chuveiro). Bastante silencioso. O carpete apesar de limpo parece meio encardido, então dá uma má impressão. Além disso a calefação é forte e chega a passar calor, e como é central, não é possível regular, tendo que ligar o ar condicionado para equilibrar. Mas valeu muito a pena. Eu recomendo bastante. Ficaria novamente com tranquilidade.

Hemos tenido muy buena experiencia, las instalaciones están bastante bien, personalmente el baño se podría mejorarse, pero aún así, estaba todo limpio y maravilloso.
