A estadia foi muito boa, o estúdio tem um bom tamanho, comodidades e utensílios necessários a uma boa estadia, a varanda permite uma ótima ventilação ao ambiente. A equipe é educada, acolhedora e prestativa. A disponibilidade de máquina de café e água para recarga em bebedouro no térreo foram um diferencial positivo importante na estadia, junto com outras comodidades e agrados. Tinha mapa da cidade (ainda adoro mapa de papel), sugestões e frutas na recepção. Tudo ótimo. Pretendemos voltar.

Great hotel for a moderate price! We had a bit more space in the hotel room than is typical for Paris. The hotel is only half a block from the Metro 5 or 6. We also enjoyed the free coffee and cappuccinos on the garden patio every morning.

Very convenient location, just a bit out of touristy area, in the nice and quiet residential area! But still can walk to The Seine River and the C Line/Metro 6 line in about 17 minutes, and we walked all the way back from the Eiffel Tower one day. Also, a quick walk to the Metro 5 line, also 10 line but we did not take that line. Very good for longer stays, we stayed for 6 nights. The only complaint is there is only one dryer (2 washers) in the laundry room.

Excelente atendimento. Chegamos antes do horário e adiantaram nosso check in. O estúdio era limpo, confortável, silencioso, muito ensolarado e com uma sacada com vista para árvores e flores. Tinha todo o necessário para fazer refeições. O hotel tinha máquina de cafés e capuccinos liberada assim como máquina que fornecia água natural, água gelada e água com gas. Accommodations are rather basic at this facility; that said, the property was clean, safe, and in a quiet residential neighborhood. Check in was easy, even after some issues with our flights. They do speak English. The bed was comfortable, but storage was lacking. There is heat, but no air conditioning. A fan was provided which was highly effective in October temperatures. They do have a small elevator. There are plenty of restaurants in the area, and two groceries. There are also two Metro stations within easy walking distance, and a major station with a shopping mall about a 15 minute walk away. Staff was friendly, and they have an overnight security person. The neighborhood is a working-class residential area in the 13th Arrondisement; it is off the beaten path but far less touristy than other areas. We would stay again.

Muy buena disposición del personal. Terrible mal olor persistente en el wc, tuve que comprarme elementos para limpiar. Al limpiar el piso del baño, me di cuenta que todo el piso de la habitación estaba sucio. Cuando pedí que limpiaran la habitación el 4to día, por diferencia me di cuenta de cuán sucia la había encontrado.

シタディーンは他の場所も何度か滞在していますが素晴らしいホテルです。スタッフもフレンドリーで部屋も清潔でした。ミニキッチンに大きな冷蔵庫、食洗機も付いていますので快適です。一番近いスーパーまで10m、大きなスーパーまで800mですが立地場所は静かでよかったです。 強いて言えばエアコンかない事、暑い季節は他の場所を選んでしまうかもと思いました。

We stayed for a week at this property. It is well managed, clean, comfortable, quiet and well priced. Antony , who works the front desk, is a pro. He is quick to help and assist with any issues. He helped us wrap a large tray we purchased so we could get it flight ready. When I forgot my tablet at the hotel, he arranged to have it delivered to me. He is a star!

The counter staff have been very helpful. I was having issues with my next accommodation booking in another French city and they assisted me as I could not speak French and was new in town. Would highly recommend the hotel to anyone coming to Paris. The place was highly accessible by metro and was near 2 supermarkets.

Excelente atendimento. Chegamos antes do horário e adiantaram nosso check in. O estúdio era limpo, confortável, silencioso, muito ensolarado e com uma sacada com vista para árvores e flores. Tinha todo o necessário para fazer refeições. O hotel tinha máquina de cafés e capuccinos liberada assim como máquina que fornecia água natural, água gelada e água com gas. The counter staff have been very helpful. I was having issues with my next accommodation booking in another French city and they assisted me as I could not speak French and was new in town. Would highly recommend the hotel to anyone coming to Paris. The place was highly accessible by metro and was near 2 supermarkets.

Very convenient location, just a bit out of touristy area, in the nice and quiet residential area! But still can walk to The Seine River and the C Line/Metro 6 line in about 17 minutes, and we walked all the way back from the Eiffel Tower one day. Also, a quick walk to the Metro 5 line, also 10 line but we did not take that line. Very good for longer stays, we stayed for 6 nights. The only complaint is there is only one dryer (2 washers) in the laundry room.

Accommodations are rather basic at this facility; that said, the property was clean, safe, and in a quiet residential neighborhood. Check in was easy, even after some issues with our flights. They do speak English. The bed was comfortable, but storage was lacking. There is heat, but no air conditioning. A fan was provided which was highly effective in October temperatures. They do have a small elevator. There are plenty of restaurants in the area, and two groceries. There are also two Metro stations within easy walking distance, and a major station with a shopping mall about a 15 minute walk away. Staff was friendly, and they have an overnight security person. The neighborhood is a working-class residential area in the 13th Arrondisement; it is off the beaten path but far less touristy than other areas. We would stay again.

Great hotel for a moderate price! We had a bit more space in the hotel room than is typical for Paris. The hotel is only half a block from the Metro 5 or 6. We also enjoyed the free coffee and cappuccinos on the garden patio every morning.

Il n’y a pas de climatisation à la chambre donc il fait très chaud selon la clarté de la chambre Sur Expédia, il était indiqué que le petit déjeuner était gratuit, or, ils chargent 11 Euros par personne par repas pour une sélection plutôt sommaire. Heureusement que plusieurs boulangeries sont à proximité

The Citadine Austerlitz was just perfect. Location was ideal for the Metro and enjoying some leisurely meals and drinks. There were lovely bars and restaurants very close. We had a great 1 bed apartment with all the facilities. Breakfast was very good value. We slept well as the hotel was really quiet.

The distance to main piazza and museums was a little long for my kids, but the adults had no problem getting to the main piazza. Great help from the staff to call taxis. The breakfast buffet was way more than we had expected! A lovely surprise on our first morning. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality and set up!
