Loved the location by the entrance to the Chatelet les Halles underground station and Westfield Forum shopping centre. So easy to get around Paris from here. Just 8 minutes by RER train from Gare du Nord. 3 minutes by train to Galeries Lafayette or half hour walk. The area is vibrant - lots of restaurants/bars. Shopping centre good. So close to the Louvre and easy to walk to Notre Dame, Bourse du Commerce museum etc. Recommend walking to Place des Vosges. There’s a lovely route there with shops and old buildings. Aparthotel currently nearing end of renovation. It’s not as bad as some reviews suggest and it was made clear that renovation was taking place. The apartment we stayed in was lovely and we liked the new renovation - had everything you needed . Staff were friendly and helpful. Reception area is still being finished but no issues. No problem with lift either - although only one is currently in operation. They even gave access to a ‘comfort ‘ room to get clean towels etc if needed during stay. 24 hour access to building too. We absolutely recommend this place despite the renovation and look forward to returning again when completed.

レアル駅の出口1から徒歩1分くらいと、アクセス良好。 キッチン付きの部屋にしたので、近くのモノプリで買い物をして、茹でたり、焼いたりもできるのが本当に良かった！ 1階でウォーターサーバ、コーヒーも飲める。水筒を持ってきたのでそれに水を入れて飲ませていただきました！ 2階に、タオル類を24時間取りに行ける部屋、ジムもあり、それも使い勝手良いです。 ただ、ある日の午後、たまたま部屋にいた時、ノックはされたが断りなく部屋に男性スタッフが入ってきて、何かサポートはいりませんか？と聞いてきた。これはちょっとびっくり、怖かった。

Really loved staying here. The interior design is wonderful right down to the statement chairs in the lounge reception areas and the free coffee was much appreciated. The apartments are well designed, the bed is comfortable and enjoyed the smart TV (so many English channels). It is a pleasure to stay somewhere where I don’t need to fish around for adapter cables or an extra glass or two - it had a fully equipped kitchen. For anyone travelling here by Eurostar, it is only one stop on RER from Gare du Nord, a few escalators and a couple of metres - very straightforward. Stayed in Paris many times and this is our favourite arrondissement because we can walk everywhere.

Tough one to review because there was construction on site. The actual unit was wonderful and recently remodeled (if I were guessing less than 1-mo old) so that was great. The lobby and elevator was a nightmare due to construction. Down to 1 elevator and thus sometimes you had to wait >10 minutes to get on the elevator (it would arrive but be full). Eventually I gave up and took the steps down from the 7th floor every time. going up was a bit easier. Property NEVER notified us during the booking process that it was under construction. I almost certainly would have chosen a different hotel if I know. Again, that said, the unit was amazing, the location proximity to Les Halles metro stop was perfect, and the surrounding area had lots of dining and drinking options. Because of the heavy foot traffic the surrounding area lacks some of the charm the rest of Paris has but overall I would stay in the same area again and at the same hotel (once the construction is done).

This is our first time staying here and we Love it! The location is perfect with the train station steps away. The station serves many lines including the RER. It was a straight line for us from coming off the Eurostar! Super convenient! The hotel is surrounded with lots of dining options and that includes last night dining and bakeries that opens early The hotel is also steps away from the Westfield Mall (which is also attached to the train station) The staff were friendly and helpful at check in … giving us information about getting extra supplies for our room from the supply room, offering us the complimentary coffee at the lobby. The hotel was recently renovated and it is beautifully done When you enter, the lobby is v welcoming and lots of sitting area and charging points. The room was of good size (we were in Deluxe Studio) with a small kitchenette. It has good sound proofing and comfortable. One small minor detail to take note …. If you call for a taxi, the taxi can’t actually get to the door step of the hotel … the actual Pick up bay is by the side of the train station which is just steps away. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris! In fact, we liked it so much, we have booked it for our kids to stay there in December!

Professional, helpful staff. Two different views and ambience available 1 quieter side or 2 view of the square. Free cafe, latte, cap, espresso, tea. Kitchenette with fridge, stove, microwave, dishes, cups, cuttery. Heart of all food and shopping, walkable to museums and a long walk to tower. A/c like many places is ok ( not bad) for one small person, bearable prior to heat waves early july. It goes to 18.5 but at night was nice. But ut want too hot outside. Have not gone in heat wave season to know. Beautiful renovated shower glass, 2 shower heads and easybto use dials. Comfy bed and light duvet. Fully open balcany doors no nets no bugs when i went. Housekeeping once per week but fully available towels and soap if needed. Gym, meeting room and tables. Pets welcome, but no not leave in room when you are not there. Possible fee, check website or call. Would stay again !

Travel led from the US as a 30yr F solo. Hotel was conveniently located, clean, safe, and quiet. The water got hot super quick, outlets in bathroom, spacious room, and laundry room onsite. You need a key card to enter in the building during the day on weekends and after 11pm which made me feel very safe. The tile in the shower was a beautiful green color.

The hotel is a construction site full of dust, smelly, and noisy. They shouldn’t be hosting, but close to the public. The elevator did not work one night and had to help my mom 6 floors up. Room check in was not ready until 4.30 pm (should have been 3.00 pm max and instead of being apologetic they were rude saying check in is FROM 3.00 pm.

Nosso studio estava super limpo, tudo em ordem, vista para o pátio interno, ou seja, silêncio absoluto. Ótima localização, equipe simpática. A falta da arrumação diária não foi problema, arrumamos as camas e tiramos o lixo pela manhã e tudo resolvido. Padarias, mercados, restaurantes, estação de metrô e trem na porta.

The rooms and bathroom was not clean. They had construction going on 5,6 floor. Elevator was either not working or being used by workers. So had to use stairs. We did double bed room- we got 2 twins joined which were uncomfortable. There was noise coming from streets morning and evening.

I like the location of this hotel a lot of dining options and right next to Subway so transportation was very easy. However, I believe the hotel is overpriced for what they offer. They don't offer room service to clean the rooms ,unless you pay extra the hotels under complete renovation and there's dust and dirt everywhere. In my opinion, if you're going to charge the prices you charge, you need to provide more options like cleaning service, complimentary or lower your prices. The noise in the morning was very loud. We will not be staying at this location or recommending for others to stay.

Overall a great property.The rooms were spacious and clean, plus having a kitchen was so convenient. Also can’t beat the location, close to everything and a major metro/rer station. Additionally, the staff were very always very courteous and helpful. Highly recommend.

Property is located in a great area in Paris providing easy access to the metro and bus or taxis. Front desk Staff were all very helpful in navigating the metro, recommending restaurants, etc. and spoke English. We found the beds quite hard and a bit lumpy. The weather was warm when we were there but the property had a lowest set point for the thermostat at 22C. It was very warm in the room and hard to sleep. We spoke to the front desk and they changed it to 19 for us. Just a note…don’t touch the thermostat once it’s changed or it defaults back to 22 and you have to get the front desk to adjust it again. I was under the assumption that breakfast was included with our stay. When we checked in no mention was made that there was a charge for breakfast. I feel that is something that should be told to guests. When we checked out there was an additional charge we had to pay since we ate there every day of our 6 night stay. I thought it was a lot of money for what they offered in my opinion. It was just your typical scrambled eggs, sausage, some cheeses & cold meats. They offered bread, pastries, cereal, limited fruit as well. The location of the property and staff is its best selling feature for this property.

The weather was warm when we were there but the property had a lowest set point for the thermostat at 22C. It was very warm in the room and hard to sleep. We spoke to the front desk and they changed it to 19 for us. Just a note…don’t touch the thermostat once it’s changed or it defaults back to 22 and you have to get the front desk to adjust it again. I was under the assumption that breakfast was included with our stay. When we checked in no mention was made that there was a charge for breakfast. I feel that is something that should be told to guests. When we checked out there was an additional charge we had to pay since we ate there every day of our 6 night stay. I thought it was a lot of money for what they offered in my opinion. It was just your typical scrambled eggs, sausage, some cheeses & cold meats. They offered bread, pastries, cereal, limited fruit as well. The location of the property and staff is its best selling feature for this property.

Great size room Paris, kitchenette was perfect size and well appointed. Very nice bathroom. Seems like the rooms were recently renovated? Location was great for subway and was walking distance to great shopping and restaurants. Staff were always very helpful! It is a very lively (noisy) area in the evenings but the courtyard room was surprisingly quiet. Overall, great value for central Paris.

Excellent location. Right in the center of a large nightlife area; many, many restaurants and bars. 15 minute walk to the Louvre, 10 minute walk to the Latin Quarter and Notre-Dame. Transportation (Metro & RER) to just about anywhere are at the hotel or a 7 minute walk away. All major site are less than a €13 Uber ride away. A bit noisy outside if you keep your window open because of the nightlife. Was not an issue for myself. Rooms were larger and more modern than the standard Paris hotel room. Washer and dryer on site for fee. Housekeeping once a week but one can get towels and linens at will. If I return to Paris I will look at this hotel first. A .

Sem dúvida um excelente hotel em Paris. A localização é perfeita, facilita tudo e deixa a estadia muito mais prática e agradável. We were greeted before we go to the door! They came to the taxi, assisted with luggage and, when my wife's wheelchair broke down, they loaned us one for the whole week. We'd go back tomorrow. Erza was very helpful.

Our recent stay at this hotel was, quite simply, impeccable. I visited with my family and my brother’s family for five and six days respectively, and we could not have asked for a more seamless experience. The Location The hotel’s situation is peerless. With two major Metro stations practically on the doorstep serving six different lines, navigating Paris was effortless, often requiring no transfers at all. Moreover, many of the city’s iconic landmarks were within comfortable walking distance. The surrounding neighbourhood is a delight, boasting an array of charming bistros, a local bakery, and essential amenities including pharmacies and large supermarkets such as Monoprix and Intermarché. Everything a traveller might require is mere moments away. The Hospitality What truly sets this establishment apart, however, is the staff. The reception team provided the warmest of welcomes and maintained a level of professionalism and kindness that was genuinely touching. From the moment we arrived to the hotel, we felt very Welcome. Especially the young lady who Checked Us (Sorry, I forgot to ask for her name). She was extremely pleasant & so patient with me. Since, I was totally jet lagged & not coherent. I love the free coffee they had available. The area was absolutely Brilliant! Close to restaurants, cafes & supermarkets. The apartment hotel is very well located for transportation and shopping; it's also very close to tourist points of interest. It's not on a main street though so you won't see it from a car. As a side note, the bricked pedestrian walks have a slight upslope from the streets where cars can drop you off to the hotel doors. The women staff and maintenence man were all very kind and helpful. There are a few things i personally didn't like that I'll note: Though kitchenette was very useful for our 10 day stay, the microwave was a little confusing to start; there is only a mini fridge; when using water in the shower or bathroom sink, the kitchenette sink would gurgle loudly. The tiny toilet is separate from the shower and sink. The shower is pretty high to climb into but that appears to be a standard European thing. There was some mildew in the shower as well that a proper cleaning could fix. The couch bed is pretty noisy and uncomfortable, barely any cushioning. The main bed is pressed to the wall on one side so that's annoying to climb out of when you're sharing the room. The room also felt oddly humid if the air conditioning wasn't up high, which made the room very cold. Some things i really did not like were some micro aggressions from the male front desk staff: not providing blankets when asked, resisting loaning out a wheelchair that the hotel had on-hand, and completely ignoring my presence as i stand in front of them(lack of reply to my greeting or question).

Loved the location by the entrance to the Chatelet les Halles underground station and Westfield Forum shopping centre. So easy to get around Paris from here. Just 8 minutes by RER train from Gare du Nord. 3 minutes by train to Galeries Lafayette or half hour walk. The area is vibrant - lots of restaurants/bars. Shopping centre good. So close to the Louvre and easy to walk to Notre Dame, Bourse du Commerce museum etc. Recommend walking to Place des Vosges. There’s a lovely route there with shops and old buildings. Aparthotel currently nearing end of renovation. It’s not as bad as some reviews suggest and it was made clear that renovation was taking place. The apartment we stayed in was lovely and we liked the new renovation - had everything you needed . Staff were friendly and helpful. Reception area is still being finished but no issues. No problem with lift either - although only one is currently in operation. They even gave access to a ‘comfort ‘ room to get clean towels etc if needed during stay. 24 hour access to building too. We absolutely recommend this place despite the renovation and look forward to returning again when completed.

If you want the center of things -- the Les Halles Citadines property is a great place to stay. LOVED THE SHOWER!!! Bed was OK... property close to so many things including the metro. Would stay here again.

Very central area and has a good nightlife for eating out or drinking on a patio late at night. One thing we were unaware, surprised about was that it’s a self service hotel and daily turn downs/fresh towels/linens were not included. But they had a self service room to refresh towels and whatever you needed. We honestly didn’t mind it at all and preferred not having a maid come in daily. There was also a fully stocked kitchenette with a stovetop and dishwasher so you’re able to cook a small meal if you like. Concierge was great and always helpful. As it’s located outside a square, it can get loud at night for young kids but overall a fun and lively spot. Would recommend.

Property is located in a great area in Paris providing easy access to the metro and bus or taxis. Front desk Staff were all very helpful in navigating the metro, recommending restaurants, etc. and spoke English. We found the beds quite hard and a bit lumpy. The weather was warm when we were there but the property had a lowest set point for the thermostat at 22C. It was very warm in the room and hard to sleep. We spoke to the front desk and they changed it to 19 for us. Just a note…don’t touch the thermostat once it’s changed or it defaults back to 22 and you have to get the front desk to adjust it again. I was under the assumption that breakfast was included with our stay. When we checked in no mention was made that there was a charge for breakfast. I feel that is something that should be told to guests. When we checked out there was an additional charge we had to pay since we ate there every day of our 6 night stay. I thought it was a lot of money for what they offered in my opinion. It was just your typical scrambled eggs, sausage, some cheeses & cold meats. They offered bread, pastries, cereal, limited fruit as well. The location of the property and staff is its best selling feature for this property.

Very central area and has a good nightlife for eating out or drinking on a patio late at night. One thing we were unaware, surprised about was that it’s a self service hotel and daily turn downs/fresh towels/linens were not included. But they had a self service room to refresh towels and whatever you needed. We honestly didn’t mind it at all and preferred not having a maid come in daily. There was also a fully stocked kitchenette with a stovetop and dishwasher so you’re able to cook a small meal if you like. Concierge was great and always helpful. As it’s located outside a square, it can get loud at night for young kids but overall a fun and lively spot. Would recommend.

Great to have a small kitchen area . Enjoyed making breakfast and light dinners in our room and grocery shopping like a local at the nearby Monoprix. Our big meal of the daywas lunch at one of the hundreds of great restaurants so close by .

Friendly, professional staff. Room was clean and kitchen had all the amenities needed to make a hot meal. Lots of dining options within walking distance. Hot beverages and water dispenser in the lobby were a nice added touch.

molto comoda la posizione, a pochi metri da ile de la citè, a breve distanza dal Louvre e in zona di ristoranti. Ben fornita la colazione, squisito il personale (mercy Patrizia). Le camere-appartamento non hanno servizio pulizia, ma è disponibile il cambio asciugamani; comunque all’arrivo la stanza era ben pulita, e la struttura è nuova. Unico neo, servizio reception non particolarmente socievole.

The property was well maintained and the staff was great. Enjoyed our stay there. Zero complains on the property and staff. However found the surrounding area to be unsafe and too loud. I would not stay there again for this reason.

Great location. Pretty much walking distance to Notre Dame and Louvre. We were there during a heatwave, and the ACs managed well. A tip: there no swimming pool at the property, but there's a little splash pool in the park by the shopping centre next door, which is the 2nd best thing for little ones.
