Everything was perfect , but location was far from everything, 1 hour walk to Tour Eiffel. Taxi 12$. Rooms and hotel super tiny, elevator can fit only 1 person ). Service was perfect, fancy coffee machine in the lobby. And the coolest thing was a projector in the room ( instead of the TV set) .

La propiedad estaba en remodelación y no los avisaron sobre el caso, adicional los espacios son reducidos, nos dieron la habitación que está en el último piso y el elevador no llega hasta allá, nadie nos ayudó con las maletas ya que la escalera es muy reducida, uno de los trabajadores entro a nuestro cuarto sin tocar a la puerta, en general no fue grata la experiencia

The hotel was nice and the location was perfect for access to tennis courts including Roland Garros. There are grocery stores and restaurants very close. There is a bus stop close by and metro stop about a ten minute walk. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We did not get the breakfast offered, but there was free coffee in the lobby for all guests. Our room was very small... but it was ok because we were only sleeping there- no real need for a large room. But the shower was very small- we're both pretty thin so we could manage- but a larger person might struggle. There is no furniture to put clothes in, so you are living out of your suitcase. And finally, the elevator is tiny lol- fine if you know the other people in the elevator- a little close if you don't. But overall I recommend the hotel- I would probably stay there again.

どのスタッフも対応がとても親切で丁寧でニコニコしてて心地よい。 宿泊者はフリードリンクのサービスがあるが、預けていたスーツケースを受け取りに行ったときに、ドリンクのサービスがあり猛暑だったためとても嬉しかった。

Excelente ubicación y hotel muy conservado y limpio pero lo que más nos llamó la atención es que su personal es muy atento y carismático, todos muy serviciales. Oscar nos recomendó lugares y restaurantes y lo mejor es que hablaba español al igual que María Paula una chica súper sonriente y atenta siempre servicial. Karin también muy atento, todos hablaban español. La chica que sirve desayunos muy atenta también.El hotel adicionalmente siempre otorga agua, café y té así como pastelitos lo cual ningún otro hotel en nuestros 20 días por Europa lo otorgaba, esto les da un plus. Si regresaríamos sin duda.

Services is really and sadly bad. Made 2 rooms reservation for the family. Found out that the 2 rooms were not together but on different levels. Room was all wed due to someone had left the exterior window open. Cafeteria it's too small and you have to comeback to your room and wait, maybe next time you come down may be lucky to find a spot. They closed the Cafeteria too early regardless of you had pay for your breakfast ahead of time. There is not a refund. Place has no parking at all. Only parking available that they send you to parks, cost 47.00€

The best hotel for my honey moon. Very beautiful and staff exremely nice. Have food things in the lobby for the guests like delicious dessert tea and coffee. I want to repeat this experience.

Good location to stay at.. Take note that they are currently being renovated, not much of an issue but would be nice to know prior. Only issue is I stayed 2 nights which I let the front desk person know the day I checked in that I am staying 2 nights… they charged me for 3 and now I am having issues getting my money back. So beware that this might be an issue. Please refund me. Thank you!

Contrairement à la prestation de parking affiché, il n'existe pas. J'ai du rajouter 47€ pour se stationnement dans la rue. A l'arrivée, l'on vous indique que le parking, c'est Indigo!!! Nous avions sélectionné cet hôtel pour le parking inclus. Dommage !

I found the bed very comfortable , decoration was nice. . However the shower is a bit small and on the first floor there are noises from people walkîng around and other strange loud enough noises which I couldnt identify may be plumbing but that did not wake me.up.at night thankfully. It is very clean and location is fine. Nice seating area in the front by the entrance.

My son and I were in Paris for the French Open. The hotel is an easy 15-20 minute walk to Roland Garros, so the location was perfect. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the rooms were very clean. The only that wasn’t perfect was the room size which was a bit tight for two people.

Wir waren in einem Dreibettzimmer. Es gab nichts zu bemängeln. Es war sehr sauber und ruhig gelegen. Ein Punkt Abzug gibt es für das Frühstück. Es war ziemlich eintönig. Geschmacklich war es zufriedenstellend. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Wir würden es definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Il est dommage de bloquer le chauffage dans les chambres à 19 degrés. Il n’est pas possible de monter la température. Écologie ou économie pour l’hôtel ? On propose éventuellement un radiateur d’appoint , et donc je ne comprends pas la logique. L’hôtel est très bien, mais avoir froid dans une chambre d’hôtel gâche l’expérience.

Séjour de 4 nuits parfait. L'hôtel est idéalement placé mais je tiens à laisser une mention spéciale au personnel : gentillesse, professionnalisme et dévouement. Je les remercie d'avoir rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

I was unsure when booking because I was looking at hotels and reviews for months. I knew I wanted somewhere affordable but clean and in a nice area! THIS IS IT! The staff was amazing I had a question about train tickets he walked me outside to the corner to give me directions they were so attentive! Being I was solo traveling safety was #1 I felt very secure where I was staying! The hallway lights only come on when the see movement which can seem a little odd and make the hallways dark but thats all! THE LOCATION EVERYTHING you can walk to every thing, see the tip of the Eiffel tower when walking don the street, and even if you dont know how to navigate the city well there are so many places to eat, shop, & the bus and train is right there! I was unsure when booking because I was looking at hotels and reviews for months. I knew I wanted somewhere affordable but clean and in a nice area! THIS IS IT! The staff was amazing I had a question about train tickets he walked me outside to the corner to give me directions they were so attentive! Being I was solo traveling safety was #1 I felt very secure where I was staying! The hallway lights only come on when the see movement which can seem a little odd and make the hallways dark but thats all! THE LOCATION EVERYTHING you can walk to every thing, see the tip of the Eiffel tower when walking don the street, and even if you dont know how to navigate the city well there are so many places to eat, shop, & the bus and train is right there! Excelente ubicación y hotel muy conservado y limpio pero lo que más nos llamó la atención es que su personal es muy atento y carismático, todos muy serviciales. Oscar nos recomendó lugares y restaurantes y lo mejor es que hablaba español al igual que María Paula una chica súper sonriente y atenta siempre servicial. Karin también muy atento, todos hablaban español. La chica que sirve desayunos muy atenta también.El hotel adicionalmente siempre otorga agua, café y té así como pastelitos lo cual ningún otro hotel en nuestros 20 días por Europa lo otorgaba, esto les da un plus. Si regresaríamos sin duda.

Services is really and sadly bad. Made 2 rooms reservation for the family. Found out that the 2 rooms were not together but on different levels. Room was all wed due to someone had left the exterior window open. Cafeteria it's too small and you have to comeback to your room and wait, maybe next time you come down may be lucky to find a spot. They closed the Cafeteria too early regardless of you had pay for your breakfast ahead of time. There is not a refund. Place has no parking at all. Only parking available that they send you to parks, cost 47.00€

Only issue is I stayed 2 nights which I let the front desk person know the day I checked in that I am staying 2 nights… they charged me for 3 and now I am having issues getting my money back. Stayed here for the French Open in June 2024. Easy walk to Roland Garros. Rhe hotel has an excellent breakfast with a wide selection of food for 14 euros. And the staff was just excellent - I only stayed two nights and they made sure to know my name and were always willing to accommodate any request.

I found the bed very comfortable , decoration was nice. . However the shower is a bit small and on the first floor there are noises from people walkîng around and other strange loud enough noises which I couldnt identify may be plumbing but that did not wake me.up.at night thankfully. It is very clean and location is fine. Nice seating area in the front by the entrance.

Everything was perfect , but location was far from everything, 1 hour walk to Tour Eiffel. Taxi 12$. Rooms and hotel super tiny, elevator can fit only 1 person ). Service was perfect, fancy coffee machine in the lobby. And the coolest thing was a projector in the room ( instead of the TV set) .

The hotel was nice and the location was perfect for access to tennis courts including Roland Garros. There are grocery stores and restaurants very close. There is a bus stop close by and metro stop about a ten minute walk. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We did not get the breakfast offered, but there was free coffee in the lobby for all guests. Our room was very small... but it was ok because we were only sleeping there- no real need for a large room. But the shower was very small- we're both pretty thin so we could manage- but a larger person might struggle. There is no furniture to put clothes in, so you are living out of your suitcase. And finally, the elevator is tiny lol- fine if you know the other people in the elevator- a little close if you don't. But overall I recommend the hotel- I would probably stay there again.

My son and I were in Paris for the French Open. The hotel is an easy 15-20 minute walk to Roland Garros, so the location was perfect. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the rooms were very clean. The only that wasn’t perfect was the room size which was a bit tight for two people.

Cela fait bien longtemps que je n'étais pas venue dans cet hôtel. Il a changé de propriétaire et je trouve qu'il s'est bien amélioré. Le personnel est très agréable, le petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Quant à la chambre pour une personne, le lit est petit, c'est normal, mais très confort. L'idée d'un projecteur en lieu et place d'une TV est une bonne idée. La douche n'est pas adaptée pour une personne à forte corpulence (heureusement ce n'est pas mon cas). La chambre donne sur la cour et est très reposante. Je reviendrai très certainement. Merci pour tout.

The staff, & the breakfasts, were great. The double twin room was very small, but manageable. The bathroom was great, with space, hot water, & plenty of ledges for our toiletries. The only problem we had was no television. It was a projection tv- to reflect off the wall- & they never got it working. We survived without it, using the wifi on our phones to keep up with current events. There was a very small elevator, but it worked great, & they had plenty of water & coffee to drink at all times in the lobby. It was on a quiet side street within walking distance to some wonderful restaurants, & easy access to public transportation & Ubers. The price was reasonable too!

The property was in an ideal location to get to the French Open. The staff was very helpful in providing directions to the French open or how to use the public transport system. Once they showed me how to use the bus system using Apple wallet I got into the centre very quickly and a bit cheaper than metro. Only slight issue was the air conditioning but that was quickly resolved. I love the water dispenser to refill my water bottle for the room and going out.
