Best Western Hotel Opéra Drouot

Hotel and staff were lovely and rooms were quiet despite local construction. Many restaurants in the area and 3 metro stops within easy walking distance. Good shopping if you're interested.

Well-situated in a lively central location. The negative is that there are extensive repair works in progress (April 2023), and there were workers engaged in noisy construction work on a scaffolding right outside our window all day long. I guess when the works are competed it will be fine! H

El hotel tenía trabajos de construcción y había polvo por todos lados, en la habitación había tanto polvo que me provocó una infección en los ojos, el baño sucio, pasillos en condiciones para no habilitarlo como negocio, el precio alto para lo que es. No volvería

Buena ubicación y las habitaciones son decentes en limpieza y comodidad para el centro de Paris. Pero las zonas comunes no están en estado satisfactorio - si no en obras y prácticamente inutilizables. Esto debería comunicarse a los huéspedes por adelantado, lo que no ha sido nuestro caso. Hay ademas un olor desagradable en la reception. No se aconseja tomar el desayuno en estas condiciones pues la sala se encuentra al lado de las obras - y hay buenas cafetearías (y seguramente mas baratas) muy cerca del hotel.

We loved the location of this hotel! Restaurants and shopping were steps away from our door! The Opera Bus stop was a few blocks away, through a wonderful neighborhood with shopping and restaurants. Also, there were a couple of metro stops close by, as well. Unfortunately, the rooms were extremely small and the staff was not fantastic. There was also major construction going on but, thankfully, we left early and got back late so were never affected by this.

Room not made up for 12 year old in a family room. Sheets dirty on arrival. Only one member of staff helpful. One small bottle of water in room for three people. No bar in hotel no atmosphere. Dreary room. Bathroom was clean however. Booked during Olympics so price over inflated. Would never choose to stay here again. Literally a drab soulless hotel. Oh and espresso machine rubbish and gone off milk provided in room. Look elsewhere for character and atmosphere

Worst expriance ever. Hotel is under construction. They don’t tell you this at the reservation time. You have construction worker working at 7am in your balcony with a hammer and a drill. When asked the hotel for a refund and compensation they refused. Horrible stay and management

The location is great and the staff are very friendly. However we were not informed there would be construction happening when we booked and we were woken up earlier than we liked due to the construction workers.

Giunti in hotel con mia moglie e la bambina ci comunicano il numero della stanza situata al 4 piano ( con ascensore inagibile) infatti siamo dovuti salire al quinto piano e scendere a piedi cn le valigie così alla partenza ..dopo arrivato in camera abbiamo notato la mancanza degli asciugamani nel letto della bambina erano presenti capelli ovunque così abbiamo aperto anche quello matrimoniale e la situazione era la medesima. Immediatamente mi sono recato alla reception spiegando l accaduto. Si è recata in stanza una signora bionda che dopo aver verificato la presenza dei capelli nei letti ha provveduto a rimuoverli manualmente e a dirmi ora è tutto ok. Ho chiesto il cambio stanza ( negato immediatamente) o il cambio delle lenzuola ..la risposta è stata che non vi era personale per tanto ho dovuto chiedere di procurarmi delle lenzuola singole e matrimoniali in modo da cambiarle io così come abbiamo fatto perdendo due ore tra una cosa e l' altra della nostra vacanza. La mattina dopo a colazione erano presenti melanzane cetriolo sotto aceto brioche etc uova di colore indecente e baguette vecchie tanto e vero che. Degli ospiti si sono lamentati alzandosi e andando via. Tornato in hotel la sera mi sono reso conto che il cestino contente la spazzatura non era stato svuotato. Insomma oltre al letto comodo la macchina del caffè Nespresso e la gentilezza della signora presente solo domenica questo hotel mi ha profondamente deluso cosa che non mi aspettavo dalla vostra catena in quanto

La réceptionniste très serviable a fait tout son possible pour faire en sorte que mon séjour soit paisible mais les travaux non stop sur la façade à tous les étages empêchent la tranquilité et l intimité. Donc 6sur 6 pour le service mais il aurait été honnête que le directeur envoie un mail pour avertir pour les travaux qui ont commencé en décembre apparemment et ne sont pas prêts de se terminer (mars 2023 séjour 1 nuit).

O quarto é bem pequeno e a iluminação é bem precária, não possuindo nenhuma luminária de teto. A cama é confortável e o hotel fica numa área bem suprida de restaurantes e bares para quem gosta de terminar a noite com um happy hour próximo ao hotel. Sentimos falta no quarto de um frigobar, algo básico para um quarto de hotel. Outro detalhe foi a limpeza do box do banheiro. Apesar de ter sido realizada a limpeza no quarto duas vezes, o dreno não foi higienizado o que acabou acarretando no entupimento. Algo que foi prontamente resolvido quando solicitei na recepção. O aquecedor também apresentou problema, mas como a temperatura de Paris estava agradável, não sentimos falta. Os funcionários são atenciosos, com exceção do que nos recebeu que aparentava uma certa antipatia nas duas ocasiões que interagimos.

Lovely room which was spacious and very clean. Hotel staff where very friendly and polite and check in and check out was very quick.

위치좋고 3 인숙박에 너무좋아요. 앞에편의점도있고요. 전망없지만.. 침구가좋아 만족했습니다. 천장에 거미줄 같은것이 하나있어 별뺐어요

Excelente servicio del personal. Muy buena ubicación, fácil acceso. Las condiciones y limpieza de las habitaciones son excelente.

Location of the hotel was extremely good and only 30min walk from the majority of sites. The room was clean and had plenty of room. Staff were very helpful.

The staff were very friendly and the location was excellent! Unfortunately the floor in our room and bathroom was very dirty and under the beds had not been cleaned properly in a long time.

Hotel boen situé et avec un bon rapport qualité prix. Grande salle de bain peut etre un peu austère mais pratique. Literie confortable. Eviter les chambres du dernier étage certes plus calmes mais exigues.

Very good stay. Left a aBnB that was well below par to come to stay at BW. Speedy checkin. Cold A/C , hot shower with good pressure, spacious room for Paris, very comfy bed, Nice breakfast. Great location, close to two subway stations, great variety of restaurants, cafe, shops, other amenities. Quiet and clean. Would recommend highly.

I stayed one night during a business trip, for that the hotel was fine, the staff extremely friendly and helpful, but the room was very small, struggled a bit to get my two small/medium sized luggages in and there was no mini fridge. For one night I'd definitely book it again, but not for a longer stay. The breakfast options were also fine.

Nice. But the room i had was a bit small, but doable.

Very expensive for what it is- the hotel is a bit run down and the beds are very hard. Walls and floors are thin so we had loud neighbors keep us up most nights. Safe wasn’t working, reading lights were out. For half the price all could be forgiven but the price we paid we were expecting more.

Great location, easy access to public transit, very safe neighborhoods, super comfortable bed, friendly helpful staff- Exan at the front desk was so very helpful and kind. Highly recommend for a wonderful stay in Paris!

Petit problème dans la chambre, résolu très vite par l’équipe, qui est à votre écoute et avec le sourire. Un très bon moment.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce best Western. Nous avons été accueilli par une jeune fille très gentille et souriante. Elle nous a conseillé une très bonne boulangerie pour des sandwichs. Nous avons été surclassés côté cour. Nous reviendrons certainement dans cet hôtel.

Nunca la arreglaron y siempre que queríamos ir a la habitación, teníamos que pedir que la abrieran. ¡Increíble! Jade fue siempre muy amable pero no había mucho que ella pudiera hacer. Por otro lado, el desayuno fue pésimo (el café malísimo y la única leche que había era de vaca.

I requested the high floor and arrived at the start of check in. But the front desk gave us two room all at the level 1. I booked one family room and one superior room. The worst thing was that the sink in one room was clogged and the other room faced a very dirty back alley with a very bad smell. When we wanted to change rooms, she said there were no rooms available.

We absolutely loved this hotel. Jade at reception is a total asset to this hotel. She’s friendly, polite and super helpful! The room was fab, the bed was comfortable and daily Room service to make bed and fresh towels was enjoyable to nice to come back to after a long day sightseeing. The location was awesome for eating places and cafes and about a 10 min walk to the hop on hop off bus stop. We felt safe in the area too which is essential when travelling with young kids. Breakfast was ok, the choice wasn’t huge but we enjoyed it. The unlimited free coffee and hot chocolate was a huge bonus for us coffee lovers! We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely go back. Huge thank you to Jade for your amazing service ❤️

Staff needs to be more informed about what hotel is offering. For instance, the staff never told us about the light breakfast available. Staff could not provide any suggestions on restaurants in the area. A do not disturb sign was never provided even after informing the staff. Wifi in room was not stable at all. Wifi in local restaurants was better. Even in the lobby of the hotel the Wifi was not stable, therefore, hotel needs to invest in better internet.

Stayed for 5 nights perfect location to absolutely everything!!!! We walked back to hotel from Latin quarter and it was completely convenient. Staff, everyone was above and beyond helpful and polite. Room was exactly as pictured but besides sleeping and showering we weren’t in the room. Towels I have to say were absolutely amazing!!!!!! I have stayed at several hotels this year but these were so nice I wanted to buy them!!!! Thank you we will be back!!!!

The bed was extremely comfortable! Didn’t try the breakfasts.check in is 3pm not minute earlier, but they will let you leave your luggage in a spare room if needed. Staff was nice & accommodating. Walking distance of many restaurants, landmarks, and shopping. The street is quiet. Definitely would stay here again very convenient.

Hotel discreto, la nostra camera era mignon (12 mq) mansardata ti muovevi a fatica per non sbattere la testa, aria condizionata scarsissima durante il giorno faceva molto caldo (aprile 2022). Ottima invece la colazione. Personale educato ma la simpatia è un'altra cosa (idem per tutti i francesi incontrati). Hotel pulito e servizio nel complesso buono. Posizione buona a nord
