I found the reception and assistance of the front desk to be very helpful and kind. I expected an elevator but it did not service the ground floor. However, the staff graciously helped me transport my luggage. Breakfast was comfortable and good. I might not return due to the flight of stairs and the slippery step up to the shower, but it would be fine if I hadn’t had been experiencing some physical challenges. It was very welcoming.

We were very satisfied with our stay and our very quiet room in the eaves! The shower is wonderful and the space adequate. The service elevator was a bit of a squeeze and i preffered using the stairs. The staff was lovely attentive and helpful. Location perfect!

The hotel is excellently located near the Place St. Sulpice, and it is charming. I loved my room on the 5th floor. It had a hamman! However two flights of stairs out of 5 were not serviced by the lift. I will definitely return but will specify a room on a floor accessed by a lift. The staff was wonderful - friendly and helpful at all times.

Very quaint hotel in a fabulous location. Rooms typical for an older Paris hotel/ small, but updated and well equipped. I would definitely stay here again. The lobby is more like a small living room and a nice place to relax after an evening out. Staff was wonderful.

16th century boutique hotel in the 6th. Close to restaurants, galleries, shops and parks. The air conditioning was great on a hot day and the bathroom was stocked with L’Occitane goodies. It’s a small gem.

The hotel was the perfect tucked away quiet place to retreat to after our full days of sight seeing. The room was very cozy, dark, quiet, and cool. Perfect for sleeping. Staff was always available. Room was clean and fresh towels and room cleaning was daily. Highly recommend.

Had a wonderful five night solo stay at this hotel. So clean, great location and wonderful staff. Quiet street but a block away from everything. Anything I needed or asked about was attended to by a staff member instantly. The minibar in the room had a wide variety of snacks and drinks. Cleaning staff was wonderful. Can't say great things about this hotel! I will definitely be back.

Our room was super small, but clean, cozy and super quiet. If you want a bigger room look for the deluxe room. The breakfast was perfect and the staff is super friendly. There are plenty of options for public transport. (Bus, metro, taxi.) Also there are a lot of shopping and dining options around.

When I booked the room, I knew it would be on the small side, what I wasn't expecting was an attic closet style room with a bath. The furniture was in terrible shape, everything was worn looking. The saving grace was that the room had air conditioning. Not really 4-star quality hotel, yes they technically offer the services required, but the hotel hasn't been kept well, and that must be why the keep the lobby and hallways so dark. Whatever you do, do not book the Single/Business Room. It is not worth the stay.

I would have given a better review if it was not for being charged over 300 euros and inadvertently paying some other guests bill to be then told dont worry it will be refunded. Other than this I would highlynrecommend staying in the st germain area if you are looking for an authentic parisian cafe and dining experience.

1. I was double-charged the city and the per nite charge and they refused to reimburse me despite Hotels.Com's interventions. Hotels.com handled this situation well and gave me a coupon to use in the future to compensate me. 2. The drapery rod and drapes fell down on my first nite. After reporting it to the front desk I was told that it was fixed. The morning of checkout it fell again, hitting me on the head and breaking my glasses. Fortunately I have a hard head. Upon checkout the manager could not have been less interested (he suggested that i find an optician. On Easter Sunday). No sunglasses for the rest of my trip. Not happy w/this hotel.

The concierge was very friendly and helpful. He sat with us and helped us map out where we wanted to go and the best way to get to the location. He seemed to love what he was doing and didn't make us feel like an inconvenience. He went above and beyond.

Odeon Saint Germain is a lovely boutique hotel. The staff are friendly, rooms are lovely and the area is beautiful. There are lots of art galleries, trendy shops and great cafes nearby. The hotel is conveniently located. The Louvre, Luxembourg palace/ gardens and Notre Dame are within walking distance and the metro is nearby so you can easily access any part of the city.

We stayed at Hôtel Odéon Saint Germain during the Olympics. The service from start to finish was excellent, even before we arrived the Hotel contacted us so that we could pre checkin, on arrival everything was ready & within minutes we were on the was to our room (we received a complimentary upgrade). Breakfast was included, this was a cold buffet which was plentiful, varied & very tasty. The service & coffee was wonderful. Every member of staff was engaging, friendly & very helpful, this made our stay a wonderful experience. As we were leaving late evening, the Hotel looked after our bags & offered a place to freshen up before we left. The location is excellent, 100 meters from Odeon Metro (Lines 4 & 10), Walkable to all shops, attractions & 100 metres from many good restaurants & bars. I would highly recommend staying here when visiting Paris.

Liked the vintage feel of the building but the bathroom sink was cracked and the shower seal was poor and leaked all over the shower room the shower was too big for the bathroom when you opened both doors one hit the sink and the other hit the toilet . The continental breakfast was good

The hotel's conceriege service was excellent and quite helpful. There are a lot of places to dine at in the area. The "breakfast" was normal, although 5euros for scrambled eggs seemed a bit much. The coffee also needs to be updated as it tasted burned and bitter. Our room was quiet and neat.
