The hotel had great ac which was a huge relief after a day of sight seeing. Most places in Paris does not have ac, restaurants, museums, all were hot in the summer but it was great to come to a nice cold room. Breakfast was also great with made to order eggs, pancakes, and other items. Fresh juices, coffees, pastries, fruits and cold meats was well spread out. Hotel is very conveniently located walking distance to the Louvre and few train stations very close by. Walking distance to the opera and to galleries Lafayette. The front desk is also very kind and helpful, helped with making reservations to restaurants. Highly recommend.

Hotel is excellent localised and close to several metro stations and good options to eat. Staff is really friendly and all the time available to help. Only thing that needs some change is their WiFi - easy to connect, but speed is slow and a lot of times not available (special at night when there are a lot of people using from Buckingham Bar).

Hôtel location, service and breakfast was great! I was very pleased with our stay and especially the staff who made us feel very welcomed! The elevator was tiny but that’s to be expected in an older building. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel.

This is an amazing location and we loved the staff. They had a great bar for wonderful cocktails. It was a great place to relax after a long day of walking. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Was a small boutique hotel with lots of charm. The room was very clean good housekeeping and roomy for city Center Paris hotel. We were very comfortable-2 adults. Very good water pressure and lots of hot water. Quieter street and heard no street noise when large windows were closed.staff very friendly and spoke very good English. Would stay again without hesitation.

オペラ座の近くで、メトロ駅にも近く、観光にもとても便利な場所です。昔からのホテルな感じで、レトロ調ではあるが内装は綺麗にしてあり、快適に過ごせました。気になった点は、コーヒーメーカーが壊れていたのと、こばえが飛んでいたことです。フロントのスタッフもゆっくり英語を話してくれてとても親切でした。ホテルのすぐ裏に日本食材のお店がありました。カップラーメンなど日本にあるものが置いてあり、湯を沸かして食べることも出来ます。

This boutique hotel fit the bill for a solo traveler, with nice rooms, daily maid service, coffee/tea in the room. It is my preferred location, right bank just off Blvd de L’Opera, waking easy to Louvre or Hotel de la Marine, and also in good shopping area. It is my go -to hotel. Bathrooms are spotless and modern.

We booked a deluxe double room & the room size was quite spacious for 2 people. It’s no where near high end as the 4 stars suggested. But the room was sufficient, functional, and clean. We were allowed in our room at 12 noon at check-in b/c our flight arrived in Paris early, which we appreciated.

The room was very hot even on 16 c, stuffy air had to have the window open Bathroom - shower head fixed so low I had to bend down to shower .. the water whilst showering was escaping through the glass and covered the floor every time we showered . The rest was fine -

The rooms a spacious and comfortable - much larger than most in Paris. We had connecting rooms, so our kids had their own space. Great for families. The staff is fantastic- very friendly and knowledgeable. The location is great - quick walk to the metro which allows you to go anywhere in the city, or you can enjoy an easy 15-20 min walk to the Louvre, Notre Dame and so much more. Plenty of great places to eat and shop in the immediate area - I’d recommend Hôtel Etats-Unis Opéra to anyone looking to visit Paris.

The friendliest hotel front desk staff I've ever encountered. Sue, Jean-Marc, and la belle mademoiselle avec cheveaux beaucle made me feel very welcome in Paris. They answered all my questions, tolerated my awful French, and even took the time to teach me some French. Good location to public transport and within walking distance to the Louvre and the bridges. The cleaning ladies were also very helpful. If I ever return to Paris, I would not stay anywhere else.

It was a great hotel, roomy for two with a small balcony to see street. Had breakfast which was nice and fresh, salad, home made cereal and eggs to order. But the best part was the attention from front desk, the Olympic marathon blocked cars and they all helped to get taxi driver to walk 6 blocks and pick me up. Really took time to rush the taxi service and obtain assistance so I don’t lose my flights. They were magnificent in check in and when I left, customer service was really impressive

Hotel staff is very accommodating and even purchased a yoga mat for us so my husband could do his exercises. What a lovely surprise when we entered our room and there it was! Breakfast is absolutely delicious. The location is excellent as far as Wok ability and public transport. Highly recommend

家族3人で　今年5月に利用させていただき　ホテルの雰囲気も立地もよかったので　また利用させていただきました。今回は　お部屋のクローゼットの引戸がチェックイン後から開かず　フロントに連絡をしたら　すぐ対応していただきました。スタッフ皆さんの対応は　いつも良く　必ず挨拶をしてくれます。お部屋も清潔で　お水の補充も必ずしてくれます。朝食は　バイキングスタイルですが　満足度が高く　ここのクロワッサンが美味しいので　このホテルの決め手の一つにもなっています。また　パリに行く際は　利用したいです。

My daughter lost her AirPods after we checked out so we came back hours later urgently asking if housekeeping had found it. We were very anxious as we had to leave soon to catch our train, but the hotel staff went out of their way to quickly find it and return it to me within only a few minutes. The receptionists and housekeeping were both incredibly accommodating and kindhearted - really enjoyed our stay here.

オペラ・ガルニエから5分くらいで、空港からのロワシーバス乗り場も近く、美術館やオルセー美術館も近く、観光や買い物にも便利なホテル。大きなホテルではないがオペラ大通りから30mくらい横道に入るが、パリの初心者でも分かりやすい。部屋も比較的広く大きなスーツケースを楽に開くことができた。清潔でベッドやシャワーも快適だった。朝食も目玉焼きやオムレツをその場で焼いてくれるなど美味しかった。日本人もよく利用しており、フロントの人もフレンドリーに挨拶してくれて安心できる。

The breakfast buffet was very limited for 20 euro per person. Pd for 2 people and all i had was a croissant and orange juice. My husband had eggs with bacon and coffee and fruit. Would not recommend the breakfast at the hotel. When I mentioned it to the desk, they still charged us for 2 breakfast

The breakfast buffet is a must. I typically don't do hotel breakfasts since I usually find going out to be a better option in Europe and want flexibility in my schedule. But I got in really late, literally early the next morning. We were hungry and tired so we gave their breakfast a go. To my surprise, the breakfast buffet was one of the best hotel breakfasts experiences in my life. They had made to order omelettes, eggs and pancakes. Fruits, yogurts were deliciously fresh. The coffee machine made any coffee related drinks. The total cost was for this great meal was only 22 euros per person. Definitely try it at least once while you're here.

Walking distance to many sites. We have been walking without taking any metro. Breakfast was delicious with order-to-make pancakes and eggs. Staff were friendly and helpful. What a good place to stay!

オペラ座からすぐでわかりやすいです。朝食も毎日メニューが変わります。オムレツやパンケーキも焼いて頂き美味しいです。エレベーターが狭いのが難点。水圧も強く、ただシャワーがぬるくなってしまう時間帯がありました。　ホテルスタッフの方は皆さんフレンドリーです。とても良かったです。

Excellent séjour, le service est vraiment au top et très chaleureux. Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages deux fois ce qui nous a énormément rendu service !
