The very small room was clean and each of the staff was polite and helpful. There’s one small elevator and we had to be careful with the narrow stairs on the winding staircase. The location is great - close to many shops, restaurants and the metro stop.

Be aware that although our room was spotless, it was tiny! The bathroom was also very small. On check-in we were advised that water would be provided daily but we only got 2 x 500ml bottles over a 4 night stay. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room but if you like strong coffee in the morning, you only get 2 small sachets. Be prepared to take the stairs if you are in any way claustrophobic, as the lift is the smallest I have ever seen. It was a very tight fit for me, my partner and our suitcase, so the stairs was used on every other occasion. Our room was on the third floor and it was quite a trek up after a day out sightseeing (there are 6 floors in this hotel). Staff were pleasant and polite, Hotel is close to the Metro and you could hear the metro from our room, also traffic noise and sirens

-Super friendly, personable staff -Good location near tons of good restaurants -Very close to metro station -Good breakfast -The only downside was that the elevator wasn't working during my stay... so we had to walk up 5 flights of stairs to get to our room... but other than that I would definitely stay here again- it was a lovely experience overall.

Our room was fine. Problem upon checking in was that the single elevator was not working and we had a room on the 6th floor. It was repaired the next day, but broke down during the day, and was repaired by night. After that, no problems. Nice staff. Great location.

Muy chico los pasillos, aspecto sucios. El elevador para 2 personas, no entraban las maletas. Tuvimos que subir por etapas. El único elevador no funcionó por 2 días. Estábamos en el 6to piso. Y las únicas escaleras chiquitas de caracol. Fue un problema y cansado subir hasta el cuarto y más con las maletas. Terrible. El desayuno , la única proteína era huevo y mal cocinado. El cuarto bien. Pero con todo lo ocurrido no lo recomiendo. Ese elevador lo tienen que cambiar

We arrived at the hotel a little bit early and the room was not quite ready but there was also an elevator issue: it wasn't working and walking up 4 flights with luggage, or without, was not workable. To compensate the hotel offered us a room on the 2nd floor, was just as nice as the top floor room, and they included breakfast in the price. The staff and management was very helpful overall, pleasant to deal with, and strive to make your stay as agreeable as they can. The room was in the rear of the hotel and very quiet. The breakfast buffet was good and did the staff did their best to accommodate food allergies. The left bank hotel location is excellent for the metro and getting around Paris easily. Musee D'Orsay is in walking distance. The area surrounding the hotel is full of restaurants and shopping. Overall, very good value for the money. We would stay there again.

Clean, conveniently located, and nice property. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was quiet, I loved the tub and shower combo. Everything I needed I could walk to or take a Lyft too. I had zero problems getting around and exploring Paris, it also felt safe which was important because I was traveling solo. My only negative was the very small lobby area and elevator. It got a little congested in the lobby a couple times and I never felt comfortable using the elevator with people bc it was way too small for my comfort level however stairs were easily available. I was greeted daily and nightly and bc I stayed awhile the staff kinda got to know my routine and started calling me by name. Even taught me a little French. I never heard anyone that’s how quiet it was not outside unless my windows were open and not next door. So I got a lot of rest which was good. I highly recommend for solo traveler or couple. I might have not had the same experience if I had my kids just because of the room size. Zero complaints. First time in Paris and I loved every moment even the cold weather.

O quarto apesar de pequeno, comum em Paris, é ótimo, confortável e limpo e o banheiro novo, bom chuveiro e vedação do box, ótimo. O hotel é excelente sim, minha estadia de 7 dias teve o contratempo do elevador que estava estragado e ainda está hoje cedo quando sai, mas o pessoal fez de tudo para minimizar as causas e amenizaram, mesmo com questão foi tudo bom. Todas as pessoas do hotel são gentis, educados e prestativos. Uma ótima escolha para região, indico para todos. Obrigado pela estadia.

This hotel was conveniently located next to a Metro AND a few bus stops. There were many restaurants and supermarkets on the block too. The price was reasonable and within our budget, which are the main reasons why we chose it. The room was small. Very small. But I understand that that’s what you get in Paris for this price, so no complaints. Being on top of a Metro station, we heard the trains passing through all day and all night but the hotel was otherwise quiet (our room was not facing the Main Street). The elevator stunk awfully like old cabbage but the room was clean and the housekeeping service was exceptional and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Our bathroom had a shower over bath - and the bath was great at the end of a tiresome day of sightseeing. In Australia we are used to having heating and air conditioning but in Europe it seems they do not activate these services unless it is deemed too hot/cold. Reception staff were friendly. We did not dine at the restaurant. I would stay here again if in Montparnasse.

Não voltaria nesse hotel. Café da manhã muito bom. Atendimento na recepção ótimo. Elevador pra 2 pessoas com cheiro de esgoto. Porta do BWC batia por causa do metro. Teve um dia que não limparam o BWC.

Very nice clean hotel in a great location across from Montparnasse, with shops, restaurants and 4 metro lines very close. If you chose to walk, Boulevard St Germains, St Michel and Notre Dame are within easy reach (about 30 minutes). Same for Eiffel Tower. Rooms are adequate for Paris. Though small by US standard, they are on the larger side for the average Paris hotel. On the minus side, there is one small elevator (Usual for Paris) and house keeping can be improved. We were on the 6th floor, so street noise was not an issue. Bed is comfortable, AC was great, WIFI is good and breakfast seems good, but did not have it. Definitely recommend and would stay there again. Merci.

Perfect stay in the lively Montparnasse neighborhood. The room (25) was small but comfortable. Big windows overlooking the front. With the windows closed it was very quiet… occasional noise from the hall but otherwise no sound. I would write more but the app is broken and I can’t see what I am writing

The location felt pretty safe, very walkable to any touristy location. The room sizing seemed very appropriate and actually not as small as I imagined. If I had to compare, the room felt the same size as a Wyndham hotel in new york. So very good spacing for 2 people.

Concierge was wonderful at check-in and helpful during our stay. Hotel is very convenient to Metro and Gare Montparnasse. Many super eating choices within walking distance. Plentiful breakfast. Hotel and rooms are decorated in a very colorful way. Great shower and bath products. Comfortable bed and linens. Fast wifi. My room on the 2nd floor heard the rumbling of the subway blow the building, but my friend on the 6th floor didn't hear it. I would definitely stay here again

Super location, steps to the subway for touring the notable sites of Paris. Numerous restaurant choices. The room was very small, but we made it work for our needs.

Be aware that although our room was spotless, it was tiny! The bathroom was also very small. On check-in we were advised that water would be provided daily but we only got 2 x 500ml bottles over a 4 night stay. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room but if you like strong coffee in the morning, you only get 2 small sachets. Be prepared to take the stairs if you are in any way claustrophobic, as the lift is the smallest I have ever seen. It was a very tight fit for me, my partner and our suitcase, so the stairs was used on every other occasion. Our room was on the third floor and it was quite a trek up after a day out sightseeing (there are 6 floors in this hotel). Staff were pleasant and polite, Hotel is close to the Metro and you could hear the metro from our room, also traffic noise and sirens

Good location with access to metro steps from the hotel. Plenty of dining and shopping options within steps as well. The rooms are small, which is to be expected in Paris. The rooms are old, they could use a remodel. The staff is super friendly, very helpful and responsive. The reason I gave this hotel a 3 star out of 5 is because of the bed and pillow. The bed is actually 2 twin sized beds put together. You can feel the split when you sleep, along with very light, hollow, cheap pillows, it made our nights very uncomfortable. Also very noisy at night since it is located above the metro and in a very busy area. We could hear people out and about past midnight.

Amazing Stay – Felt Like Home! I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and ended up booking an extra day because I enjoyed it so much! From the start, the experience was excellent. Amed at the reception was a highlight of my stay. He was incredibly friendly, always had a great sense of humor, and genuinely went above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. It’s rare to come across someone so warm and dedicated—I really appreciated his kindness and positive energy. The room was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a day out. Plus, the location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to downtown, with everything I needed close by. I already can’t wait to come back to Paris and I really hope Amed is still there when I return. He truly made this trip memorable. Highly recommended!

My stay ended up being horrible. If I could put no stars I would because I am not happy with how they handled this. I had something that I bought (champagne) stolen from my room. They said sorry but did not do anything about it just said people that worked there had been there several years. I showed them the receipt but I did not feel like they were that concerned. I was traveling for an early birthday trip. I do not recommend this place.

-Super friendly, personable staff -Good location near tons of good restaurants -Very close to metro station -Good breakfast -The only downside was that the elevator wasn't working during my stay... so we had to walk up 5 flights of stairs to get to our room... but other than that I would definitely stay here again- it was a lovely experience overall.

A localização já nos chamou atenção, pois é exatamente em frente à Estação de Metrô Rue de Rennes, de onde você pode acessar toda Paris facilmente com um mapa e um Navigo. Notre séjour à l’hôtel Édouard VI a été particulièrement décevant. Dès notre arrivée, l’ascenseur était en panne : nous avons dû monter cinq étages à pied avec nos bagages, sans la moindre assistance ni solution proposée. Todo pudo ser perfecto, pero el elevador estuvo sin funcionar toda nuestra estancia, subir y bajar 5 pisos varias veces al día luego de recorrer la ciudad puede ser extenuante. Debido a esta afectación nos ofrecieron desayuno y un chico para ayudar a subir y bajar las maletas.

We arrived at the hotel a little bit early and the room was not quite ready but there was also an elevator issue: it wasn't working and walking up 4 flights with luggage, or without, was not workable. To compensate the hotel offered us a room on the 2nd floor, was just as nice as the top floor room, and they included breakfast in the price. The staff and management was very helpful overall, pleasant to deal with, and strive to make your stay as agreeable as they can. The room was in the rear of the hotel and very quiet. The breakfast buffet was good and did the staff did their best to accommodate food allergies. The left bank hotel location is excellent for the metro and getting around Paris easily. Musee D'Orsay is in walking distance. The area surrounding the hotel is full of restaurants and shopping. Overall, very good value for the money. We would stay there again.

It was a lovely place. Got a lovely welcome when we arrived. It is about an 30-45 minutes walk to the main square. The room was a nice size for a long weekend and it was clean. There is a Metro right outside so easy to get around if you didn't want to walk.

The room is small but the location is great. Train station is right in front of the hotel, minutes walking to the bus stop, restaurants, bars, groceries and shopping mall. 15-20 minutes walk to Lourve, Musee Orsay, Luxembourg garden. Highly recommended if you have a short visit to Paris.

Our room was fine. Problem upon checking in was that the single elevator was not working and we had a room on the 6th floor. It was repaired the next day, but broke down during the day, and was repaired by night. After that, no problems. Nice staff. Great location.

The hotel was easy to find, once we got in the room was clean and comfortable. We know the are so finding somewhere to eat was easy. The breakfast offered seemed a title expensive at 14 euros each, we found a cafe very locally and had a nice breakfast there

La chambre était très bien, par contre le passage du métro résonne dans tout l’hôtel. Si vous n’êtes pas dérangés par le bruit cela ira très bien. Pour le petit déjeuner l’accès aux boissons n’est pas possible, il faut demander, cela n’est pas idéal.

O Hotel está muito bem localizado, com muitos restaurantes próximos, e há uma estação de metrô na frente. O quarto possui frigobar, cofre, cafeteira com sachês para fazer café e chá. A cama é grande e confortável. O banheiro tem um bom tamanho e as toalhas são trocadas diariamente. O café da manhã é bom e possui várias opções de boa qualidade. Todos os funcionários do hotel foram muito simpáticos e atenciosos durante a estadia. Com certeza recomendo o hotel e voltaria numa próxima oportunidade.

A cama é grande e confortável. O banheiro tem um bom tamanho e as toalhas são trocadas diariamente. O café da manhã é bom e possui várias opções de boa qualidade. Todos os funcionários do hotel foram muito simpáticos e atenciosos durante a estadia. Com certeza recomendo o hotel e voltaria numa próxima oportunidade.

Fomos muito bem recebidos, o quarto era espaçoso e limpo. O hotel é muito bem localizado. Não experimentei o café da manhã porque o preço era muito elevado (14 euros por pessoa).

We arrived at the hotel a little bit early and the room was not quite ready but there was also an elevator issue: it wasn't working and walking up 4 flights with luggage, or without, was not workable. To compensate the hotel offered us a room on the 2nd floor, was just as nice as the top floor room, and they included breakfast in the price. The staff and management was very helpful overall, pleasant to deal with, and strive to make your stay as agreeable as they can. The room was in the rear of the hotel and very quiet. The breakfast buffet was good and did the staff did their best to accommodate food allergies. The left bank hotel location is excellent for the metro and getting around Paris easily. Musee D'Orsay is in walking distance. The area surrounding the hotel is full of restaurants and shopping. Overall, very good value for the money. We would stay there again.

El personal de recepción súper amable. En general buena experiencia. Sin embargo, el desayuno es relativamente con pocas opciones y además no hacen refill de todo. Other then very small roomsthe property was great. Right in the middle of everything and a short walk to the main metro station. Staff was friendly and attentive. Only thing, breakfast is not free as we found out only at checkout.

Be aware that although our room was spotless, it was tiny! The bathroom was also very small. On check-in we were advised that water would be provided daily but we only got 2 x 500ml bottles over a 4 night stay. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room but if you like strong coffee in the morning, you only get 2 small sachets. Be prepared to take the stairs if you are in any way claustrophobic, as the lift is the smallest I have ever seen. It was a very tight fit for me, my partner and our suitcase, so the stairs was used on every other occasion. Our room was on the third floor and it was quite a trek up after a day out sightseeing (there are 6 floors in this hotel). Staff were pleasant and polite, Hotel is close to the Metro and you could hear the metro from our room, also traffic noise and sirens

We did not eat breakfast here, but at the cafe next door it was excellent. Our room was large for Europe with a small refrigerator and a safe. The bathroom was nice and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everyone spoke English. Our stay was very pleasant.
