Hotel Mayfair was fabulous. Staff at reception were welcoming and friendly. Rony was very helpful with our bags to our room. Room was clean and tidy with air conditioning which was very much needed as it was 35 degrees in Paris. Beds were comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. In the evening we ventured to the bar for a drink and some food which came from the restaurant next door. All lovely and needed after a few hours walking around Paris. I'll happily stay at this hotel if I'm ever in Paris in the future.

Hotel room is just nice for 4 of us with one double bed and 2 single bed. Hotel look quite dated and facilities are limited. Lift is very small and can only fit 4 person without luggages.

ground floor의 방을 배정 받았는데 커튼을 여는 순간 식당 손님과 눈이 마주침. 다른 쪽 창문 밖에도 에어컨 실외기가 있어서 창문을 열 수 없음. 창 변기가 고장 나서 물이 내려가지 않았고, 임시적으로 수리하였음. 카펫 위로 알 수 없는 벌레가 기어감.

We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Slightly dated, but is well cared for. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. My children were obsessed with the oversized bathroom and tub. AC didn't work well, but we were so busy siteseeing that it didn't bother us much. Location was amazing. Within walking distance to almost everything and just far enough away to enjoy quiet evenings without street noise.

I had a generally pleasant stay at Hotel Mayfair, with comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a great location. However, one major downside was that there was no air conditioning available during my stay, as they informed me it’s turned off for the fall season. This was not mentioned on their website, and unfortunately, it impacted my comfort as I prefer having climate control in the room. 立地がとにかく良く、1区を中心に小回りがきく動きがとれるのでとても便利です。スタッフの方もみんな親切でした。日本人スタッフはいなかったです。お部屋も程よく広く、バスタブとシャワーブースが分かれているので便利でした。強いて言うならお部屋からの眺めがよく無い事と、向かいがウエスティンの業務用出入り口なので深夜に清掃車や色々な搬入が行われて音が気になりました。窓を閉めていれば軽減されるかもです。とは言え宿泊費も立地の割にはお手頃なので総合力は高いホテルでした。

The decor and style was lovely. Rooms recently renovated. Incredible water pressure in the shower. Comfortable beds. Cute balcony. Room air got too hot/dry at night, but other than that the room was flawless. Staff were kind and very helpful, especially Isille and Zamadine (sp?). Great location.

The location is fantastic! Close to attractions & transit. Staff is VERY friendly & helpful. Over all, I’d stay again. The only negative I’d be remiss by not mentioning, is that in what seems to be typical of Europe, the air conditioning doesn’t work. A fan running without a compressor is NOT air conditioning. Seems like the AC works only when new, then never again. But the location!

While the location was excellent and the staff were polite, the overall management was highly questionable. After booking with a reward voucher, I was assigned a ground-floor room next to the fitness center and restrooms. Although I overlooked the poor room assignment, the post-checkout handling was unacceptable. An unauthorized 6 EUR minibar charge was processed at 3:00 PM without notice. Even when I returned at 4:00 PM to collect my luggage, no mention was made of this. The charge was only reversed after I sent a formal complaint, which the hotel dismissed as a "clerical error." While an apology was offered, such lapses in transparency are beneath the standard of a 4-star Parisian hotel. This experience leaves me doubting whether these "errors" were truly accidental.

5박을 하였습니다. 3박은 에펠탑 근의 4성급 글로벌 체인 호텔을 이용하였는데, 메이페어호텔은 파리의 클래식 호텔의 인테리어를 띄고 있어 이 점은 매우 마음에 들었습니다. 다만, 무료생수는 몇박을 하던 처음 1병만 제공되고, 그 마저도 공용병에 지급이 됩니다. 2박째에 리필을 하려면 병당 3유료씩 내야해요. 그리고 미니바 청소를 거의 못받았습니다. 컵 세척이라던가 커피캡슐이라던가 리필이 되다 안되다 마지막 날은 심지어 컵을 다 회수해갔어요. 문제는 밤 11시가 넘으면 프론트에 직원이 안계실때가 많더라고요. 아무리 콜을 해도 받지도 않고. 내려가서 불러도 대답이 없고요. 계실 때는 친절하나, 호텔 프론트에 직원이 안계시는 건 처음 경험해보는 일이라서요. 호텔의 위치나 인테리어는 마음에 들지만, 다음에 다시 파리를 방문 시에는 재방문을 안하거나 대안이 없을 땐 1-2박 정도만 해야할 것 같습니다.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Mayfair! The location is outstanding: it's right across the street from the Jardin des Tuileries, making the Louvre and Musée d'Orsay just a quick 10 minutes away. There are a variety of restaurants close by (I enjoyed both Flottes and L'Imperial), and the Concorde metro stop is a short 5-min walk. The staff is also friendly and caring: I didn't feel well upon arrival, and they were a fantastic help. I can't recommend them enough and will absolutely be back myself. :)

This hotel has a good location. One can easily walk to the Louvre. I walked to Notre Dame in the morning, and to the Bateaux Mouche boat dock in the afternoon. The hotel is conveniently located very near the No. 1 Metro line. The room was comfortable and the air conditioning kept it pleasantly cool.

Although this is a beautiful place the filming going on made it hard to get to and then to the metro. The decor of the hotel is splendid however some key things are missing such as up to date card readers. We were given a physical key that we had to turn in each time we left the hotel and had to hand to the concierge. That was a bit cumbersome especially when you are used to receiving 2 keycards. Breakfast wasn't included and was quite an expensive add on. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the decor seemed to belong to a different time. My assumption is that this was to feel like an apartment but it seemed a bit archaic ultimately. This hotel though is located near most attractions which makes it ideal to stay for a day or two.

Amazing staff, wonderful location across from Tuileries gardens and Concorde station. Incredible stay, can’t wait to come back. Room 7 was incredible, ground floor, window opens to little patio. Delicious breakfast and just overall incredible. Miss this place and staff very much. Can’t wait to be back!

The staff is so friendly & personable. Reka is so friendly! I really appreciate her! The front desk staff & Rony , bellman are very friendly & helpful. What could be improved- Could you put a 24 hour automatic coffee machine in the lobby? That would be quite helpful . Also, bottles of water that we could pour water into glasses in the lobby.

Our stay was fantastic. The hotel was located in the perfect place for tourist activities. The desk staff were always available and very kind. Our room was small but adequate and kept very clean by the staff. We loved the bellman, especially Rony. We ate in the breakfast room everyday, although we had not paid for the breakfast package, because we loved the room and the waiter and the ham and cheese omelet!

Staff was wonderful and very accommodating on all fronts! Location to metro was great and walkable for many sites. One minor suggestion is to provide complimentary coffee that could be available at 5 am as I'm sure a lot of people could benefit from that with early flights, etc. I would stay at the Mayfair Paris again!
