Staff was wonderful and really went out of their way to make it a good experience. Room and property very clean.The only things lacking were 1. Elevator was extremely small - held 1 person and 2 suitcases 2. No food available after breakfast 3. Construction underway and was noisy up to 4pm. Regardless, the staff and cleanliness made the stay a wonderful one.

On the upside, the reception, especially the lady from Cape Verde, and breakfast staff were wonderful. The manager of the hotel was also fantastic. Breakfast was very good tadting and value. The rooms are a bit small. The gym is really small, and wifi was intermittent in my room, non existent in our other room. The location is fantastic. The room was clean. The lift is cute.

The hotel is very well located, close to the Opera and a number of Metro Stations. The room was pleasant and with a good view on the top floor. The lift is small and the gym is really very small and needs booking. I had a bit of problem with insect bites after a mosquito got in through the balcony door. Breakfast is good. The lift is very slow, old and incredibly small.

My wife and I stayed here from Oct 25 to Nov 1, 2025. Hotel: The lobby is well decorated with funky style furniture and art with colours that are bold and vibrant. Very nice! Food (breakfast) The breakfast was very disappointing! :-( Not enough food to feed the entire hotel. The day we ate there, there was no fresh whole fruit, just a small salad/dessert plate with some cut fruit. I counted the grapes on the plate and there was 12. LOL!! Limited in food choices Room: Terrible!! Small and tight for 2 people. The size is good for one person. Dirty carpet. Bathroom door touches knees (toilet too close to door). Bathroom mirror way too high (a first in all hotels that we have stayed in).

L’hôtel ne correspondant pas du tout à mes attentes pour un 4 étoiles. La chambre était vieillotte, il y avait des moisissures dans la douche et au plafond, la fixation d'un miroir était cassée. L'agent d'accueil n'était pas très avenant. Seul le petit déjeuner était très bien avec des serveuses très aimables et un buffet bien garni et de qualité.

Veldig bra hotell med sentral beliggenhet. Vi reiste med 4 voksne og to barn. De som jobbet på hotellet var hyggelige og hjelpsomme, frokosten var god og renholdet var bra. Veldig god seng! Hotellet ligger i en rolig sidegate, men det er kort vei til operaen, Galerie Lafayette og Louvre. Et bra utgangspunkt for en Paris-tur. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake.

The room air con can be controlled from the front desk and it frequently not working or not cold. Even a few night we woke up at the hot room with the air cont in off mode. After complaining the ac works again. This is very annoying and very disappointing for a four star hotel. Either there is technical problem or it is purposely set that way. Also don’t like the design of the bathroom which has no wall divider with the room and the toilet is put together with shower. So it will become wet if someone just take a shower.

I loved this place and the negative comment is my room was extremely hot and the AC wasn’t cooling down the room well. But overall it’s a great place. You would definitely stay there again.

Small modern cozy hotel, we had a junior suite and it was prefect for us and our 8 years old. Excellent location 5 min away from Opéra and Lafayette Galleria shopping mall, 10 min walk to the Louvre! 5 min walk to the subway station. Stuff is super friendly and helpful.

The room was clean, adequate size by Parisian standards and had a balcony--a huge plus! The unexpected thing was the tub with only a hand held shower without anything separating it from the rest of the room. The staff was very accommodating and offered to change us to a room with the shower after 3 nights, but by then we have adjusted and stayed in our room. Everybody was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great, not to mention the a location!.

You can literally hear and feel the metro in the rooms on the ground floor. This is important detail to mention for anyone staying at the hotel, especially if they are a light sleeper. The hotel receptionist completely discarded the issue and it took a lot of convincing for him to change rooms. Rooms on the top floor were fine and no metro noises there. When giving rooms on the groundfloor, the hotel should warn guests about the metro noises and give them the option to choose these rooms and not gaslight them into thinking permanent metro noises are not an issue and give them the opportunity to change floors.

The hotel was centrally-located and was an easy walk to a number of sites. We were also able to walk to a number of convenient and excellent dining options. We enjoyed a small balcony as well as a large bathroom with excellent water pressure in the shower. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

The reception staff were top notch, they were soo helpful - whenever I needed them. Even helped & brought me an UK/EU adaptor to charge my larger electronics. 10/10 hotel, would recommend.

Really quirky hotel in an extremely good location; central to all tourist stops. Friendly staff and excellent service. Key has to be handed in when you leave the hotel, which is a good thing for security. Room has a really good powerful hairdryer. Plenty of good eateries nearby.

Para um hotel 4 estrelas está muito longe. Ele é relativamente novo, mas me deram um quarto no térreo com a janela para um jardim dentro do hotel, impossível de abrir e arejar. O colchão também é muito ruim, com buracos. Tentei trocar de quarto, mas não me deram, disseram que o hotel estava lotado. Café da manhã com poucas opções. Rua do hotel muito estreita, difícil para chegar. Só a localização do hotel foi boa.

A localização perfeita, a 2 minutos a pé da Opera. A simpatia de todas as meninas da recepção. Os quartos do 5° piso foram recentemente remodelados. O nosso quarto (junior suite) foi ideal (um casal e uma criança). Banheira óptima. Bom pequeno-almoço a um preço razoável.
