Sehr schönes kleines Hotel in zentraler Lage. Das freundlichste Hotelpersonal. Es war ein sehr toller Kurzurlaub. Nur ein Problem: man sollte sich einen Parkplatz im Parkhaus vorab reservieren. Die Suche mit einem großen Auto war schwierig, da das Parkhaus ausgebucht war. Aber sonst alle Sterne, merci

The room was extremely small. You can’t sit on the toilet without heating your knee to the lavatory cabinet and can’t take a shower without hugging the shower curtain. No fridge or microwave. Good for short stay. Convenient access to subway and getting to main attractions in less than half an hour.

Bon rapport qualité prix pour un secteur bien situé. Entrée originale et homme de chambre efficace. L’ascenseur est un peu vétuste…

There is a very obtrusive smell in the common areas and hallways. Which was mentioned in other reviews. Upon entering oir room the smell seemed to fade. Until the bathroom door was opened. This new smell literally knocked you off your feet. There was a rotting log located in the bathroom ceiling with an indescribable horrid smell. Our whole family of 5 could not handle this. The cost of the room was quite expensive for our family of 5, there was no coffee or other free amenities available. The desk host was friendly and helped us find our way.

Great location and although the lobby looks dated the room actually is renovated and look pretty nice. This hotel was one of the cheapest for a family of 4 on our chosen date in a great location so I was nervous how small or run down the place could be. It was a pleasant surprised that the room was renovated and pretty comfortable with AC.

Clean and nice please to stay. Breakfast and parking additional options are very good. It’s definitely a place to stay.

Just few points on the property, very nice location and the staff it’s very nice but the room was very different from the room on the pictures and also the air conditioner was not working properly and also the elevator was not on a very good shape, this are the only 3 aspects of the property that needs improvement…

Inga problem med renlighet men ett slitet hotell med t.ex. toadörr som inte gick att stänga. Mörkt rum men ok sängar. Fanns inte tillgång till frukost men nära till boulangerie. Frågade efter strykjärn och fick låna direkt så servicen var bra utifrån standard.

Hebergement bien placé, literie correcte mais quelques manquements/optimisations possibles : pas de gel douche/shampoing pour la douche, tv ne fonctionne pas, tasse à dispo à la propreté douteuse (bord collant), distributeur snack/boisson à l'accueil uniquement à pièces.

Nettoyage moyen, pas sûr que les wc aient ete nettoyées avant notre arrivée . Pas de café, pas de rangement, wc branlant, pas de porte savon, ni savon dans la douche. Rideau sale, chambre nauseabonde, moquette sale. Literie bonne.

La porte du 1er sas vers la chambre ne se fermait plus a clé, je suis ressorti manger et à mon retour je n'ai pas eu besoin d'utilisé la clé pour l'ouvrir contrairement à mon arrivée, je n'étais donc plus très rassurée pour la nuit. La salle de bain sentait le renfermé malgré que la petite fenêtre soit ouverte à mon arrivée, et quand on ferme le rideau de la douche, la lumière est obstrué il fait donc très sombre. Il faut aussi laissé l'eau coulé très, très longtemps avant d'avoir de l'eau chaude j'ai même cru qu'il n'y en avait pas et j'ai dû faire appel à la personne à l'accueil (très gentil) qui a vérifier la chaudière et est venu aussi vérifier dans ma chambre, ou il y eu au final de l'eau chaude...

Hôtels très propre staff très sympa

Es un sitio acogedor y limpio. Estuvimos muy a gusto. Volvería a reservarlo en el futuro. Reforma en rústico moderno muy bonita.

Couloir encombré avec chariot et sacs de menage, toilette cassé, un seul spot de lumiere qui fonctionne dans la chambre sur 10. + d autres petits details moins importants. Cela ne vaut pas les 3 étoiles. Rue calme. Accueil non chaleureux.

Péssimo, não teve limpeza antes do quarto, frigobar tinha coisa estragada, não dava nem pra abrir, e o tamanho do quarto não é suficientemente pra abrir nem uma mala, fora o banheiro que além de muito sujo, era minúsculo, água quente é raro, luz do quarto queimada e caindo do teto .. só pra começar

The front desk person was extremely helpful and was very quick to give excellent directions and suggestions. There was a lot of noise at night until early morning from the bar across the street which made it difficult to sleep. A few blocks away was little rough and felt unsafe especially with a family traveling with small children.

While this is shown as a three star hotel, it really is a two star (two and a half if it existed). I still enjoyed my stay there but the room was very small (pictures do a good job to make it appear larger than it really is). I was not in Paris to stay in my room so the size did not matter that much to me. Do not count on the TV to be a distraction: from the 30 channels or so, the reception on a dozen of those was very bad and all the others were in French (again not a big deal to me since I speak French). The room makes really good use of original stone walls , well integrated in the construction of the room. It is charming. Surprisingly, the hotel sits on a small street but the traffic was heavy and the noise level, especially scooters, make it impossible to open windows in the evening. Fortunately, AC worked well. I would recommend to find a room in the upper levels. However the hotel was very well located between walking distance of three subway stations, across from a great bakery I used for croissants, espressos and fresh sandwiches and in a neighbourhood that while is not touristy still has a large number of conveniences: cafes, restaurants, bars, small grocery stores, etc. I also really like the personnel at the hotel: in one week I dealt with many: they were all helpful, putting up with my many questions.

Meget sødt personale pg udemærket hotel. Der er dog en del lydt fra døre og elevator men det kan ikke undgås

The room was too smal for 5. The beds were nice and confortable. That was ok. We asked for aconditioner for hair, there was not. The zone is ok for restaurants and have drinks,.perhaps no for families. But there was ok to only sleep.

Bra läge! Väldigt litet rum för familj, 5 personer. Extremt stark belysning i alla armaturer. För å få något tryck alls i duschen så var trycket i badkarsutkastet nödvändift att vara fullt. Det kanske är så i Frankrike :)?! Frukost €10/person.

The staff was exceptional, always willing to go the extra mile. The rooms were bright with exceptional views. The area was beautiful and filled with restaurants, bars, cafes, and lots of pastry shops. I would return in a heart beat.

Excelente ubicación y excelente trato por parte de recepción muy amable,me oriento en el uso de metro y trenes.

Manager was amazing, so helpful and friendly, we stayed in the attic… loved it! Would highly recommend… 5 minutes to train.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli, le personnel très sympa. La chambre était propre et les matelas confortables. Toutefois ce serait bien d'installer une paroie de baignoire .

Property is in a great location. It was clean, but small. The staff was nice with the exception of one man who was not friendly at all

Had a fantastic warm welcoming under my check in, bigger hotels could learn from that😊. The room size was okay for 3 and a short stay but the condition of beds was not good, they where to old and uncomfortable. The bathroom had a leaking sink we reported the first day but they did not succeed to fix it. That is maybe just the charme of choosing a small family hotel. The area is fantastic and authentic, easy access with train and metro. If the rooms are heightened in quality, then we will come back😊

Il personale è davvero molto professionale, gentilissimo e disponibile. Tantissimi complimenti alla signora della reception: veramente molto simpatica e gentile. Purtroppo la zona non è per famiglie ma comunque è molto ben servita dai mezzi pubblici. L’Hotel è sufficientemente pulito e accogliente. Ci tornerei.

A very nice comfortable room with all the facilities up to a very high standard. Walking distance from Gare du Nord and all the major Paris attractions. Excellent value for money. Tourist tax was required to be paid in cash - I thought slightly odd that could not be paid by credit card which I have done in other hotels in Paris. Not a major issue though.

Kamer was wel wat klein, geen last om kleren in de hangen en de badkamer was zeer klein als je in de douche stond moest er niemand aan de lavabo staan want die was ook gedoucht. De lavabo de kraan kon je in de 4 richtingen draaien en als je op de wc zat kon je amper draaien of keren. Maar het ontbijt was dan wel lekker en keuze genoeg.
