Hyggeligt hotel, meget venligt og hjælpsomt personale.. Vi havde en lille hyggelig gårdhave ved vores værelse (nr. 1) Vi parkeder i en p-kælder lige ved hotellet. Man skal lige være opmærksom på at det ligge op ad en station, men med ørepropper er det lille problem klare..

The hotel is located less than 500 meters away from the Roma metro station. The neighborhood is quiet and safe as the hotel is surrounded by houses and restaurants. There is a mini market very close to the hotel, so you can do a last minute purchase safely. The hotel is comfortable, the rooms are big compared to the local standard and they always keep all the facilities clean. The continental breakfast was always fresh and delicious, and next to the breakfast area they have a room for the kids (or you) to play Nintendo Wii and boardgames. It was an excellent choice for me and my family!

A destacar todo su personal: desde recepción, a la persona que atendía en los desayunos. Son súper amables, simpáticos, se desviven por ayudarte… Hacen que tu estancia sea muy agradable. Las críticas son por las instalaciones: las habitaciones son pequeñas y la bañera es demasiado alta ( pero he de decir que en todos los hoteles que he estado era la línea habitual) . Tienen moqueta, lo que no facilita mucho la limpieza. Las habitaciones necesitarían un “ lavado de cara” : pintura, reparar mobiliario.. Tienes en ka habitación nevera y te dejan café e infusiones. El desayuno me gustó. Está cerca del metro y de autobuses, lo que facilita el moverte por Paris. Me llamó la atención que me cambiaban las toallas aunque no las dejase en el suelo( soy de las que no por estar en un hotel abusa y pide cambio diario, en mi casa tampoco las cambio diariamente) . Con todo la estancia fue magnífica. Gracias a todo el personal!! Ah! Hay un parking cercano que ofrece un descuento por estar alojada en el hotel, y además no es excesivamente caro( no olvidemos que estamos en Paris)

I was really pleased with our choice of Hotel Berne Opera for our first stay in Paris. Although a small hotel, it had everything we needed. The location was great, a minute or so away from the Metro and a short walk to a wide choice of restaurants. The Opera area was a short 15-minute walk with Montmartre Village and Sacre Coeur just 25 minutes walk away. When we arrived to leave our luggage a couple of hours before check in, we were delighted to find our room already ready for us. An accessible, ground floor room, it was spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was great and there was even a small games room. We would stay at Hotel Berne Opera again.

Bel hôtel bien entretenu. Les espaces communs sont beaux et propres. Chambre un peu petite mais c’est normal pour Paris. Bon petit déjeuner. Le seul point négatif pour moi est le bruit des canalisations dans les chambres quand une autre chambre utilise douche / WC.

Hôtel was a bit dated, I could see they were renovating the second floor. Although dated, it was clean. And cleaned daily . The staff were very friendly and helpful to my family even tho we didn’t speak French. Rooms where comfortable for myself and family.

Quarto bem pequeno. Os talheres e copos usados não foram lavados ou trocados durante os 4 dias que ficamos hospedados e eu mesmo acabava lavando. Um frio de -5ºC na cidade e o aquecimento do quarto era ruim. Pontos altos: Equipe simpática, especialmente a Maria. Chaleira elétrica disponível com café solúvel e chá. Café da manhã OK. Hotel bem localizado e super perto do metrô. E tem um Carrefour na esquina, o que ajuda pra comprar alguma coisa de última hora.

Room wasn’t ready when we arrived. Reception permitted luggage storage which was nice. Bed sheets were stained/dirty and the hotel wouldn’t change them because the maids had already departed for the day. Room was freezing at night (no ac/heating).

Los baños necesitan renovación, y la habitación. El restaurante muy lindo y desayuno bien. Atención del servicio muy bueno. El de limpieza no tanto. Metro cerquita, restaurantes de los alrededores buenísimo. El Roma paris, frente al Metro y el de frente al hotel excelentes atenciones y comida, se llama a l’affiche.

Prima hotel voor een verblijf in hartje Parijs. Tip in hoogzomer geen kamer achter bij het station nemen. Dit inverband met lawaai station als je raam open hebt. Hier hadden wij in oktober geen last van dus prima!

We had a good time in Paris and the location of the Hotel was good. Somehow we had the impression when we booked through Expedia that breakfast was included but it was not when we arrived. Very few of the guests took advantage of the Breakfast we think because it was overpriced for what it was. There was a strange rule that guests could only have one programmed key to each room. Which meant that if one went out and the other stayed in their return presumed the partner would not fall asleep and be woken by the others return. The room we were in 42 was showing signs of age. Damage to the Bath, fridge door surround something broken off with a sharp screw sticking out. The receptionist during the day was rather officious.

Nossa segunda vez no Berne Opera. O hotel é bem localizado, próximo a padarias, metrô e supermercados. Acesso fácil aos principais pontos turísticos da cidade. O quarto é pequeno mas organizando o espaço da pra ficar bem acomodado sem grandes restrições. No geral bom custo benefício.

Très bon séjour! Le personnel a été très chaleureux et disponible. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir une chambre spacieuse avec un balcon et une petite table. La rue est calme nous avons pu dormir avec les fenêtres ouvertes sans problème et la literie était top. On recommande sans hésiter 👍😊

I have enjoyed repeated stays at this property and appreciate the location, the breakfast, and the staff, but my experiences are somewhat overshadowed by the baffling hotel communication before my most recent stay. I requested a specific room through Expedia’s messaging system. I was told that the room was not available during my stay. I understand! I then asked for a room with a balcony but was told that all balcony rooms were unavailable as well. I understand! At check-in, I mentioned my communication about a balcony room. Not only were balcony rooms available, but the EXACT ROOM I wanted was available and given to me. Why such "No and No" communication before check-in but then "Yes and Yes" at check-in? I can't help but feel that the hotel treats guests differently based on how they initially book (3rd party Expedia vs. Hotel Berne Opera site). From my perspective, I was either lied to about room availability, or the hotel had no accurate room availability information while communicating with me. I also considered the possibility that the requested room had later become available through a cancellation, but they could have easily told me this through our Expedia messages. They had also sent me a confusing message regarding check-in preferences through the messaging system. You will very much enjoy the hotel once there, but please do not expect clear or accurate communication beforehand.

Title:Horrific Experience-Robbed While Sleeping in Hotel Room with My Child Review: During our recent stay(28-28.08)at Hotel Berne Opera in Paris my son and I were robbed in our hotel room while we were sleeping.This is not just a bad review-this was a traumatic and terrifying experience that no guest should ever go through. Here is what was stolen during the night, while we were asleep in locked room: •Our passports(both mine and my child's) •Money •A brand new phone •Public transport passes for me and my child Due to the gross negligence of the hotel,we were left stranded in a foreign country without identification, money,or means of communication. The stress and fear we expect were overwhelming-especially for my young child.We were not on vacation anyway, we were in survival mode,just truing to make it back home to the UK. Because of the theft,we had to: •Buy new tickets at a much higher price •Book a hotel due to the late arrival •Purchase new bus tickets •Cover extensice transportation and food expenses. To make things worse the hotel has ignored all three of my official complaints.This silence raises serious concerns and makes me wonder if this happened before. We had a good time in Paris and the location of the Hotel was good. Somehow we had the impression when we booked through Expedia that breakfast was included but it was not when we arrived. Very few of the guests took advantage of the Breakfast we think because it was overpriced for what it was. There was a strange rule that guests could only have one programmed key to each room. Which meant that if one went out and the other stayed in their return presumed the partner would not fall asleep and be woken by the others return. The room we were in 42 was showing signs of age. Damage to the Bath, fridge door surround something broken off with a sharp screw sticking out. The receptionist during the day was rather officious.

We loved our recent stay at Hotel Berne Opera. A little off a beaten path, we found the neighborhood to be a nice, relaxing and a quite place after full days exploring Paris. The staff was friendly and very helpful in answering our questions, ensuring our stay was comfortable and the breakfast was a great treat each morning. The location was also great as we could easily walk to several metro or train stations and get anywhere around Paris usually within 30 minutes. Not the fanciest of hotels - but clean, quite, friendly staff made this stay one of my favorites I have had in Europe so far. Would definitely stay there again and hope to do so again.

Room wasn’t ready when we arrived. Reception permitted luggage storage which was nice. Bed sheets were stained/dirty and the hotel wouldn’t change them because the maids had already departed for the day. Room was freezing at night (no ac/heating).

The hotel is located less than 500 meters away from the Roma metro station. The neighborhood is quiet and safe as the hotel is surrounded by houses and restaurants. There is a mini market very close to the hotel, so you can do a last minute purchase safely. The hotel is comfortable, the rooms are big compared to the local standard and they always keep all the facilities clean. The continental breakfast was always fresh and delicious, and next to the breakfast area they have a room for the kids (or you) to play Nintendo Wii and boardgames. It was an excellent choice for me and my family!

I was really pleased with our choice of Hotel Berne Opera for our first stay in Paris. Although a small hotel, it had everything we needed. The location was great, a minute or so away from the Metro and a short walk to a wide choice of restaurants. The Opera area was a short 15-minute walk with Montmartre Village and Sacre Coeur just 25 minutes walk away. When we arrived to leave our luggage a couple of hours before check in, we were delighted to find our room already ready for us. An accessible, ground floor room, it was spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was great and there was even a small games room. We would stay at Hotel Berne Opera again.

Bel hôtel bien entretenu. Les espaces communs sont beaux et propres. Chambre un peu petite mais c’est normal pour Paris. Bon petit déjeuner. Le seul point négatif pour moi est le bruit des canalisations dans les chambres quand une autre chambre utilise douche / WC.
