This boutique hotel is in a great location that felt safe and accessible. The staff was always welcoming and helpful whenever we needed it. Hotels this age have quirks. The only negative comments I can make are: 1) the housekeeping cart was left in the elevator making it almost impossible to use the elevator to access our 4th floor room, and 2) there was a periodic sewage odor in our room that was off-putting to say the least. Otherwise, the room was clean and comfortable as expected with the rating of the hotel.

We had a good experience - everyone at Reception was nice (doesn’t have that “if you don’t speak French I ain’t talking to you” vibe), bed and pillows were comfy and my sensitive/allergy prone skin approved the sheets! We loved the aesthetics of the hotel and the room, bathroom is a bit tiny though so it doesn’t have enough hooks (for used clothes that can still be worn again) or space for toiletries - ended up using the kitchenette table for toiletries which is just outside the bathroom. We super loved the “Welcome note with Macarons and chocolates”. The hotel is very close to Assemblee Nationale (Parliament, lower house) and while we were there I think there was some protest, and police officers were everywhere! The location is also very close to Plaza de la Concorde, Seine (good area to run!), Napoleon’s tomb and a 30 min walk to the Eiffel Tower (or about 2 train stops if you opt to take the train), closest train station is 350m (5mins) away!

모든게 완벽했습니다. 하나만 빼구요~ 여름인데 냉장고없는건 좀 속상했어요~1층에 공용냉장고 이용하라고 안내받았지만...그것을 이용하는 것이 더 힘들것 같아서 그냥 이용하지 않았습니다. 두번쨰 방문....정말 모든것이 완벽했으나...냉장고만...아쉬웠습니다. 여튼 행복한 3박4일 만들어주신 모든 직원분들 감사해요!!

Nice little hotel. Smaller room but perfect atmosphere for Paris. The rooms are very updated and decorated really well. Staff are super nice. It is in a very quiet area where you need to walk out for food choice. But out of the way of other tourist so it's very quiet but still close enough the river. Highly recommended.

I’ve been staying at this hotel for 20 years. Unfortunately the service continues to go downhill. It’s sad because it is a wonderful property but I will not be staying there anymore because those at the desk are poorly trained and when I asked to speak to a manager I was told he would call me…I am still waiting.
