This is a wonderful little hotel in a great location. We stayed in a suite with our 2 children and were very comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly and spoke English. There is an elevator but it can only accommodate 2 people and 2 suitcases at a time. The surrounding area is quite busy at night but our room on the 6th floor was quiet. Many restaurants and shops in the immediate area, walking distance to the Louvre.

Really enjoyed this hotel and a lively neighborhood was right outside the front door. Not loud at night (we were on the 6th floor). Recommend the family suite 603. Only 2 people with suitcases can fit in the lift at one time - just something to keep in mind. Wouldn’t recommend for young children but great for 12

As a frequent and loyal customer of Hotels.com, I have come to expect a certain standard of excellence in my accommodations, particularly when booking through a trusted platform like yours. From the 19th to the 24th of November, I stayed at Hotel Ducs D’Anjou in Paris (Room 64). This hotel was advertised as a four-star establishment. However, my experience there starkly contradicted this classification. Key amenities that were lacking included a functional bar, a reliable internet connection crucial for business activities, and access to international TV channels. I raised these issues with the hotel's front desk manager on the 22nd of November. Despite acknowledging these shortcomings, there has been no subsequent action or response from the hotel management, even after repeated promises to address my concerns. This lack of response is not only disappointing but also undermines the trust I place in the accommodations booked through your platform. I honestly feel rather humiliated not only by the low level of this hotel establishment but more, by the lack of basic manners to answer my emails after three written promises that a manager will do this accordingly. I assure you that I am escalating this matter to the French tourism authorities as this hotel, by French law, should never be advertised as 4 stars. I collected sufficient evidence to back up my review and I will send it you upon request

Hotellet ligger perfekt centralt alldeles intill Chatelet samt Des Halles stationerna. Det går snabbt att gå till de Notre Dame och Louvren. Rummet och sängen och faktiskt hela hotellet var väldigt litet. Den vänliga personalen, det centrala läget, och den på det hela taget fräscha insidan gjorde det till prisvärt.

Værelset var en fin størrelse. Sengen lidt hård og vandet i toilettet løb, men døren til badeværelset kunne heldigvis lukkes. Bøjler til opbevaring og et lille skab med safebox. Meget lille elevator. Værelset havde vindue, men det var til en form for "skakt", dog med mallerier at kigge på, så ingen gadeudsyn eller sollys. Staff var meget venlige og søde. Ingen lydgener for at bo så centralt og tæt på byliv og restauranter.

Unfortunately, this property was not very clean at all. I found many hairs all around the bathroom and other gross things all around the bathroom. It was almost as if it was never cleaned since the last person had been there at least.

Le personnel de l’accueil est au top mais les chambres et les salles de bain sont catastrophiques et indignes d’un 4 étoiles. Les photos des chambres présentes sur Google sont loin de refléter la réalité. Les salles de bains sont sales, vétustes et très mal entretenues. Il n’y a aucune intimité entre les chambres (simple cloison, on entend tout). Grosse moquette tachée, vieux frigo HS, papier peint abîmé, double vitrage vétuste … bref un gros mensonge. Seules les parties communes sont propres.

Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Haare auf dem Bett und im Bad. Müll wurde nicht richtig entsorgt. Umgebung ist top, alles sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, Zentrale Lage und viele essensmöglichkeiten. Umgebung super, alles andere kann und sollte verbessert werden.

朝方にロンドンから到着して疲れている私に気づいてか、チェックイン時間前でしたが入れる部屋があるかを調べて下さり、そのまま入れてくれました。本当に助かりました。スタッフのNASさん、ありがとうございました。お部屋はコンパクトですが清掃も行き届いており、快適に過ごせました。また立地も素晴らしい。パリ滞在にはまた利用させて頂きます。

Rooms are small and smell like moisture. The room that was given to us had mold all over the ceiling(that they tried to cover with paint but mold was still showing through) and paint on the wall bubbling from water leakage. To top it off it didn’t have a proper shower, it had a tub with handle that you would have to sit to shower. This is not 4 star. It’s 2 star at best. The only good thing about this place is location right next to metro.

This hotel is located in the city. It’s easy to access many places in Paris. 10 min walk to Louvre and more. There are many shops, bars and restaurants in the are. The receptionist was super professional and friendly. We found a pack of French sweets and 2 bottles water in our room. The room was small but I guess this is European standard in the city.

L’hôtel est en plein quartier des halles, sur une rue commerçante. Cependant plusieurs inconvénients apparaissent : L’isolation phonique entre les chambres est mauvaise on entend trop les voisins alors qu’on entend pas les bruits de la rue. Le matelas est trop dur et pas assez amortissant. Si votre conjoint bouge dans la nuit vous bougez aussi. La douche est très petite, on mets de l’eau partout. La porte de notre chambre était très dure à fermer il fallait la claquer. Le petit déjeuner est bon mais pas très variés pour 19€ Un fond musical serait le bienvenu dans la salle à manger d’ailleurs car l’ambiance est très austère le matin. Le personnel est agréable et serviable. Les lieux sont propres L’emplacement est parfait pour vadrouiller dans Paris, très proche du marais , et de Rivoli. Au pied du métro et du rer. Plein de restaurants aux alentours, ainsi que Les Halles à deux minutes à pied. Un bon 3 étoiles mais un 4 peut être pas!

Hotel is well located for seeing Paris. Very lively area with bars and places to eat. This didn’t disturb us at all. The bed was really comfortable and the breakfast was lovely. I was disappointed that there was not a shower at head level, maybe this is just a French design? The breakfast room was also very beautiful but quite noisy and echoey.

Hotel room was clean but very small for me even for 2 of us. staff were the best taking care of our needs. However, WiFi was so problematic all along. Staff tried to help but hardly got an uninterrupted 2 hours of net …. I think they should work on that for more convenience.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Metro ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fussläufig erreichbar. Okay, am WE kann man absolut nicht bei offenem Fenster schlafen, dort ist ordentlich und lange „was los“. Die Fenster sind allerdings dicht, es dringt keinerlei Lärm ins Zimmer!

The location is fantastic, very central, 20' walking from Le Louvre and 2' from the train straight to CDG airport. The hotel is overall ok, breakfast is nice and the bed is comfortable, but the room is incredibly small. WiFi is terrible

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, they helped us get a Taxi and walked with us to the street since its around the corner to get us in the taxi. Breakfast was great in a very cozy/French basement style area. The Metro entrance is very close but remember the exit number since the station has too many exit points. Many restaurants across the street with great food. Would stay there again!

The location is great. It is small but that is normal. What made our stay was an exceptional staff. Especially Jasmine was fantastic. We are older and Jasmine went out of her way to set us up with transportation options and Uber app. She patiently explained everything to us and even offered to go with us to the metro station. She provided my wife with a metro card that some previous travelers left and told us how to load it. We left it with her for some other traveler after we were done. It also helped that her English was excellent. All the best Jasmine!

As a frequent and loyal customer of Hotels.com, I have come to expect a certain standard of excellence in my accommodations, particularly when booking through a trusted platform like yours. From the 19th to the 24th of November, I stayed at Hotel Ducs D’Anjou in Paris (Room 64). This hotel was advertised as a four-star establishment. However, my experience there starkly contradicted this classification. Key amenities that were lacking included a functional bar, a reliable internet connection crucial for business activities, and access to international TV channels. I raised these issues with the hotel's front desk manager on the 22nd of November. Despite acknowledging these shortcomings, there has been no subsequent action or response from the hotel management, even after repeated promises to address my concerns. This lack of response is not only disappointing but also undermines the trust I place in the accommodations booked through your platform. I honestly feel rather humiliated not only by the low level of this hotel establishment but more, by the lack of basic manners to answer my emails after three written promises that a manager will do this accordingly. I assure you that I am escalating this matter to the French tourism authorities as this hotel, by French law, should never be advertised as 4 stars. The house keeping staff was bad. Did not clean room properly, never leaving any toiletries. Even folded dirty towels and floor mat leaving on the shelf with clean ones. Just bad lazy service. In the 7 times I have stayed here I have not experienced this to the point where I had a no foot disturb on the door.

El hotel está situado a centro de la ciudad,a corta distancia de Norte Dame, Sena , Placa de ayuntamiento y cerca de parada de metro. La habitación aunque estaba pequeña está muy cómoda nos sentimos como en casa. La ventana estaba mirando hacia el patio y escaleras de emergencia pero está situación da mucha tranquilidad y silencio por la noche porque no se escuchaba el ruido de la calle. La limpieza todo perfecto y limpio. Todo el personal de l hotel era muy amable sobretodo un chico de recepción que se llama Nas, nos facilito con consejos buenos sobre la estancia y la ciudad. Lo recomendo.

They upgraded us to a suite and we didnt even ask for that. It was very nice penthouse. Also held our bags after checkout so we could walk around more and get lunch before our train. They also gave us plates and a wine cork so we could enjoy our wine and cheese in the room. Very nice. Its in a hopping area of paris, close to everything, tons of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Also close is Notre Dame and all the sites along the river.

Perfect location close to RER And metros. In the midst of many restaurants which are open late. We enjoyed watching the activity out our window. Our room was small but to be expected and had everything we needed. Breakfast was sufficient. Staff very aimable. Enjoyed this location.

This is a charming hotel near many popular sites. The staff was kind and helpful, and the breakfast was very satisfactory. We were on the 5th floor overlooking the bustling cafes, which made the evenings very loud, but we also very much enjoyed the quintessential Paris experience because of this. We enjoyed this location for ease of access to Notre Dame, the Louvre, the Seine, and the Chatelet Les Halles shopping and metro.

Located on a lively pedestrian zone with tons of dining options right next to a metro stop for easy access to anywhere in Paris. The room is comfortable with good air conditioning. Notre Dame is only about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. We stayed 5 nights and would definitely stay there again if we ever return to Paris.

The hotel location was great round the corner was the chatelet metro. Staff were very helpful, however pictures of rooms were very deceiving and small. Breakfast was very busy and no seatsavailable to sit down. But overall a lovelt hotel.

Convenient for RER and Metro at Les Halles. Walking distance to many attractions. Numerous dining options within a few steps. Typical small Parisian hotel rooms and baths - but very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good.

L’hôtel est en plein quartier des halles, sur une rue commerçante. Cependant plusieurs inconvénients apparaissent : L’isolation phonique entre les chambres est mauvaise on entend trop les voisins alors qu’on entend pas les bruits de la rue. Le matelas est trop dur et pas assez amortissant. Si votre conjoint bouge dans la nuit vous bougez aussi. La douche est très petite, on mets de l’eau partout. La porte de notre chambre était très dure à fermer il fallait la claquer. Le petit déjeuner est bon mais pas très variés pour 19€ Un fond musical serait le bienvenu dans la salle à manger d’ailleurs car l’ambiance est très austère le matin. Le personnel est agréable et serviable. Les lieux sont propres L’emplacement est parfait pour vadrouiller dans Paris, très proche du marais , et de Rivoli. Au pied du métro et du rer. Plein de restaurants aux alentours, ainsi que Les Halles à deux minutes à pied. Un bon 3 étoiles mais un 4 peut être pas!

Hotel is well located for seeing Paris. Very lively area with bars and places to eat. This didn’t disturb us at all. The bed was really comfortable and the breakfast was lovely. I was disappointed that there was not a shower at head level, maybe this is just a French design? The breakfast room was also very beautiful but quite noisy and echoey.

Die Zimmer sind klein aber wer nur die Nacht da verbringt und tagsüber unterwegs ist, für den ist es Ideal zentral gelegen in Paris. Alle großen Sehenwürdigkeiten wie Louvre, Notre Damm oder der Eifelturm sind gut Fußläufig erreichbar. Das Personal ist sehr nett und man kann am Abreise Tag sein Gepäck noch unterstellen und die Stadt erkunden. Toller Gästeservice. Das Frühstück ist sehr schlicht und einfach gehalten.

Cool boutique hotel in a great location for shopping, cafes. It’s also near a train station where you can get the train to CDG airport. We were there for one night but would stay there again. Breakfast is included and was a typical French continental breakfast which was very good.

The location of this hotel is excellent. Only a couple minutes' walk to the river, and then from there you can explore Paris on foot. Our room was small, but clean and quiet. Honestly, we were so tired at the end of each day we just need a comfortable bed (it was!) and a safe space to rest. The hotel staff were extremely helpful in arranging a taxi ride back to the airport, as my wife's luggage was damaged on the way to Paris and didn't roll easily.

What made my stay great were the staff. They were friendly and helpful and made sure you had what you needed. The hotel itself is a wonderful location on a lively street steps away from cafes, shopping, the Metro and 5 minutes walking at most to Les Halles. While the street is busy, you don’t hear it from the room. The furnishing and building itself needs some work. It could do with new flooring, paint, furniture. The bathroom was particularly small with an awkward shower. However, the location and staff made this a great stay.
