The hotel is beautiful and perfectly located, with everything close by—especially the Palais Garnier and the Louvre Museum. We stayed for seven days and had an excellent room with a wonderful view of Opera house. An issue with the room on the second day was resolved immediately by Manager Finech, whose professionalism and decisiveness were truly impressive. Later, when I experienced the loss of my Apple AirPod Pro, Manager Thomas went above and beyond, offering every possible assistance with genuine care and effort. Both managers exemplify outstanding hospitality—attentive, efficient, and solution-oriented. Breakfast was thoughtfully curated: intimate and petite in selection, yet entirely quality-driven, with nothing lacking. Every staff member we encountered was exceptionally kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful—far beyond what words can easily describe. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone who enjoys opera, museums, and staying at the heart of Paris.
