Hotel was Okay for a quick nights stay, close to train Station I needed for early morning departure from Paris. As with most properties in Paris, very over priced for what one gets.

The hotel is conveniently located near Gare Montparnasse and it's perfectly fine, but nothing special. The bathroom and shower are excellent. The room is a bit cramped and we had to move the bed to avoid bumping into the heating unit attached to the sloping wall (we were on the top floor). Also they just had instant coffee in the room, no Nespresso. We booked in advance and did not get a good rate (the rate on the day of our stay was half of what we paid) so it did not feel like a good value for what it was.

This hotel is perfect for a one night stay as it is close to the metro / railway station. Sadly for us we were disturbed by the noise from the bar near by and at 4.30 am it was very noisy with a fight breaking out. Obviously this is not the fault of the hotel, so perhaps a room at the back of the hotel would have been preferable. The staff were very friendly, breakfast was good and there was plenty of hot water . There is a nice little bar area near reception. There are plenty of lovely restaurants nearby.

Stayed 3 nights

We stayed here for three nights while in Paris. I’ve stayed in the area previously and would generally recommend hotels in better/quieter parts of Montparnasse. The room was basic, clean and comfortable. We opted for a bigger room and would recommend this. The immediate area outside the hotel is quite rowdy, and there’s an English bar which opens 24 hours on a weekend so you can imagine the noise. Having said that- hotel is close to the metro, and lovely bars, restaurants etc, and a good base to explore the city. There are nicer hotels within the same price point nearby (would recco Hotel Du Park). Most of the staff were really lovely and friendly. My partner’s parents did find a cockroach in their bathroom late one evening, but I guess that’s Paris! Air conditioning worked really well.
