Great hotel in a perfect location. We got one of the connecting room that was basically 2 rooms connected by a hallway and it was perfect for my wife and in one room and my 2 teenagers in the other with their bathroom. Its within walking distance of Eiffel Tower and museums as well as some great local restaurants and shopping. Very nice and safe neighborhood. Hotel was very clean and updated. Entire staff was nice and very accommodating. Breakfast each morning was delicious. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was miniscule. If you open your window, smoke drifts in from the many guests smoking in the courtyard night and day. There is no iron. But it was clean.

Hôtel tres sympathique et calme à 5-10min de la Tour Eiffel à pied. Un petit remerciement spécial au staff qui a vraiment égayé le séjour. Les chambres sont calmes et assez grandes. La petite cour intérieure est agréable. Tous les restaurants et magasins alentour sont sympathiques et pratiques. Une seule chose - il n’y a pas de machine à café ou bouilloire dans les chambres. Pensez à vous organiser au cas où ce soit un must pour vous.

You can see the Eiffel Tower from the property and stairwell and some rooms. Not mine. The patio only had two tables and not welcoming. No coffee in the room, ice bucket or wine opener. Also no ice machine on floors.

Bed comfortable; room spotless; breakfast good; wish there was a bar or lounge. Appreciate the option of drinking a bottle of wine on the veranda. Location was good for walking to Eiffel Tower. Can see the Eiffel Tower from several rooms and from the outside sitting area. Appreciate number and location of outlets for charging devices.

This Property is a gem. Minutes away from the Eiffel Tower, you can see it from the property. Next door is a laundry mat, lots of shops, restaurant and a grocery store.Very friendly staff, breakfast is amazing, parking is reasonable and convinient. Loved everything about our stay. If you want to visit the Eiffel Tower, go in the evening, easier to buy ticket to the top.

Great stay. Very clean hotel both into the common areas and the room. They offered service every day if needed. The safe in the room worked good and the water was hot daily. There's plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance to include two pharmacies and a couple supermarkets for a case of water. The staff were very friendly and helpful as well. I would definitely recommend this lovely hotel.

I chose this hotel for one night to get a view of the Eiffel tower and it was great! Location is perfect and there are several restaurant close by to snack or dine. The room itself was spacious but I found some cobwebs on the ceiling corners.

They didn’t have air conditioner as advertised, they only turn it on during the summer months. No coffee or tea pot. It was about 6-7 blocks from Eiffel Tower, I guess that’s why it cost more. It’s really a 3 star hotel with little frills. It was small but clean and quiet.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is great and very walkable. You're close to many great sights. We didn't try the breakfast so can't comment there. The room was clean and comfortable. The value for the price is mostly related to the location and less about the room/service. When you combine room, location and service it makes it worth it. Our only complaint was that our room was next to the stairwell so we heard every person going up or down the stairs. This made it difficult to sleep in the mornings without ear plugs.

We stayed in Paris for two nights in August. The hotel was lovely! We enjoyed the direct view of the Eiffel Tower from our room (suite 501). Air conditioning was nice and cool. Bathroom was modern with a glass shower. I would definitely recommend / stay again!

Homeless woman living in basement of hotel. Pulled the fire alarm at 10:30pm was yelling and screaming in the lobby then pulled the fire alarm again at 11:30pm. She continued screaming in the lobby keeping everyone awake. Police showed up a couple hours later and had her leave.

I was really looking forward to this hotel, unfortunately it was a big let down. When we arrived to check in we were given room 18 as soon as we opened the door we were punched in the face with a horrible smell, like mothballs and vinegar. The receptionist at the front came to our room and agreed the room smelt horrible. She was able to offer us a room, however it was of lesser value, smaller, no tub, one bed (we booked two twins) and after we agreed to it we found that the TV didn’t work. Once we discovered the TV didn’t work we spoke to reception, she said we had to wait for the evening shift man, he would help us. He did not, he was an older man that was quite rude. We told him about our tv and he proceeded to say we must have done something to it. I reiterated that all we did was turn it on but he insisted it was us. It was a painful back and forth with no resolution. He then went on to say that someone had to come and reset the tv and that he didn’t have the key to do it. No one ever came to fix it. The only good thing for us was the location, quick walk to Eiffle Tower and plenty of restaurants. Would not stay again. I booked because people had great things to say, unfortunately we did not get that experience.

The view of the tour d’Eiffel from room 501- C'était magnifique. The cleaning staff was on top of things as well. The front desk staff was not overly friendly or helpful at check in. Rooms have lots of quirks that Americans and other travelers may not be used to/ your room key is slotted into the wall to activate the lights- would have been nice to know. They were painting the hallway during our entire stay- painters were friendly and generous about all of the luggage and movement- it a heads up would have been nice. They also over charged us. Working on that issue as well. The location is very convenient with shopping, food, and metro close by. Enjoy the view!

The front desk staff was absolutely great. We had a couple of issue that arose, and the front desk really helped us solve those problems. The rooms were cleaned everyday, and the staff In general was friendly and responsive to customer issues. This hotel is in walking distance of the Eiffel Tower, the River Seine, cafes, shopping, the subway, and museums. My wife and I had a wonderful time in Paris, and that was due, in part, to our great experience at this hotel. I would definitely stay there again!

Great hotel in a fantastic location.Room was small but who cares?Who comes to Paris to sit in a hotel room?Located in walking distance to eiffel tower and siene river, plenty of restaurants and shops around, room was clean, breakfast was good. Do not use “Welcome Pick up” to book transfer I paid 86EURO from Gard due nord to hotel then upon leaving I paid only 25EURO contact the hotel directly for the service it’s cheaper. Reception staff helpful, WORST BREAKFAST STAFF It seems like you being there is a burden to them, go elsewhere for your breakfast

We really enjoyed this hotel. The included breakfast was super yummy, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Helped with booking us a taxi back to the airport. Our room was right next to the elevator, and we never heard a thing. The bathroom was renovated and nice. Compared to the USA, the room is small, but it was lovely and clean and was easy walking distance to lots of sights.
