Only one elevator is insufficient, otherwise everything excellent

It’s a nice hotel. I was in room 202 and there was noise from the street that woke me each night but it’s a city, but it’s not that quiet on that side of the building. Room was sufficient and clean. I have had more comfortable mattresses but again I was paying €200 a night which is now cheap in Paris. Breakfast was basic but nice. There was no conversation about breakfast on check in and I went for it for the three mornings and then was charged €36 which I don’t think was worth it. Staff were friendly and the location is very good.

We had a really good stay there, just be warned that it is very close to all the big party clubs that go on loudly for all hours of the morning. This is an ideal place for people who don’t need much sleep, to stay at for a few nights. After 2 or 3 AM, the clubs begin dumping the glass into the recycle bins and then the recycle trucks and garbage trucks come and collect them. It sounded like banging metal and glass for hours In the mornings around 8, because they go up and down the streets and it echoes all around. I digress. The noise is not a reflection on the hotel. Soundproof windows are quite expensive. Front desk service was fantastic and everybody was really friendly and helpful. Aline at the front desk was always kind and wished us a good day. If you are looking for a place near the Moulin Rouge, you can pretty much go outside and see it from the hotel. The bed was OK, window shades were awesome, they gave us towels whenever we asked. They had water downstairs in the lobby, so you can fill up your water bottles before you leave with eau plate or gazeuse. It is a really good location for catching buses and public transport to major points of interest in Paris, including the Louvre and the Eiffel Tower. It is very close to the metro, as well. That’s about 300 m away. The neighborhoods Surrounding the hotel, felt pretty safe, as there were people constantly going up and down the streets at all hours of the night and day. There is also a fantastic noodle place nearby.

Mysigt hotell. Konstig doft i hela hotellet, förmodligen var det deras rengöringsmedel. Deras "lämna bagage"-rum var helt obemannat och det kändes inte bra att lämna sitt bagage där medan man väntade på rummet då vem som helst kunde gå dit och ta saker. Personalen var trevlig och service-minded. Ett helt okej hotell helt enkelt. Vi har inget att klaga på men inget att ge beröm för heller.

Lovely, well located hotel. As with most Paris hotels rooms aren’t huge but our family room was cosy and well set up. We had a view of the Eiffel Tower so we saw the light show at night. The hotel is well located for cafes, shops and restaurants and really good for buses, metro and walking to local sights (Sacre Couer). Staff are extremely friendly and the breakfast is very good. Free water cooler in reception where you can get chilled still or fizzy water. One minor point about location is due to some ‘special adult stores’ not too far away, but not a big issue, can be a little noisy at night if you leave your windows open too. Lovely though, would highly recommend.

O hotel e bem localizado, super limpo e o atendimento impecável. Minha única ressalva é que reservei um quarto conforto e percebi que o que me acomodaram nao era exatamente o “confort.” O espaço para café da manhã é bem limitado e não comporta muitos hóspedes ao mesmo tempo.

We turned our Altair conditioner o. To have the room cool when we returned and they had turned it off. Had to go to reception area to have it put on in the room again. Elevator broke so we had to carry our bags down from the 5th floor. The most expensive hotel I stayed at and I stayed at several and this one didn’t even offer a cup of coffee.

Room was small and compact but fully equipped and it was clean. The desk attendants seemed a little unorganized (e.g. I completed a form online that was supposed to help with my check-in but they didn\'t have any of the information; I ordered and paid for an express breakfast but the order was not conveyed and they asked me to pay again). There was no internet on the first day of my stay. I felt relatively safe walking. The neighbourhood was convenient (a walk to île de la Cité was 1 hour) with many shops and restaurants although it is within the "red light" district. There are a number of bars near the hotel and I could hear people talking in the street until the early hours and one night until 6 am. Overall, it was a good place to stay and I would book here again for the convenience and price.

The hotel didn’t have wifi for guests for three days and when they eventually got it fixed it was still very weak signal in the room.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour à Libertel Montmartre, situé à proximité de toute les commodités facilitant ainsi le déplacement. La chambre était très propre le service correct aussi. Points négatifs : la salle pour le petit déjeuner est très étroite, le grill-pain ne fonctionnait pas pendant deux jours, et l’eau ne coulait pas normalement dans le lavabo de ma chambre.

Schönes kleines Hotel, verkehrsgünstig in Seitenstraße des Pigalle-Viertel gelegen. Zimmer klein aber sehr sauber und gepflegt. Frühstück gut. Kläre Empfehlung als Übernachtungsstätte für Paris-Sightseeing.

Very clean and comfortable room, friendly staff

The room was very clean but the bathroom wasn’t that clean. The toilet seats were gross and the shower-head had hair stuck in it. But the staff was so nice and accommodating being that we only spoke English. It’s a great place to stay if you’re going to be out most of the day.

The stay here was okay. I've stayed in worse places, but it was definitely our least favourite hotel on our trip of Europe. The good: -Close to transit options -Close to good bars and food -Despite the crowds, it's not too loud at night -The room was clean (and I check every room thoroughly I stay in) The Not So Good: -The lobby STINKS. No matter what time we went through, the lobby stunk of garbage at all times. I'm not sure what causes it, but they need to figure that out. -The lobby feels dated and empty. -The rooms are okay, despite being small. The shower is poorly designed and you have to work hard to make sure it doesn't flood. -Doors are thinner than I would like. You can hear everything in the hallway. Overall, it's not a bad deal and you're not going to bring home bed bugs from here. It's just a lot of money for what you get.

Die Unterkunft war im Allgemeinen sauber, aber es gab einige Probleme wie Schimmel an den Gardinen, einen schwachen Wasserstrahl in der Dusche und fleckige Handtücher. Trotzdem war das Personal freundlich und die Lage in der Nähe der Bahnstation war praktisch. Wir haben das Frühstück nicht dort eingenommen, da es viele Essensmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung gab.

Excelente localização perto de linhas de onibus e metrôs, más carpete do quarto bem sujo, banheiro com cheiro ruim e corredor pro quarto também. Equipe super atenciosa e gentil. Café da manhã simples más o valor que cobram de 12€ é bem acessivel.

We stayed in the Paris privilege room. To our surprise we could see the Eiffle tower from our room. The room was clean with towels and soaps provided. There were also blackout blinds and 3 big mirrors. The hotels location alone is so worth it, very close to two metro stops and lots of places round it close to you!

We paid for a room that's listed as "Privelege"; it was clean and tidy but extremely small with a metal closet that was unusable, measuring approximately 14"-15" wide. There is a refrigerator in the room, but was empty upon our arrival; there were no bottles of water. As a result, we had to make our way outside to purchase water. There is a small window with semi sheer curtains facing the back of another building. We were concerned about privacy, so I approached the middle aged man at the front desk who checked us in to inform him that we didn't have any privacy; I also mentioned the fact that we got a "Privilege Room, yet, the window was facing a wall. We were very surprised by his combative tone; he informed us that he was not the architect so he doesn’t know what we want him to do. I responded that his attitude and response was not customer friendly. I reiterated that we don't have any window shades for privacy and in the same combative tone he told me that there was a switch on the wall that operated the blinds. I felt that when we checked in those instructions should have been given to us. The hotel is in a great location; close to Moulin Rouge, the Metro, and tons of Cafés and Restaurants but I wouldn't return. The bathroom was challenging because of it's narrow width; every move while taking a shower would turn the water off and we would have to quickly turn it back on; in my humble opionion, the shower head should have been placed on the right corner instead.

Hotel 6th floor corner room fantastic with distant view of Eiffel Tower! Room darkening was excellent. A very hipster neighborhood, cafes everywhere and are full well into the morning. Montmarte neighborhood close, more great cafes and crepes, Sacre- Couer Basilica is in walking distance as well. Trains stations to anywhere in Paris 10 minute walk from Hotel.

Great stay overall. There’s no iron in the room-I had emailed to ask before my stay and never got a response. The hotel is surrounded by night life so it’s noisy. We could hear people parting till 5am. Very walkable area-walked from the louvre at night and felt safe. Room is super tight but was expected. Shower is tiny and see-through, no privacy. Housekeeping came everyday-but did not change the sheets. Staff was friendly and I would stay here again. Ac was great!

In a great location, lots of night life easy to get around The room are very small and don’t have much room but we were there for only 3 nights to see the sights

We enjoyed our stay at Libertel. Very close to many stores, restaurants, and metro stations. We got a room on the 6th floor with city views and it was beautiful. Really liked the automatic exterior window shutters. Provided complete blackout during the day and muffled the loud noises from some bar late at night. Room is smaller than other hotels but we found it comfortable for us as a couple. Only wish that it would’ve had a smart TV with streaming apps. Highly recommended!

Friendly, helpful staff, view of the Eiffle tower from bed. Refrigerator out of order throughout visit. Restaurants close by, convenient access to the subway.

Great hotel for what it was. Clean, convenient, great staff. Room was TINY and no door on the bathroom,so difficult to move around, but who cares? You're in Paris.

The staff was very helpful and friendly (and patient with my bad French). The room was clean and we were pleasantly surprised to have a towel warmer in our bathroom. I loved that the window opened for fresh air. There was quite a bit of outside noise on the weekend, so if you need absolute silence to sleep, the location may be problematic. But I wasn’t bothered. The front desk staff was continuously helpful and friendly. They really did make our stay wonderful.

My recent stay at the Libertel Montmartre Opéra was an absolute pleasure. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Their kindness and helpfulness were a true highlight of my trip, and they were always ready to offer great recommendations for local restaurants and sights. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the city. Situated just a short walk from the charming streets of Montmartre and the stunning Sacré-Cœur Basilica, it offers the best of a peaceful neighborhood feel with easy access to all of Paris's main attractions. The nearby Metro stations make getting around the city effortless.

The hotel was nice. The front desk lady was terribly rude though. Only because of her never booking again at this hotel.

The room we stayed in at first was on the side of the hotel with a nightclub outside. Unfortunately , the noise was utterly unbearable and it lasted the entire night. My partner went downstairs to ask if we could be moved, whilst she was doing this I contacted hotels.com online chat to discuss it, as I have very poor eyesight and could not myself get up to go downstairs My partner came back up and said that the night receptionist (male) had agreed to move us to another room the next day, and we should leave our bags in the room and the staff would move them for us during the day The next morning l went downstairs to ask about the room move and it was another receptionist (female). When I told her who I was, she immediately reacted aggressively , telling me I should not have contacted Expedia I should have came down to reception. This shocked me, as I had very good reason not to come down to reception, I had a long day travelling and as a customer I expected to have a peaceful nights sleep. When I go to bed it takes a lot of effort due to my eyesight to get up and ready to go anywhere especially in the middle of the night! To be spoken to in such a way I found completely unacceptable Then instead of offering the staff to move our bags, the female was offended that I should dare to speak to Expedia and not her, so she just gave me the key and said ‘the room is ready’ and then looked away. This experience almost ruined my entire weekend

The staff were so courteous and helpful, particularly when we were trying to get my shirt ironed just a couple hours before a wedding. Wouldn’t have made it without them. Would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting Paris. Great location, a few steps away from the Metro.

This property is across Pink Mama. A overrated restaurant featured everywhere on Instagram. Due to this popularity of the restaurant, the street is busy and loud.

The location is the best- close to everything! The hotel is well maintained and the staff was helpful and friendly. Excellent value for money.

The Hotel is in an ideal location or so I initially thought. On Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday you will hear extremely loud noises from the nightclub on a neighboring street " Eve" until 5am and patrons outside blasting their music and singing. The Hotel does not call anyone regarding the noise compliant. Instead I saw and heard other hotel guests go outside to complain. The hotel is the smallest I've been in quite sometime. There were no tissues, no phone etc. it was cleaned daily which was a positive. When asking for tissues, we were given a few paper towels ( I ended up sick and went through my own two personal boxes). Due to this, forced to use toilet tissue. I would not recommend this to anyone but someone I depised. It is close to major attractions, great food places nearby and the metro. Otherwise spend an extra 100 or 200 dollars to be AWAY from the nightclub and complaciant staff.

We stayed at Liberte for 5 nights while in Paris.The hotel is conveniently located close to Monmartr and is 2 min away from Pigalle train station. The location is close to shopping , restaurants and small cafes. The hotel is clean and staff is very helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book it again.

We stayed here with our 13 year old. While the hotel was very clean, the room was very small. The hotel is in the red light district and I don’t recommend walking around with a child as the businesses were obscene and sexual in nature. Also, folks are up all night and it was really noisy throughout the night up morning hours. Our sleep was interrupted every night.

We loved the Libertel Hotel - great location in Montmarte. Excellent restaurants in the area. Pigalle Metro station was just down the street. The hotel staff were engaged, informative and helpful.

Nice option for the area. Room was clean and what we expected, even if it was on the small side. Bed was comfortable. Stayed on the top floor with a nice view. Sometimes a little noisy at night because of the area nightlife. Close to Moulin Rouge and the metro. Great cafe's across the street. Breakfast was not what we were looking for, so the Cafe across the street was perfect. Staff was quick to address any needs we had and very nice.

O hotel é ótimo, muito bem localizado e silencioso apesar da área movimentada. A limpeza era boa, roupas de cama e toalhas boas. O café da manhã era simples, mas gostoso e fresco. Único ponto é um cheiro esquisito constante no hotel e nos quartos, mas que melhora ao ligar o ar condicionado.

Good location 30 minutes to Gare du Nord. Helpful and friendly staff. Good room with coffee facilities and decent television. Breakfast okay, wasn't outstanding but the fact it started at 06.30 am benefited me greatly.

A good location, close to lots of restaurants. Also walkable to a lot of shops and some sites. Like sacred coeur Basilica and Moulin Rouge. The staff was very accommodating. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast was decent.
