Hotel London

This is a very simple, clean place to say. It’s by no means fancy but it does the job. What makes this place great is the location and the staff, both of which were amazing. The breakfast was also good. Again, simple but does the job, and the staff are quick to replenish anything empty. The lady who was in charge there also made a régional cake which was delicious!

It was a very nice 3 nights stay for us, a mom and 2 young adult girls. The room was nice, cleaned everyday. We had a cool view of the city when we opened the balcony doors. The staffs were very nice and helpful. The location was perfect. So glad we found this hotel.

The location was excellent, walking distance to many points of interest as well as dining and shopping.

Everything about the stay was fantastic. Staff were lovely/friendly. Able to check in early which was ideal. Room was perfect. Loud when you opened the window, when closed barely could hear the noise on the streets! Which was ideal! Bed was comfy. Shower was nice, only thing is that it didn’t have a hanging shower. We had to hold up the shower head when showering, which wasn’t wonderful. Overall was excellent, only thing was the shower situation!

I was going to leave good review but due to the lack of response from the hotel to numerous emails and messages via Hotels.com I am forced to give a negative review. My partner and I checked out on Sat 7th Feb. I forgot a Zara bag which was kept in the luggage room with 2 small suitcases and have been trying to get some sort of confirmation / response from the staff but I have been ignored. The items were shopping I did that morning when we checked out and went to visit the Magdalene church. The value of these items are 100.00 euros (2 Zara and 1 Sephora). I offered to pay for these to be posted to me in the UK but NO response. Very unfortunate end to a great visit to Paris. Will not stay here again.
