Hotel lobby is on the second floor and there is no elevator from the ground to the lobby. Long stairs when you’re carrying a suitcase and are tired from ur trip. Everything else was good. People were very friendly and the service was good.

Excellent location! Smallest elevator I have ever ridden.

Small room but everything else is great, super good value for money. Location is superb, close to everything - 15 mins to Louvre, 5 minute walk to Laffayette, one of the largest shopping centres in Paris. The broken lift on our first night was a little hard as our room was on the 4th floor, we had to hand carry our bags while climbing the stairs.

We had to go up the stairs about 30 steps with suitcases from the entrance to the reception of this hotel.

Great spot. The only thing to be aware of is that it takes about 30 steps to get up to the lobby. There is an elevator once you get to the lobby- but be prepared if you have limited mobility.

A very good 3 star hotel, nice clean room and bathroom, the hotel entrance and lots of stairs to reception was my only issue

It would be nice to know in advance there is no elevator to get to the front desk. We have to take stairs to get to the front desk with heavy luggages.

Excellent location for shopping and exploring historic Paris. Walked everywhere and had no issues. Staff is very helpful and polite. Room was clean and well kept.

I don’t normally give reviews. But listen up people this hotel sucks. Firstly, you have to carry your own luggage up the equivalent of two stories because there’s no lift from the street level to reception. A gentleman that was on duty when we arrived was wonderful and offered to help. The idiot that was sitting there when I left outright refused outright to help me carry my luggage down the stairs. He sat behind the desk and literally told me to do it myself or to ask my cab driver to help. Refused to give me his name so I can report him. If this wasn’t enough during our stay there, we woke up to a flooded bathroom. I mean, not just Water . There was somebody else’s poop all over the bathroom floor. The hotels first reaction was to blame our use of toilet paper. When I told him we had not done such a thing he found it difficult to believe.. later it was found that the entire floor had been blocked and because our room led to the hub we were the unfortunate ones to actually have to fish our suitcases out of sewage water. We were put into another dirty hotel room while we waited for a new room, which wasn’t gonna be ready for a few hours. Needless to say we were not happy. Do you think the hotel offered us a discount? Nope!! Once they realized the problem had not stemmed from our room we were offered free breakfast. No thanks. All in all, we were very disappointed with this hotel and the staff. I shall be filing a formal complaint to Expedia also.

We had two rooms and both were incredibly worn out and run down. Shower drain didn’t work, light in bathroom burnt out, peeling paint, etc. location was good with a ton of dining options outside the hotel. Probably decent enough for price point, but will try somewhere else next time.

This hotel was right in the middle of town. Near the Opera, Galleries Lafayette, metro and shipping. Very happy with my selection. Couple of areas of opportunity.. clean the shower, some mold, the AC sucks, luckily I had a small fan and sleep with the windows open, but that attracts knats. The room was tiny.. not a big deal. But if you are larger in size, good luck with the shower. You do have to walk up about 30 stairs to the lobby. There is a 2pp elevator.. it's cute. I would stay there again because I know what to expect.

Very good location, clean and comfortable room

The room was clean, smells nice and even have heated floors in one area in the bathroom! Hospitality was great and we were met with kindness and great accommodation from beginning to end! The location of the hotel was also very convenient for tourists with many restaurants around and some tourists within walking distance from the hotel.

The location was good but the room itself needs serious updating. There was mold all over the ceiling in the shower and some above the windows in the bedroom. Also the air conditioning DID NOT work. So while the location was good the room itself was disappointing.

The trip was in two parts. The first 3 days our room was near the street and noisy. The AC was poor. The lady 3 days was so great because we were not by the street and the Ac was great. The staff were ALL GREAT.

The stairs leading to the entrance were longer than I had imagined, forcing me to drag my suitcase. The room was so tiny that opening my suitcase meant that I couldn't open the door. But basically it was clean and convenient.

Chambre individuelle mais lit d'une bonne largeur en 130 cm et literie confortable. Chambre sur cour très calme et bonne insonorisation intérieure. Bureau qui offre un bon espace de travail. Proximité immédiate des stations de métro Opéra et Richelieu-Drouot. Quelques moins : télé très petite et moquette au sol.

O hotel em si é muito bem localizado, limpo. Como ponto negativo, a portaria fica no primeiro andar e os hóspedes tem que carregar suas bagagens subindo dois lances de escada. Pessoas com idade avançada terão dificuldades para isso. A rede wi-fi é fraca, mas ainda assim acessível

Unfortunately we did not have a good stay at this property and will never recommend or return. First of all, we specifically chose this hotel because it said it had AC. We only received one key card and inside the room you had to put the key card into the slot on the wall to turn on the lights, plugs and AC (normal in lots of European hotels). However, when we went to go to bed we discovered that the main lights in the room would not turn off with any light switch so in order to turn off the lights in the room you had to remove the key card therefore turning off the AC and we had no plugs to charge our phones. It was very hot in Paris so we boiled in the night. Additionally, on our last night there was water dripping from the ceiling onto our bed and they said we couldn't switch rooms and just brought towels to clean it up. We asked to talk to the manager about a refund but the worker said the manager wasn't around and I asked if I could get an email and they said they would contact us but we haven't received anything.

We had a great stay, we had two adjoining rooms which was great for families. Would benefit from a mini fridge and working air conditioning.

Would have rated 5 across the ratings. Hotel management told us directly and wrote it down that they would provide our daughter with flowers and chocolates when we returned to the room as a surprise. Never came through and never mentioned.

c'était vraiment parfait, chambre impeccable, beau linge de lit, chambre qui sent bon, une literie ultra confortable, une décoration de Noel à l'accueil, avec un sapin juste incroyablement beau et original. et à l'accueil personnel très agréable. c'est un Hotel que je recommande vraiment.

Incredible staff, beautiful room, impeccably clean.

I stayed for nine nights and everything was excellent. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Location is perfect for getting around city center.

It was a short stay overall we had a good experience. Reception was helpful with information. Be warned there are stairs to get up to reception, be prepared to carry them up. We had organised a Taxi with reception for early morning pickup to the airport the following morning. On that morning the Taxi was already 15 minutes late so reception let us know that he's organised another one. Very kind of them. Location is very convenient with lots of restaurants downstairs.

Great place to stay in Paris for those with a budget in mind. It was clean, quiet, and safe. Metro is extremely close by with many line options. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. I will be staying here again when I return to Paris.

I was going to leave good review but due to the lack of response from the hotel to numerous emails and messages via Hotels.com I am forced to give a negative review. My partner and I checked out on Sat 7th Feb. I forgot a Zara bag which was kept in the luggage room with 2 small suitcases and have been trying to get some sort of confirmation / response from the staff but I have been ignored. The items were shopping I did that morning when we checked out and went to visit the Magdalene church. The value of these items are 100.00 euros (2 Zara and 1 Sephora). I offered to pay for these to be posted to me in the UK but NO response. Very unfortunate end to a great visit to Paris. Will not stay here again.

Magnificamente situado a dos cuadras de la Opera Garnier. Muy buen hotel, magnífica atencion, muy rico desayuno buffet. Recomendable.

Very well located - close to many points of interest, including many dining and shopping options, and a short walk to the metro. The room was clean and quiet.

Hotel London ligger sentralt med ca 1km avstand til the louvre og noen få hundre meter til opera med et stort kjøpesenter. Selve hotellet er eldre med knirk i golv etc, men sjarmerende og helt grei standard. Vi ble vekket av oppussing, men det viser også at de forbedrer opplevelsen til neste opphold

This hotel was perfect for our weekend away. Great location, close to the metro and also walking distance to many of the key sights. Staff were helpful and friendly and the room was very comfortable.

Hotel was in an excellent location. Staff was friendly and fantastic. Room was clean and the breakfast quite good. Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was superb, hotel was clean, good size room with bath, excellent breakfast buffet and convenient location. Public transportation, Cafes and shops just steps away.

Wonderful boutique style hotel right in the middle of the Opera area. Close to the different metro lines and also lots of shopping. Walking distance to the Lourves or you can take the metro. We were a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens) and they gave us two rooms that were adjoining each other. Their morning breakfast was great and had a good selection and variety. Can't beat 14Euro for a breakfast buffet. Highly recommend to add it on with your stay. They offered it for 12 Euro when I checked in, but I didn't take it. Wish I did.

The Hotel London Paris (Opera) was an excellent choice for our Paris trip. Close to all the sites and activities we planned for our trip, either by walking or by Metro. The staff is friendly, helpful and very professional. Excellent daily upkeep of rooms and breakfast was wonderful.

We stayed for nights with breakfast. It was well worth it and the staff were really friendly and looked after us. Even lent us an umbrella to go out with. Only issue was the room only having 1 plug socket.

Ottimo hotel per comfort dei letti e pulizia. Personale molto accogliente e disponibile. Colazione nella norma. Eccellente la posizione a pochi passi dalla piazza dell’Opera’ da cui si può prendere comodamente la metro. Lo consiglio.

3 Star hotel hidden gem super close to OPERA where you find all you need in Paris by walking distance. 4 star breakfast with a view only 10€ ?! Unbelievable ! Thanks to the thick carpet and l didn’t hear much noise from the hall way.
