Il est intolérable de s’entendre dire que la climatisation est tombée en panne la veille de notre arrivée alors que les commentaires sur cet établissement font état de ce problème. Il est intolérable de subir une alerte incendie et de s’entendre dire « c’est une erreur de chambre » de qui se moque t’on ? Mercure est pour moi un établissement de qualité ou du moins était. Excellent value quiet hotel. We are a family of 4 staying in Paris for 3 nights after Disneyland. Even though it was the weekend there was no street noise. The hotel also has cold filtered and sparking water available in the halls for your water bottle, nice touch! Breakfast was lovely and kids under 12 are free :-) would stay again.

Location is great. The lobby is great to work in, but the restaurant is veery limited and the vibe from the staff is not super friendly. The elevators weren't working 2 nights, which meant a 6 floor walk each way.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Le lit est tellement confortable qu’il est difficile de le quitter ! La chambre, bien insonorisée, nous a permis de profiter de nuits très calmes malgré la rue et bars/restaurants à proximité. Et la terrasse est un très agréable bonus. Le personnel est chaleureux, souriant et vraiment accueillant. Cela fait vraiment la différence quand on voyage. C’est sûr, lors d’un prochain passage à Paris, nous reviendrons ici sans hésiter.

Excellent hotel , good location. Reception area was clean and vibrant with friendly staff, great to have the tennis on for Wimbledon and we loved the Photo Booth, lovely touch. The bedrooms and bathrooms were a little tired but the bed comfortable. Loved being able to get cold water from the water fountain in the corridor outside the room.

The location was great. The area was very live. Close to metro station. The room was clean but the cleaners didn’t change the sheets even when they saw a big stain on them. I had to call the receptionist and ask them. I asked for tea and one of the receptionist, Celia was very rude and said you can’t have more than 2 tea bags. Overal it was a good experience but definetly need improvement.

Das Hotel dürfte eigentlich nur 3* haben. Wir haben es als stark überteuert (Paris-Faktor ?) empfunden. Viele Einrichtungsgegenstände stark veraltet bzw. nicht mehr funktionsfähig. Wir hatten mit unseren Freunden insgesamt 4 Zimmer. In unserem Zimmer lies sich die Badetür nicht schliessen. Sanitätseinrichtungen in zwei weiteren Zimmern waren alt und funktionierten nicht mehr: täglich waren die Klos verstopft. Das Personal war bemüht es zu beheben, aber am nächsten Tag wiederholte sich die Geschichte. An einem Morgen haben wir eine Maus in der Regal mit Jogurt und trocknen Früchten gesehen. Das Personal ist freundlich und bemüht, die Gegend zentral, super angebunden, breites Gastronomieangebot um das Hotel. Beim Auschecken waren wir mit einer zusätzlichen zu der im Portal gemeldeten City tax überrascht worden (€5 pro Person/Nacht, ab dem 01.01.24 zusätzlich !), keine Info von Expedia dazu, nirgendwo in den Buchungsunterlagen angegeben.

Hôtel très bien situé , personnel très agréable mais la valeur première d’un hôtel est de pouvoir dormir. Là les entre les portes des chambres très lourde qui claquent et vous réveillent et le personnel de chambre le matin qui oublie qu’il y a des gens qui dorment, très compliqué de se reposer . Les portes des chambres ne sont pas suffisamment insonorisé, dommage !

Rummen var över förväntan då de kändes fräscht, rymligt, bekvämt och fint. Vi valde hotellet då vi redan viste att vi tycker om området. Det är nära till metron och gångavstånd (om man gillar att promenera) till Eiffeltornet och NotreDame. Extra plus att vi kunde förvara våra väskor efter vi checkat ut.

DO NOT STAY HERE. I booked this property for my colleague, and he got infested with bedbugs while staying here. And yet, getting BEDBUGS was not the worst part of his stay at this property. I prepaid for the room through Expedia, but when he got there they insisted he had to pay for the room (again) in order to check in. I later followed up to ask that they refund him (because we had paid twice for the room), and had to waste hours on the phone talking to people who refused to admit they had taken the cost of the room from us twice. I finally had to spend more hours asking Expedia to intervene, and it took multiple phone calls and followups -- the hotel wouldn't even answer Expedia's calls about their double-billing, and sent contradictory instructions on how to resolve it each time. We eventually did get the money for this disgusting, infested hotel back, but it took months and hours of hounding them. Do not stay here for because of the quality of the hotel, and because of their horrible customer service.

We really enjoyed staying here! Although the area is bustling even in the later hours, the noise didn’t filter up to the room at all. Within short walks of a couple of metro stops, as well as just a few blocks from Montparnasse station, making the area very accessible to wherever you need to go. Short walks to several awesome restaurants or the Monoprix store that is open late for any last minute needs you might have. Great place to stay in Paris!

We stayed for just one night. Great location, really close to metro Edgar Quinet. Lots of lovely cafes and restaurants nearby. There are a few sex shops in the road, but it really doesn't feel seedy despite that, but if you're very sensitive to that kind of thing then this location might not be for you. The hotel is really modern with funky decor and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was superb. Our 6 year old loved the make- your- own pancake machine and the freshly pressed orange juice machine. Great quality food and a really hearty breakfast that set us up for a busy day of sightseeing. We'd definitely stay here again.

Au bar nous avons bu un spyte et une bière 25 cl pour 11 euros. Au portugal dans un hotel 5 étoiles c'est 4 euros. Profitez en bien....
