Lack of English channels and the TV is outdated. No Netflix or streaming. The hotel is a bit outdated. Small elevator. Staff do not explain the entire amenities and what’s covered at check in. Example: we were not told that water bottle was only covered for the first night and additional water bottle will cost 2.50 euro each. it was not mentioned breakfast cost 18 euros however, there was a sign. There is a lack of communication and explanation at check in. However, I did like the location because it is close to the Eiffel Tower.

Property was close to the Eiffle tower but very small. Room was nice but could hardly fit our luggage and the elevator hardly fit two people with luggage. Staff was very nice and breakfast was available on site.

The hotel is close to everything. You have all transportation options to go sightseeing plus can walk to alot of places as well. The coffee was a great perk to-enjoy coming in or out for the day! Would stay here again when I return to Paris

Smaller than what it looks on the photos but it was clean, comfortable, beautiful, partial Eiffel Tower view, working air conditioning, hot water in the shower. 15 min walking from the Eiffel Tower and many restaurant options walking distance. No parking on site of course, but my husband and me found street parking. We had a car because we drove from The Netherlands to Paris but having/renting a car is not recommended because of the lack of parking or difficulty of finding parking.

Está muy cerca de la estación del tren 4 cuadras ,y lo mejor como a 10 de la Torre Muy bien el hotel. Muy pequeño. Elevador 2 personas muy bonito decorado todo nuevo Cuarto y baño pequeño pero muy bonito. Nuevo la ventana hermética aísla el ruido la cafetera no servía. Pero había ene el lobby no los dieron upgrade al check in y no regalo de bienvenida. Pero muy satisfecha

Excelente hotel ubicado cerca de la Torre Eiffel. Personal muy amable y atento a las necesidades de los huéspedes. Tiene una máquina de bebidas calientes (café, chocolate, té) de uso gratuito en todo el día que nos quedó de maravilla por el clima frío que estaba teniendo Paris en nuestra estadía. A pesar de ser un pequeño hotel, el ambiente es muy acogedor.

So happy with Hôtel Eiffel Saint Charles! It was our home in Paris. We were welcomed upon entering and the staff was so service oriented. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff were professional, very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this intimate hotel!

Hotel space is extremely small for the price we paid. Bedsheet were really dirty and had to request for additional new sheets. Also was not informed that breakfast was not complementary at time of checkout was charge $110 for to morning.

Adoramos o hotel, a cama é maravilhosa, quarto aconchegante, ótimo banheiro, tínhamos uma vista lateral da torre Eiffel pela janela do quarto e a equipe do hotel é muito atenciosa e faz o possível para nos entender (mesmo sem falarmos francês ou inglês). This property was beautiful! Our bathroom had a view of the Eiffel Tower and it was a convenient area to move around. Every day we came back to the room it was clean, even in days we asked it wouldn’t be cleaned. The staff are friendly and helpful! I would highly recommend this hotel.

Nice convenient hotel, based 15 mins walk away from the Eiffel Tower and less than 10 mins walk to the nearest metro. Polite and friendly staff at reception and breakfast which set us up for the day ahead. As it was based conveniently near the Eiffel area, we could view most landmarks along the river from Eiffel and Arc de Triumph continuing left to right. This hotel location was helpful for our 3 day itinerary. Close to a nice shopping street with some nice boulangeries and bars. A good option for fair budgets.

Very cute hotel close to the Eiffel Tower. Rooms were small but manageable & probably expected given the city. Staff were very friendly and spoke English. Bathrooms and hit room overall had poor lighting. They did have a nice blow dryer which was appreciated. Daily breakfast was nice (scrambled eggs and a choice of meat) cheeses croissants and breads. Have stayed twice & would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room and lounge area was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and welcoming.Staff was amazing, a special mention goes to Daniil—he was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. He gave us great recommendations for places to visit, which made our time in Paris even more enjoyable. Thanks to the exceptional service, we would definitely choose to stay here again on our next trip to Paris!

What a wonderful customer service . Me and my mother were promptly greeted on arrival .The host who checked us in was very friendly , as we arrived earlier than the check in time he kindly offered to drop our bags and enjoy the day, that he would look after our staff . When we returned we got surprised with a room upgrade. Unfortunately he wasn’t there anymore, I couldn’t personally thank him, but we were very grateful as we could see from our room the Eiffel Tower .

This was a lovely small boutique hotel about a 15 min walk from the Eiffel Tower. The room was small but very clean and had kettle tea coffee etc. Bathroom was good with excellent shower. Breakfast was really good with lots of choice. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend.
