Really enjoyed our stay at Novotel Paris Gare De Lyon! Staff were wonderfully friendly, the room was immaculate, and the beds were lovely and comfy. Tres bonne! We'd highly recommend it to anyone considering staying here!

Stay was ok, location close to train station is very convenient. Requesting things for the room was difficult. No outlets in the bathroom or close to a mirror to do hair. Didn't get enough towels, conditioner was not refilled. In the hotel lobby, made us move from the table we were sitting to give to another group.

I really enjoy the sensible design of the rooms to accommodate a person inhabiting it for a few days. It's aesthetically pleasing and super-functional. So many hotels don't have good room layouts. It's too bad this quality is difficult to quantify/identify on ratings/offering sites. Too bad we don't have an AI agent to replicate my tastes. Oh wait, i can probably do that.
