Really nice modern hotel very close to Gare de Lyon. We paid extra for a room with a balcony on the 5th floor - really nice to have an outdoor space to have breakfast. Nice pool to have a swim in the morning.

Hotellet levde inte upp till 4 stjärnor. Gymmet inte värt att kallas gym. I badrummet inga väggar till duschen vilket gjorde att om någon duschade så var hela badrummet blött. Slitet rum. Alldeles för dyrt jämfört vad du får för standard på hotellet så långt från centrum.

Excellent location for transport, 1 minute walk into the station plus loads of convenient and varied food options. Hotel is very clean and the staff friendly and helpful, beds and sofas etc. comfortable and relaxing. The only possible downside is the pool could do with being a few degrees warmer - it's fine when you get in and get used to it...

Stayed 2 nights as a family of four. Nice hotel and staff. As with most Novotels, you get what you pay for. The hotel is absolutely ok to stay at. The pool was a bit cold for my taste with 25 degrees but maybe I’m picky. The breakfast had the best scrambled eggs I’ve ever had.

Hadde et supert opphold. Skulle være 2 netter endte opp med 5 netter. :) Super service, perfekt beliggenhet, god mat og superenkel tilgang til alt via Metro eller RER. :) Trakk en stjerne på komfort pga litt for hard seng for min rygg og litt for kaldt basseng. :D

This hotel? It's awesome! Right the Gare de Lyon, so you can't beat the location. Tons of restaurants around, and the train station's got all these cool little shops. Metro and RER are super close, so you're in Paris in no time. The hotel itself? Spotless. Staff's really nice, hook you up with extra towels, soap, a robe in a heartbeat. And they got a pool, which is great for the kids to burn off energy or just chillin' after a long day of sightseeing. I'd totally bring the whole family back here. Oh, the gym's not bad, a little light on equipment if you're a serious lifter, but it gets the job done.

Upon arriving in our room we noticed that it was visibly unclean, particularly the bathroom (there was other people’s body hair in the bathtub). There was construction happening outside our room (constant jackhammering) that began at 7:30am. Our room was not cleaned the first or second day of our stay. The second day of our stay we stepped into the elevator and noticed an overwhelming terrible smell. We looked down to see human feces on the floor of the elevator. At this point is was obvious that the standards of cleanliness at this hotel were unacceptable. We spoke to the managers Carla and Antoine, to let them know about these issues and to check out. We explained that we had no problem paying for the two nights we had already spent there, but we wanted to check out and be refunded for the remaining 8 nights that we prepaid for. The managers were extremely rude and unreasonable, refusing to refund us for the remaining 8 nights. The only thing they offered us was complimentary breakfast, given the disgusting condition of the hotel it is truly the last place in Paris I would eat. Our interactions with them were infuriating, they were dismissive and incredibly rude. They would still be able to rent that room out after we left, so there was no reason that they couldn’t reimburse us given the circumstances. We decided to leave and check in to an Airbnb which was lovely and clean. I will never stay at a Novotel Hotel again. Overall it was an awful experience.

We had such a lovely time, the staff were friendly and pleasant and very helpful. I had asked if we could leave our bags as we arrived early in Paris on the date of arrival and was offered a room as it was ready. This just made our day as we were able to freshen up and head out again. The room was a great size, bathroom spotless, the refreshments were such a nice touch and the place was so clean. The pool was lovely too.

We had such a lovely time, the staff were friendly and pleasant and very helpful. Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, vor allem von Aussen macht es einen tristen Eindruck. Die Lage am Bahnhof Gare de Lyon ist perfekt. Das Personal an der Reception war sehr hilfreich und kompetent. Im Bar- und Restaurantbereich gibt es noch Luft nach oben. Hier merkt man, dass kein geschultes Personal am Werk ist. Besonders der Service an der Bar empfanden wir als eher langsam und nicht so kompetent. Grosszügige Zimmer, geräumiges Bad. Die Betten sind bequem, dürften aber grösser sein. Bei der Dusche lief das Wasser gleichzeitig über den Duschbrause und die Badewanne - ich vermute, dass der Verteiler defekt war. Keine Kleiderhaken im Zimmer - Jacken können nicht aufgehöngt werden. 1 Flasche Mineralwasser (0.33L) für 2 Personen ist etwas kläglich.

Chose this location for ease of getting around it is literally next door to the train station and a direct route into centre of Paris and also Disney so perfect location for us as we wanted to do both. Didn’t explore the area itself but didn’t have any issues. Hotel staff were friendly. Complimentary drinks and snacks in room, handy fridge. Nice big shower and clean bathroom. Beds were clean and comfy. Can’t complain. Didn’t use restaurant or pool so can’t comment but all looked good.

Great location. The Metro is literally just outside and Metro Ligne 1 is the best metro line for getting to the major tourist spots. Lots of great dining options all around. The family had a fabulous time! Staff were very helpful and friendly

El hotel está justo al lado de la Gare de Lyon, lo único realmente bueno si necesitas tomar un tren temprano o llegar tarde. Fuera de eso, resulta caro para lo que ofrece.
