Easy checkin. Warm reception from the friendly staff and helpful in assisting get transportation. Thanks they speak English. The room is clean and daily housekeeping. The buffet breakfast is good. The bar was under renovation when we checked in, but finished the day we checked out. It looked great. Would recommend and stay in this hotel again

Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gereinigt, das Frühstück war reichlich und die Lage des Hotels für den Preis top. Auch das Parkhaus war im Vergleich extrem günstig, auch wenn es etwas eng war. Das Personal war immer freundlich und konnte alle Anliegen problemlos lösen.

Mycket trevlig personal. Mycket bra område och fina parkeringsmöjligheter. Till och med utsikt med Eifeltornet på håll. Det finns inget att anmärka på! Vi var mycket nöjda!

Bra hotell med ett bra läge i Paris och tillgång till parkering i garage. Ventilation/AC på rummet var dålig så det var varmt och kvavt. Middagsbuffén på hotellet var medioker. Annars en bra vistelse i Paris!

Rigtig godt hotel. Parkering mod betaling i hotellets kælder. Nemt at komme til i bil. Rent og pænt. God morgenmad, og god service. 10 min gang til metro. 30 min gang til triumfbuen. Vi var på familieværelset med dobbelt seng og 2 enkelt senge. Køleskab på værelset. Aircondition er af ældre dato men gør et rimeligt job, selvom, nyere kunne være ønsket. Trods det ligger op af den befærdede vej, er værelserne godt lydisoleret. Morgenmaden er super din noget for enhver smag. Gode spise muligheder i nærheden.

Et dejligt hotel der er nemt kan køre til. Et kæmpe plus er parkeringskælderen. Værelserne har det man skal bruge rent og pænt. Bus 94 er nem at tage til concordepladsen. Et anbefalingsværdigt hotel👌

Das Zimmer und Bad waren sauber und OK. Es gab viel zu wenige Steckdosen. (2). Das Geschirr beim Frühstück war nicht sauber. Kaffee, Brot, Joghurt, Rührei wurden zu selten bis gar nicht nachgefüllt, obwohl die Frühstückszeit noch lange nicht vorbei war. Altes Geschirr von den Nachbartischen wurde sehr lange stehen gelassen. Woher die 4 Sterne kommen bleibt ein Rätsel.

We were at the hotel for 4 nights and booked two rooms. We had a very bad experience through out. 1) The rooms were so hot that we could bot sleep, and we could not adjust the room temperature, as it was centrally controlled. Rather than airconditioning, they had the heating switched on. Even after complaining every single night nothing was done. 2) The carpets were torn and bathroom were very dirty with mould. 3) The wifi was not working for two days. I have stayed in Novotels around the world and it has always been good, but this time it was a terrible experience.

We had a nice stay at the hotel, but the cleaning lady threw a paper bag where we had some detax papers bought from Galleries LaFayette and some other stuff. It was placed next to the trash bin, but this doesn’t mean it was trash. Just train your staff a bit better. If it’s not in the garbage bin, don’t treat it as garbage. Wait for the client to throw it first.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Op zich was de kamer oké, maar erg warm. Airco deed niet veel, er was geen raam dat open kon. Ontbijt was somber. Redelijk ver vanaf metrostation. Was aangegeven dat er een koffiezetapparaat aanwezig was op de kamer, maar helaas….

Staff were friendly and helpful especially with transport for various locations was needed. Only down side was milk and tea bags for the room - they weren't provided but local shop (also friendly) had all we needed. Our room (502) had a great view of the Eiffel Tower which was spectacular at night when it lit up.

unfortunately, the room was very low quality, seems like a 3 star hotel. Air conditioning is not working.. it is very far away from the city. we are very expensive for what you’re getting... low ROI....absolutely not recommending..

Spegelbelysningen fungerade inte i vårt badrum, så det var väldigt mörkt. Jag sade till i receptionen, men det var inte heller lagat nästkommande kväll, då blev vi uppgraderade till ett annat rum på våning 9 där belysningen fungerade och med utsikt över Eiffeltornet, så vi var mycket nöjda. 😊

Anytime I needed to request anything: shower cap, extra blanket or assistance I was told that they couldn't help me pr my family. Would not recommend this hotel due to the terrible service provided and I always stay at Novotel whenever I get a chance when travelling anywhere.

We had a great stay at Novotel. The room was perfect, it was clean et confortable. However, the service from the staff was deceiving. As we check-in I ask info about the parking and I advise I was gonna let the car there for 3 days. The women did not tell me that I would have to pay in the hotel and have a special ticket... So when the time came and I had to exit the parking, the bill was 350$!!! So I had to let the car there, get back in the hotel and ask question. We got to the airport late because of that. It was very long waiting in the hotel to have service and resolve this problem. Also, second day there I ask if there was restaurant near the hotel. The women just told me that she didn't know... Well not very helpful..

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff members made the experience wonderful. The room was clean and the breakfast selection offered a food range of continental food. I can not commend the staff highly enough, especially the waiters/watresses who worked tirelessly this morning! It is a little further than expected from the centre of Paris (roughly 20 minutes (€11 - €15 to and from the centre) ).

Enjoyed our stay with my 8-yr old son from a location & accessibility perspective but the staff at the front desk are rude (would not give me an extra glass for the room, or spoons for my son to have his yogurt). The house-keeping staff are very professional & courteous!!

Wet rude staff, plus we arrived early just to store our luggage one of our rooms were ready so they gave us the room and locked us out the next day! Told us we already stayed 2 nights. Plus they made us paid $200. Euro in taxes. DO NOT STAY here no matter how cheap it is. Rooms were old and dirty.

It was a pleasant stay. Clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff, especially Shamira. Not the best location as it is not that near the landmarks you want to visit but it is accessible via public transport. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

unfortunately, the room was very low quality, seems like a 3 star hotel. Air conditioning is not working.. it is very far away from the city. we are very expensive for what you’re getting... low ROI....absolutely not recommending..

Slechtste hotel waar ik tot nu toe ben verbleven Ontbijt was walgelijk alleen brood gegeten. Het was niet vers. Hotel was in verbouwing. Als je door receptie liep rook je een chemische geur. Ik kom hier zeker nooit meer terug.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff members made the experience wonderful. The room was clean and the breakfast selection offered a food range of continental food. I can not commend the staff highly enough, especially the waiters/watresses who worked tirelessly this morning! It is a little further than expected from the centre of Paris (roughly 20 minutes (€11 - €15 to and from the centre) ).

Das Zimmer und Bad waren sauber und OK. Es gab viel zu wenige Steckdosen. (2). Das Geschirr beim Frühstück war nicht sauber. Kaffee, Brot, Joghurt, Rührei wurden zu selten bis gar nicht nachgefüllt, obwohl die Frühstückszeit noch lange nicht vorbei war. Altes Geschirr von den Nachbartischen wurde sehr lange stehen gelassen. Woher die 4 Sterne kommen bleibt ein Rätsel.
