The reception staff were quite rude Only paper cups in room for coffee and no spoons etc. Had to ask for actual ceramic coffee cups and no milk! The walls are very thin and you can hear noisy guests in next room Breakfast was €19 for like 3 hot items and a continental breakfast, better price and food at a cafe in centre of Paris. The food was not good. Had to look for bar staff as bar was never attended. Overall an overpriced hotel for poor service and amenities. Two positives, close to Metro and Bus lines and generally quite clean.

Good: Well maintained hotel in a convenient location. Close to Orly and easy transport links to Paris. Kind and helpful staff. Good food - breakfast was good and the one dinner I ordered was tasty and affordable. Bad: - The room had a separate toilet which was somewhat odd and inconvenient. The toilet itself looked a bit grim compared to the more modern bathroom. - There were no proper mugs in the room. I was surprised that we were given 2 paper cups despite being a family of 4. We ended up buying paper cups ourselves. - Breakfast was a bit inconsistent e.g. no madeleines on any day except one, sausages looked undercooked on one day.

I had an uncomfortable stay in this hotel. The air conditioning was hopeless. It just churned the warm air around the already warm room. The helpful staff got me a room fan but it didnt make any difference. You cant open the room window. Also the lifts in the morning are terrble despite there being 3 only 1 of them actually was working correctly. We eventually took the stairs after waitng 10 minutes.

Das Hotel liegt verkehrsgünstig nahe an der Metro-Station Porte d'Orleans. In der Umgebung gibt es Supermärkte, eine Bäckerei und Restaurants, alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir hatten ein Zimmer, von dem aus man den Eiffelturm und den Tour Montparnasse sehen konnte. Obwohl die Stadtautobahn vor der Tür liegt, hört man im Zimmer nichts. Leider kann man die Fenster nicht öffnen. Sehr positiv: Auf den Gängen gibt es kostenfrei gefiltertes Trinkwasser.

Confesso que gostamos muito do hotel. Apesar de situado distante dos pontos turísticos, há uma estação do metrô próxima, a duas quadras de distância. Contudo, houve pontos negativos, como a péssima qualidade da Internet e os horários restritos do serviço de quarto/restaurante. Quanto ao restaurante, a comida e atendimento são muito bons, mas ele funciona para almoço e jantar em horários padrão. Para nós, foi um ponto negativo, porque quando voltávamos para o hotel às 16h ou 17h após um dia de passeio com as crianças, tínhamos que esperar até às 19h (horário de abertura) para pedir algo. No geral, tirando estes 2 pontos negativos (para nossa família), o hotel é excelente, quartos espaçosos e silenciosos, limpíssimo, com filtros de água nos corredores e um café da manhã gostoso. Recomendamos!

Wir können das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen und werden beim nächsten Paris Besuch hier übernachten. Das Personal ist freundlich, die Betten bequem, das Frühstück gut und vielseitig. Man schläft ruhig trotz der Straße. Das Hotel hat eine eigene Parkgarage. In der Nähe sind die Haltestellen von Metro, Bus und Tram.

Bac de douche non lavé, cuvette des toilettes pendant notre séjour non plus. Salle de bains petite lorsqu'on est 4, sinon lits confortables y compris ceux d'appoint, moderne, fontaine d'eau filtrée à disposition, très calme pour les chambre ne donnant pas sur le périph. Métro pas très loin à pied.

L'hotel è di livello molto elevato. Tuttavia avendo alloggiato in altri hotel della stessa catena, mi aspettavo qualcosa di più nella pulizia della camera. Ad esempio i letti venivano ricoperti ma non cambiate le lenzuola e le federe (per 3 notti). Per tre giorni non è stata buttata la plastica che era stata usata per rivestire. Insomma, non si sono impegnati molto.

The hotel room was clean and spacious. It was within walking distance from the metro train, but walking to popular destinations was pretty much out of the question. We had to take an Uber to and from the hotel for lost things. Breakfast was separate, but children ate for free. While it was on a busy street, you could not hear any noise from outside. The staff let us keep our bags there during the day while we visited the City before we left for the airport. I would def. stay here again. Friendly front desk staff.

We paid for the daily breakfast. Totally worth it! Great choices and plenty of options, especially for plant based eaters. The property is about a 7 minute walk to the metro. We booked the suite with a view of the city. We could see the Eiffel Tower, very small of course. Our room was clean and spacious.

The room was very warm and stuffy. Understandably the windows on the upper floors dont open but there is no ventilation and the room air conditioning was hopeless. I complained on 3 occassions and asked for a room fan but nothing was provided. The duty staff were hopeless. I have stayed here in the past and had a similar problem but i thought i would hive them a 2nd chance. They wont get a 3rd!

Very friendly staff, excellent customer service . Benoit and Fernando were exceptional with their customer service. Ismail was very kind and helpful at breakfast times during our stay. Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful stay. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Tout parfait, chambre, personnels accueil, bar, restaurant, petit déjeuner au top avec des personnes attentionné pour que vous passiez un bon moment. Chambre très silencieuse malgré la proximité du perif. Parisienne. Je recommande et je retournerai sans souci, maintenant que je sais utiliser l’ascenseur 😉 Bonne continuation aux personnels.

Bon après-midi! Nous avons apprécié les installations de l'hôtel, son confort et le personnel de la réception qui s'est montré très serviable. Cependant, une dame de la cuisine qui organisait la file d'attente du petit-déjeuner s'est montrée très hostile envers ma mère qui ne parle ni français ni anglais, car nous sommes entrés par les escaliers et non par l'ascenseur et nous n'avons pas vu la file d'attente. Cette dame est venue nous voir brutalement et a parlé fort au milieu de la salle de petit-déjeuner en nous demandant de quitter la table et de faire la queue, une situation embarrassante et inutile.

The room was very warm and stuffy. Understandably the windows on the upper floors dont open but there is no ventilation and the room air conditioning was hopeless. I complained on 3 occassions and asked for a room fan but nothing was provided. The duty staff were hopeless. I have stayed here in the past and had a similar problem but i thought i would hive them a 2nd chance. They wont get a 3rd!

The team were lovely .. when we arrived i asked a ton of questions about how i could get to numerous landmarks and of course disneyland.. we were able to make the most of our 3 days because of how close the hotel is to line 4 which can be connected to the lines for the tourist attractions like Eiffel Tower, and on the opposite end of paris … disneyland.. it's well placed for flying to orly (15mins) so you can make the most of your last day without wondering how your get to the airport on time. Very clean room and had a view of the Eiffel tower which our son loved. Breakfast was good … my son loved the electric Nutella dispenser! We got in quite late from disneyland about midnight and we were met by the hotel security who gave us access to the building which assured us that the building was well managed overnight. Thanks for making our first family city break memorable!

The hotel is 5-10min walk from the no.4 metro which is a really great connector for sights in the city, and the walk has bakeries and cafes en route which we found really convenient for breakfast before sightseeing. Clean, quiet and convenient.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer, von dem aus man den Eiffelturm und den Tour Montparnasse sehen konnte. Obwohl die Stadtautobahn vor der Tür liegt, hört man im Zimmer nichts. Leider kann man die Fenster nicht öffnen. Sehr positiv: Auf den Gängen gibt es kostenfrei gefiltertes Trinkwasser.

The hotel room was clean and spacious. It was within walking distance from the metro train, but walking to popular destinations was pretty much out of the question. We had to take an Uber to and from the hotel for lost things. Breakfast was separate, but children ate for free. While it was on a busy street, you could not hear any noise from outside. The staff let us keep our bags there during the day while we visited the City before we left for the airport. I would def. stay here again. Friendly front desk staff.

We paid for the daily breakfast. Totally worth it! Great choices and plenty of options, especially for plant based eaters. The property is about a 7 minute walk to the metro. We booked the suite with a view of the city. We could see the Eiffel Tower, very small of course. Our room was clean and spacious.

Good: Well maintained hotel in a convenient location. Close to Orly and easy transport links to Paris. Kind and helpful staff. Good food - breakfast was good and the one dinner I ordered was tasty and affordable. Bad: - The room had a separate toilet which was somewhat odd and inconvenient. The toilet itself looked a bit grim compared to the more modern bathroom. - There were no proper mugs in the room. I was surprised that we were given 2 paper cups despite being a family of 4. We ended up buying paper cups ourselves. - Breakfast was a bit inconsistent e.g. no madeleines on any day except one, sausages looked undercooked on one day.

Habitué de cet hotel, je ne peux que le recommander. Au début, l'emplacement proche du périphérique me faisait peur pour le bruit mais le traitement acoustique est exceptionnel. Le personnel est très aimable et aux petits soins pour nous. Le petit déjeuner est très complet et mention spéciale à l'équipe du restaurant Doda. Le menu change tous les jours et la carte est succulente. Et pour couronner le tout, l'hotel dispose d'un parking trés abordable.

Confesso que gostamos muito do hotel. Apesar de situado distante dos pontos turísticos, há uma estação do metrô próxima, a duas quadras de distância. Contudo, houve pontos negativos, como a péssima qualidade da Internet e os horários restritos do serviço de quarto/restaurante. Quanto ao restaurante, a comida e atendimento são muito bons, mas ele funciona para almoço e jantar em horários padrão. Para nós, foi um ponto negativo, porque quando voltávamos para o hotel às 16h ou 17h após um dia de passeio com as crianças, tínhamos que esperar até às 19h (horário de abertura) para pedir algo. No geral, tirando estes 2 pontos negativos (para nossa família), o hotel é excelente, quartos espaçosos e silenciosos, limpíssimo, com filtros de água nos corredores e um café da manhã gostoso. Recomendamos!

Breakfast was great! Very pleasant stay. I had a room on the 2nd floor which was perfect as I could see the hotel drop off point and the crossings in front of the hotel, there is a laundromat a short 3 mins walk away. Walk to the metro is pretty short.

What a beautiful hotel. We stayed in the king suite and it was absolutely beautiful. Views to die for, extremely comfortable beds and the suite was lovely and cool. Parking was straightforward and reasonably priced. Would definitely stay here when we next visit Paris .

Carpet was filthy in room even after switching rooms. Furniture is worn out and dirty looking. Air conditioning doesnt work, even charging phone took forever. I asked front desk to store something in freezer for me when i woke up the front desk guy who was sleeping he couldn't find it. Turns out they put it in the fridge instead. Won't be back! This place should be sold or closed and renovated. Horrible hotel
