The little street is hard to navigate to without Google maps with multiple turns off the main streets. The floor we were placed on was under construction, missing ceilings, wall coverings, floors covered with paper and plastic and drop cloths. There was hammering all day and paint and glue smells, made me sick to my stomach one day. The housekeeping staff were good and the room was clean.

My wife and me were in Paris to see Elliott Murphy in concert. We have stayed at this hotel several times before. Allways beeing satisfied. When we checked in I told the man in the reception that I was a hotels.com gold member. We got a very tiny room and some people were painting outside our door. We went back to the entrance and told the man what we think of the room and the work outside our door. No help or searching for another room. The brekefast was also not the best. We were very disappointed over all. It's sad because we will most likely stay close to that place next time we're there.

Lovely style and decoration, theatrical. the mattress needs replacing, maintenance needs improving - broken lever for basis plug, missing plastic seals at bottom of each shower door - wet bathroom floor. Pleasant helpful staff.

3 star. Was disappointed that having paid 300% over standard rate during olympics they chose to redecorate during our stay. Sawing and drilling outside our room. We requested and received a 12 to 15% refund but with many years notice this shouldnt have been necessary..

The staff was wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The hotel is also in a good location close to a lot of restaurants and not far from attractions. However this can also be a downfall as at night sound travels and we could hear every person talking and every vehicle going by. The building is definitely older and could use some repairs/ sprucing up and while the building 'has air conditioning' it didn't work the entire time we were there. Because of this we had the window open and that made the noise a bit more difficult to deal with. It does offer free breakfast which is free so can't complain but don't expect a lot of choices or options as to what you receive. Also, not sure if this was a Europe issue or just this hotel but all of us found the beds and pillows very uncomfortable. Overall was a good experience but not sure if I'd stay here again.

Siamo arrivati in albergo il 22 gennaio e appena arrivati l'accogli3nza é atata quella che ci ha rimasti piú di stucco, c'era un rexepsionist che parlava in italiano e che é stato la nostra salvezza per tutta la durata del soggiorno, sono super preparati sulle informazioni d3lla cittá (come spostarsi, dove mangiare,cosa vedere ecc). La pulizia era super, ogni giorno venivano a pulirci la camera rifornirci gli asciugamani (se lo chiedevamo) e il kit di cortesia era sempre rifornito ogni volta, le lenzuola erano super morbide e sicuramente di un ottimo materiale, dato che io sono una persona allergica ai tessuti sintetici. L'hotel in per se é centrato molto bene, a 10 min avete una delle vie pincipali dove ai trovano tante belle cose da visitare, ma soprattutto bar e luoghi in cui mangiare. Bhe che dure mi sono trovata benissomo, tutto era ottimo e il personale super gentile e disponibile, le camere sono molto pulite e la posizione é ottimale. Una delle tante cose che mi ha fatto amare la cittá é stato in primis l'hotel, grazie mille❤

It is an old property as expected but it wasn’t as clean as it should be. I even saw mold in the bathroom ceiling. The bed was old and the mattress concave. The room was incredibly small that I had to walk sideways to get to the other side (and I’m only130lbs). I believe check in is at 2pm, but my room wasn’t ready until 3:30. The carpet is black and there was so much visible dust and lint, you can tell it needed a good vacuum. I asked them to give the room a deep cleaning. My friend had her room changed because her bathroom had a lot of mold spots. I was there during the heatwave, they had water locked up because you have to pay for it, but the front desk didn’t have the key to get the water and the night manager told me to walk to the mini market late at night. Just bad service. The coffee was free and it was very good.

Hôtel bien situé, excellent rapport qualité-prix. Très calme, pas de métro tout proche, mais accessible en 5mn à pieds, donc pas de bruit ni de vibrations dues au métro. Literie très confortable, et grand lit même pour une occupation single - ce qui est appréciable ! - salle de bains un peu vieillotte mais fonctionnelle, et petit-déjeuner tout à fait correct.

We booked our room over one year ago for a rather high price, when we arrived our room was not ready, ther was no feed back an when we got our room, it was a room in groudfloor with no windows and a lot of noise from the kitchen and other guests in the dining area. We asked for the room we have payed for, and the reply was that is what they have the rest was not free. This is the second time we got a bad booking with Hotels.com and we will never use Hotels.com again

Excellent accueil et personnel attentionné. Lit (king) très confortable et literie de qualité. Tranquillité (nous avions demandé une chambre qui ne donne pas sur la rue). Par contre, elle était plutôt petite avec peu d'espace pour ouvrir et manipuler 2 grandes valises et 2 valises de cabine. Déco de cette chambre bien ordinaire. Salle de bain avec bain-douche bien fonctionnelle. Bon petit déjeuner buffet bien garni salle à manger agréable.
Excellent accueil et personnel attentionné. Lit (king) très confortable et literie de qualité. Tranquillité (nous avions demandé une chambre qui ne donne pas sur la rue). Par contre, elle était plutôt petite avec peu d'espace pour ouvrir et manipuler 2 grandes valises et 2 valises de cabine. Déco de cette chambre bien ordinaire. Salle de bain avec bain-douche bien fonctionnelle. Bon petit déjeuner buffet bien garni salle à manger agréable.

The decor is great! Our room was comfortable. The only problem was the first night. We were not in the room we reserved, it was much smaller and had no air conditioning. They gave us free breakfast the next morning. It didn't make up for the cost of the upgraded room. I was not happy. It was a little far from everything as well.

We stayed for a long weekend in august. Wasn’t too far from the station which was good. When we arrived they informed us that the air conditioning was broken, however they were going to provide free breakfast for our entire stay which was hadn’t paid for and also had provided two large fans. It was a very hot weekend so was a shame, but actually the fans worked fine and we slept really well every night- we are not great sleepers so this was an achievement. Siamo arrivati in albergo il 22 gennaio e appena arrivati l'accogli3nza é atata quella che ci ha rimasti piú di stucco, c'era un rexepsionist che parlava in italiano e che é stato la nostra salvezza per tutta la durata del soggiorno, sono super preparati sulle informazioni d3lla cittá (come spostarsi, dove mangiare,cosa vedere ecc). La pulizia era super, ogni giorno venivano a pulirci la camera rifornirci gli asciugamani (se lo chiedevamo) e il kit di cortesia era sempre rifornito ogni volta, le lenzuola erano super morbide e sicuramente di un ottimo materiale, dato che io sono una persona allergica ai tessuti sintetici. L'hotel in per se é centrato molto bene, a 10 min avete una delle vie pincipali dove ai trovano tante belle cose da visitare, ma soprattutto bar e luoghi in cui mangiare. Bhe che dure mi sono trovata benissomo, tutto era ottimo e il personale super gentile e disponibile, le camere sono molto pulite e la posizione é ottimale. Una delle tante cose che mi ha fatto amare la cittá é stato in primis l'hotel, grazie mille❤

It is an old property as expected but it wasn’t as clean as it should be. I even saw mold in the bathroom ceiling. The bed was old and the mattress concave. The room was incredibly small that I had to walk sideways to get to the other side (and I’m only130lbs). I believe check in is at 2pm, but my room wasn’t ready until 3:30. The carpet is black and there was so much visible dust and lint, you can tell it needed a good vacuum. I asked them to give the room a deep cleaning. My friend had her room changed because her bathroom had a lot of mold spots. I was there during the heatwave, they had water locked up because you have to pay for it, but the front desk didn’t have the key to get the water and the night manager told me to walk to the mini market late at night. Just bad service. The coffee was free and it was very good.

Excelente el personal de la oficina, tenían el problema de que el aire acondicionado estaba descompuesto pero se esforzaron en ayudar de la mejor manera, poniendo abanicos en el cuarto, incluyendo el desayuno y acceso libre a café durante todo el día además de su ayuda y consejos de a donde ir de la mejor manera.

The AC was unfortunately broken during our stay but they threw in free breakfast to accommodate. It was a short walk to the metro and there were tons of restaurants close by for meals. Pretty part of Paris and quiet at night. Everything was cleaned daily and you had the option to reuse your towels.

Excellent hotel très bien situé dans un quartier où il y a de la vie et un grand choix de restaurants. La déco est très sympa, notre chambre était vraiment confortable et au calme sur cour. L’accueil est à la hauteur, avec des personnes qui ont pris soin de nous avec le sourire. C’est rare d’être surpris à Paris mais ici c’etait une très très bonne surprise.

Literie très confortable, et grand lit même pour une occupation single - ce qui est appréciable ! - salle de bains un peu vieillotte mais fonctionnelle, et petit-déjeuner tout à fait correct.

The decor is great! Our room was comfortable. The only problem was the first night. We were not in the room we reserved, it was much smaller and had no air conditioning. They gave us free breakfast the next morning. It didn't make up for the cost of the upgraded room. I was not happy. It was a little far from everything as well.

Excellent accueil et personnel attentionné. Lit (king) très confortable et literie de qualité. Tranquillité (nous avions demandé une chambre qui ne donne pas sur la rue). Par contre, elle était plutôt petite avec peu d'espace pour ouvrir et manipuler 2 grandes valises et 2 valises de cabine. Déco de cette chambre bien ordinaire. Salle de bain avec bain-douche bien fonctionnelle. Bon petit déjeuner buffet bien garni salle à manger agréable.

The staff was wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The hotel is also in a good location close to a lot of restaurants and not far from attractions. However this can also be a downfall as at night sound travels and we could hear every person talking and every vehicle going by. The building is definitely older and could use some repairs/ sprucing up and while the building 'has air conditioning' it didn't work the entire time we were there. Because of this we had the window open and that made the noise a bit more difficult to deal with. It does offer free breakfast which is free so can't complain but don't expect a lot of choices or options as to what you receive. Also, not sure if this was a Europe issue or just this hotel but all of us found the beds and pillows very uncomfortable. Overall was a good experience but not sure if I'd stay here again.

The security of the hotel was nice; you either used your key card to get in or had to ring for staff to open the door. The staff that we spoke with were nice and helpful. We had to call and eventually go downstairs because we could not turn the AC on from our room. I lived that it had an elevator, but work luggage, only 1 person could fit, and without, it holds 2 people max.
