The room was spotless and well-appointed by Paris standards. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was functional, if small. The only issue I had was with the elevators (lifts). The lift is meant for 2 people with two pieces of small luggage so if you are on the 4/5/6 floor good luck walking up the stairs. If I had to do it again I would insist on a room on the first 3 floors. Also, the rooms are not very silent if you have noisy neighbors. Other than that an excellent stay within walking distance of Arc-du-Triumph

* Hotel well located in city's center, two blocks from L'Arc de Triomphe plaza which connects to Champs Elysee. Several good local restaurants in area for lunch and dinner. * We (couple) had a two-person room. It was a bit cramped, space approx. 12 x 12 feet with bathroom quadrant. A larger room would have been more comfortable. * Single elevator. Elevator floor space insufficient to carry two persons with full luggage. Multiple people trying to take elevator to lobby to check out at same time creates severe bottleneck. * Staff friendly. Hotel undergoing renovations, including new back patio garden and social area.

Conveniently located close to Arc de Triumph and 2 blocks away from Champ Elysee. Has a lot of restaurants in the area including a McDonalds that sells cappuccino and croissants! It has elevator for the top floors and our room has the veranda that we enjoyed so much! Will definitely use this on our next visit.

Un accueil sympathique alors qu’il était très tard , une chambre confortable et propre , un petit déjeuner buffet tout à fait satisfaisant, cet hôtel est un très bon choix pour une nuit de déplacement professionnel Seul l’ascenseur, lent et jamais disponible (utilisé également parle personnel au moment où tous les clients vont au petit déjeuner ou quittent l’hôtel …) est un vrai point noir quand la chambre est au 6ème étage !!

Ótima localização do hotel. Quarto pequeno, mas bem aconchegante. O elevador do hotel é minúsculo, o que torna demorado transitar pelo hotel. O café da manhã é bem simples e as comidas acabam rapidamente aos finais de semana. Não recomendo incluir o café da manhã na estadia.

The room was okay but it was annoying to hear the cleaners at 9am as the walls are so thin. Its stuffy in the room. The disappointment was the washroom. The sink and the toilet are basically ontop each other and waking up to a silverfish on the floor is gross.

Very well located and within just a few minutes walk to the arc de Triomphe, shopping on the Champs Élysées, and various local dining options. Room was impeccably clean, well appointed and staff we excellent. Would highly recommend as a 3* hotel.

Albergo molto grazioso a pochi passi dalla M1 Charles de Gaulle Étoile. La struttura ha degli spazi non molto ampi, ma si tratta un edificio antico quindi è abbastanza normale. Non abbiamo scelto la colazione visto che non sembrava all’altezza del prezzo, nei dintorni ci sono varie boulangerie dove fare una buona colazione. Tutto il personale molto accogliente gentile. Possibilità di lasciare le valige al check out e anche all’arrivo se è presto per il check in. Unico consiglio: fare un po’ più di attenzione alle pulizie della camera (es. Frigo). Molto pulita e di qualità la biancheria da letto e bagno.

We booked a junior suite with our two kids. Was a really nice large 2 room space - which separated us from our kids. Kids had a sofa bed and we had a large king. Check in staff very friendly. They kept our bags for us the next day before we went to the airport. Definitely recommend.

Great location and great price. Rooms were big enough for a family of 4. Our biggest issue is the internet was really bad so we have to buy data plans. Overall, I would recommend.

The hotel is a lovely small hotel in a wonderful location . The only thing that spoilt our stay was the noise every night until about 2am and then from 6am onwards in the room above. I have no idea what all the noise was but it sounded like someone constantly moving furniture , opening and closing drawers and being a little noisy in other ways . It was very hard to sleep.

The room was good but the ensuite small, virtually minimal leg room, mostly had to sit on an angle because the wall was too close, the location is great near the Arc de Triumph

Very close to everything. Staff are very nice and helpful. Only concern is that we were able to hear neighbor bathroom activities such as flushing, shower or flow of faucet water and the footsteps of the guest on the floor above us.

The place was in a good area. I was close to train station and the place wasn’t bad! My low rate for this was the fact that pay for two days and day number two… I had no A/C and it was so hot… I opened the window but it was so loud that it was impossible to sleep. I called the receptionist and his response was.. we will check it tomorrow… seriously??? No alternative to fix the situation??? So I asked do you have at least a fan???? And he was like ah ok yes. You can come downstairs and get it. So, went downstairs in my pjs to get a half fan so I can sleep with my daughter.. bad customer service. They didn’t apologize or give me a voucher or anything. Never again!

A great hotel in a great location only 2 minutes walk from the metro Charles le gaule etoille and near the Arc de Triomphe/Champs Elysee. The gentleman on reception was very welcoming and freindly. We arrived around 11 and left our luggage in the luggage room which was great and checked in later around 4.30. We had a junior suite which was very roomy, the beds were very comfy and memory foam pillows so had no trouble sleeping. Room was clean and cleaned daily throughout our stay if required. The room had a fridge so was good to stock up on a few supplies from a local shop about 5 minutes walk away and there was a really nice bakery on the corner. Theres also a mcdonalds and burger king right nearby and plenty of restaurants and cafes. Left our luggage on check out no problem and collected at 6pm as had a late flight. Airport about 50 minutes away on metro line rer a 2 stops to chatelet les halles then rer b to cdg airport. Would definately stay here again such a great location and friendly staff.

I stayed here 10 years ago with my family & the staff were extremely helpful then & they still are. They make the stay so much easier & enjoyable. They have also renovated which looks nice. The hotel is very clean. The breakfast smelled heavenly but we didn’t manage to make it. Next time!

The hotel itself was fine. The staff was not welcoming and outwardly rude. Requests made during the reservation were not met and when I asked them to complete the request (having two beds in one of the rooms), they were nothing but rude. Also, when one of the travelers in our group was feeling sick and asked when the room would be cleaned, the fronts desk clear snapped at her and said “it will be ready when it’s ready”. I do not recommend staying at this property.

Great location close to major transportation hub. Ideal if you want to take a train, subway or walk to your destinations. Great options for food nearby. Staff were very friendly and check-in/out was easy. Self serve laundry located 5 minutes away. I would book this hotel the next time we are in Paris!

The hotel in Paris was absolutely amazing. We were able to check in early and the front desk staff was exceptional. I had an issue with my luggage being delayed and every person did their best to help me with that issue.

The place was in a good area. I was close to train station and the place wasn’t bad! My low rate for this was the fact that pay for two days and day number two… I had no A/C and it was so hot… I opened the window but it was so loud that it was impossible to sleep. I called the receptionist and his response was.. we will check it tomorrow… seriously??? No alternative to fix the situation??? So I asked do you have at least a fan???? And he was like ah ok yes. You can come downstairs and get it. So, went downstairs in my pjs to get a half fan so I can sleep with my daughter.. bad customer service. They didn’t apologize or give me a voucher or anything. Never again!

A little gem located 2 blocks from the L’Arc de Triomphe and Metro. Restaurants and shopping are close by and the hotel staff are friendly and very helpful.

Very well located and within just a few minutes walk to the arc de Triomphe, shopping on the Champs Élysées, and various local dining options. Room was impeccably clean, well appointed and staff we excellent. Would highly recommend as a 3* hotel.

The hotel is very accessible to both the metro and the RER, just steps away from the Arc de Triomphe. The rooms are small but comfortable, and the breakfast was good. Dependable and comfortable hotel with a fantastic location. Just steps from the Arc de Triumph and Metro, the Magda is a good value. I have stayed here 4 times, and it continues to be a friendly and convenient place to stay. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is fit for the task, and the room has always been spotless. The breakfast is nice and a good value. Another great stay at the Magda!

Ótima localização do hotel. Quarto pequeno, mas bem aconchegante. O elevador do hotel é minúsculo, o que torna demorado transitar pelo hotel. O café da manhã é bem simples e as comidas acabam rapidamente aos finais de semana. Não recomendo incluir o café da manhã na estadia.

Hotel Magna is a charming hotel in a lovely neighborhood. The staff were outstanding and answered all our questions without any hesitation. The room was very clean and comfortable. We were in Paris during the heat wave and had no issues with the air conditioning at Hotel Magna. We recommend this hotel very highly and look forward to our next stay
