Room was big. We had deluxe room. It was a corner room so the windows opened...great for fresh air.the regular rooms do not have this.swimming pool is lovely. You book your slot but it was never busy. Family hours are from 9-11am. Robes in the room are used as there is no changing rooms. Drinks in the bar are a little expensive, 14 euro for ipa. But there are so many little eateries and bars nearby, it shouldnt be an issue. Free fuseball and tabletennis in the lobby. Great fun! 4 min walk to metro which stops at chatelet..v central. Overall, i would stay here agaiin without hesitation.

The overall stay was pleasant, staff are helpful and welcoming. However, a few things had disappointed us. Firstly, they have chromecast in the bedrooms, it worked the first half of our stay then all of a sudden one evening it was not there anymore and after consulting with the front desk, they sent a technician up who had a look but couldn’t fix it. The matter was just left unresolved and we didn’t bother with the tv for our last 3 nights. We did have to request more than once for extra towels as they did not get sent up after asking the first time. There was also a situation where the cleaner had taken our robes but didn’t replace them and we again had to request twice for these which delayed our pool time. In the spa area, on the first day the Hammam was not on and we had to find someone who could turn it on and we didn’t use it this day as it wasn’t hot enough due to being off all morning. The hammam was fine for the rest of the trip but then the sauna was out of service with the door being off the hinges so we were unable to use this for most of our stay. The pool is nice, warm and of a good size. We enjoyed the breakfast however there was no halal meat/chicken option or alternatives for these so we stuck with eggs pastries the whole stay. Upon arriving, I was asked to pay a €450 deposit for room charges which I did not pay as I was told prior to my stay that it would be €150 so after a bit of back and forth agreed that I would only pay €150. We have enjoyed our stay at Pullman Bercy. The pool, sauna and steam room were really great. My daughter enjoyed playing pink pong in the lobby. We walked to Bercy Village every night for dinner and shopping. The park is very close as well.

Beautiful and modern hotel with spacious rooms with modern facilities like USB-A and USB-C charging points. The bathroom of room 202 was a bit cramped. Breakfast costs 30 euros per person, which is pretty expensive, but kids up to 12 are free. Parking costs about 32 euros per night in the parking garage across the street.

Firsty, on arrival we had to pay 300 Euros. The reason we chose this property was because it didn't detail anywhere about any deposit. Like so many of the other hotels. So be aware of this! The good bits..... Amazing breakfast, lots of choice and open between 6.30am and 11am. The staff were polite. A lot of the staff spoke English. A beautiful terrace that you could sit out on. A great swimming pool, facilities and right next to Bercy Village. It is also a three minute walk to the Metro station Cour Saint-Emilion. So really easy to get into the centre of Paris. A very nice, safe area with lots of cafes and eating places. The annoying bits..... Well having to pay a 300 Euro deposit without being made aware of this! The staff were polite, however, when I asked for a new hairdryer (the one in our room was broken) one never appeared. We were there for 5 nights. I also asked for a jug of water and we never received this either. So the staff aren't very good when you ask for things. The hotel is a bit run down. Though the bathrooms are beautiful and well equipped. Very expensive if you purchase any food or drinks. Although having a drink on their beautiful terrace is worth it! Not a lot of food choice either. Hotel isn't as lovely as the pictures. Big hotel. It could be better! But a reasonable stay in a decent, Parisian area.

Bei Reservierung der Zimmer für meine Familie habe ich darum gebeten, dass diese nebeneinander liegen. Dies wurde mir vom Hotel per Email bestätigt. Bei Ankunft waren keine 2 Zimmer in der Nähe frei. Man hat mich daraufhin gefragt, ob ich eine Badewanne benötige. Als ich dies verneint habe, habe ich ein nahes Zimmer erhalten. Es hat sich allerdings um ein Behindertenzimmer gehandelt, das nicht dem Standard entsprochen hat, den ich gebucht habe. Für den Preis erwarte ich keine Dusche mit Plastikvorhang.... Als ich mich darüber beschwert habe, war kein weiteres Zimmer in der 4. Etage fertig. Ich konnte also bis 15 Uhr nicht einchecken. Als wir dann abends in das Zimmer gekommen sind, hat sich herausgestellt, dass eine Verbindungstür zu einem weiteren Zimmer vorhanden war, das eine andere Familie bewohnt hat. Es ist mir unverständlch, warum wir diese beiden Zimmer als Familie nicht erhalten haben. Da die Verbindungstür nicht gut isoliert ist, war es nachts sehr laut (Hundegebell und tobende Kinder), so dass wir aufgewacht sind. Am 3. Tag sind wir abends ins Hotel zurückgekommen und haben festgestellt, dass unser Zimmer nicht gemacht war. Wir wollten uns etwas ausruhen, duschen und Essen gehen, stattdessen haben wir 45 Mintuten warten müssen, bis unser Zimmer fertig war. Sehr ärgerlich! Da wir enttäuscht waren, wollte bei Abreise ein Vorgesetzter mit uns reden. Auch das hat nicht geklappt! Wir haben ausgecheckt und niemand hat ein Wort über den schlechten Service verloren.

I absolutely loved staying here! The staff was so friendly and helpful during the entire stay. I appreciated greatly after our 14 hour flight - we had tried to opt for an early check in online and I guess it just didn’t get through on Expedia. When we arrived at the hotel the front desk made sure our room would be given priority to being cleaned and we were able to check in earlier than the designated check in time, which was much appreciated because we were exhausted! I loved how we got daily water refills. The room was clean. Only downsides were waiting for the elevators / elevators or them being out of service. All in all would stay here again, location was a bit far due to Ubers but maybe next time will take the transit.

Le service client se perd même et surtout dans les hôtels haut de gamme…. Accueil condescendant car notre carte bleue pro avait atteint son plafond et qu’il a fallu augmenter le plafond de la perso avant de pouvoir laisser une empreinte bancaire. Voiturier attendu 20 minutes Paiement des chambres débités alors que payees en ligne et il faudra huit jours pour être remboursés Une honte !!!!

Amazing location! Loved Bercy Village a 5 min walk to dozens of restaurants and a Carrefour Market, plus an excellent Boulangerie where we got pasteries and breakfast almost every day for amazing prices. The pool, the amenities everything was amazing and the staff, probably the most helpful during our entire trip. And right next to Metro! This is where I’d go back to every time,

Loved this place. Safe, quiet, and convenient. By metro (one minute walk from the hotel), the Lourve was 20 min and Eiffel Tower 30 min. Very easy to go (just one transfer needed). Bercy village is so adorable with lots of yummy places to eat. My kids haven’t stopped talking about Bercy village. Room is clean, pillows were perfect (firm), shower pressure was amazing. Only complaint was even with AC, the room felt warm at night. I would have loved to have been a little closer to all the action of Paris, but for the price, this was a happy compromise.

Já fiquei nesse hotel duas vezes e não tenho o que reclamar! Café da manhã muito muito bom (arrisco a dizer que é o melhor café da manhã de hotel que já vi), quarto amplo com cama confortável, banheiro amplo e com água boa; sobre a localização, o hotel fica a poucos metros de uma estação de metro, de um mercado e de uma especie de shopping a ceu aberto com várias lojas (fnac, sephora, popmart, levis e etc) e de restaurantes! Sem falar que fica a uma estação da Gare de Lyon, muito bom para quem vai de trem para outros paises da europa!

Location was great as our office was 2 minutes away and the staff was awesome. Otherwise the hotel is 30 minutes away from the Notre Dame, but there’s an easy access to metro’s and food shops and restaurant area just across the street, which was perfect! Breakfast buffet had fresh fruit, pastries, and even a make-your-own omelet station. Great way to start the day! Only downside was the wall to wall carpet, and the rooms (we had a superior) are a bit outdated.
