The executive room for a family of 3 is decent for Paris standard. (Queen bed and twin pullout). I was worried to stay here since there weren’t any recent reviews, but I’m glad we took a chance. Clean and recently remodeled room and hotel property. The surrounding area is quiet and we felt safe walking. A block away from metro station and a lot restaurants nearby, but they don’t open early on Sunday. Maybe get the hotel breakfast if staying here. (Can’t review since we didn’t have their breakfast) For our room, 3 carry-ons, backpacks & 1 big luggage barely fit, but we all fit in the elevator-lift. The room had nice working AC, tub, safe, balcony, coffee maker, percolator, and several electrical outlets for devices. As for staff, check-in lady can be a little bit more welcoming to the guest. Luckily, the checkout lady was a lot friendlier.

Room advertised as 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed. It is not . It has queen bed and pull out sofa. A bit misleading . Also parking was supposed to be reserved up front but no option given. Luckily your front desk girl was helpful and got me spot

I arrived at before 9am with friendly front desk explaining about the check-in time and allowing me to pack and leave my luggage with them. I like that they have lift, the room is clean including the kettle. Nice experience. The only thing is not sound proof..i can hear footsteps from neighbouring room returning. Is not a main concern though.

The property does supply on-site parking but the parking garage does not have stairs or elevator, so you have to walk up the ramp that you drove down. The A/C was not in one of our rooms and the temperature is controlled at the front desk. At night the A/C cuts off or gets hotter through out the night. The television was not working. Overall would not recommend to people who enjoy air condition and comfort.

Incredible staff, Duarte in particular. He went above and beyond making sure we were comfortable. The lift was sadly out of order but Duarte and the team were helpful with storing the pram, ensuring we had rooms lower than planned and helping carry luggage. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will be using again when we return next year!

Nice room, very clean, all staff were very friendly and helpful. very comfy bed and powerful shower. continental breakfast was great. the only reason for 4 star was that it wasnt as big as we would have liked, but other than that no issues.

Location is very good, restaurants and shopping place all distance,nice and clean area, hotel service people are friendly, but the clean is not good, we stay for a week, it’s all dust everywhere in the room, towel desk, locker, refrigerator , TV control , no matter what price is the hotel should not be see all the dust . But all in all, for the location is good.

Little bit dissapointed about the room. The floor of the room has a small ramp so everything is a bit tilting to one side, so the bed too.. sleeping was therefore not confortable because of the feeling of rolling out of the bed. All the rest was fine from safety to service etc..

Não demos muita sorte com o quarto que ficamos. Foi no último andar, o teto muito baixo e o quarto bem pequeno. A sensação de estar no quarto era ruim. Talvez em outras acomodações a experiência poderia ter sido diferente. A localização do hotel era ótima! Próximo a estações do metrô o que permitia fácil acesso aos pontos turísticos. Nossa estadia foi bem curta, então não utilizamos muito o atendimento de recepção e nem café da manhã.

The front staff were extremely friendly, the room was amazing- very comfortable bed, amazing pillows. The location was perfect- close to the metro, close to bakeries and restaurants. Close to Champs d’Elysee, walking distance to Jardin Tuilerie. Honestly, couldn’t ask for a better stay for our first nights in Paris to explore.

Loved the courtyard view we had from room. Peaceful nights sleep. Bed was very comfortable. Decor of the hotel. Unless you asked the person on reception, you were given no info like where to find a taxi or nearest and recommended places to eat, or procedure if you wanted breakfast. When we checked out early morning 6.30am no one on reception, we waited awhile then the lady getting breakfasts ready had to go find someone as we had to pay our final bill and hand keys over whilst the taxi was waiting outside for us.

Unfortunately I was stolen over there. Somebody open the safe and take an important amount of money. I told people work there and offer to me review the cameras but nobody said nothing … it was so sad and terrible .

Only real issue was that our room was not ready on time. Check in was 2pm and got into our room around 2:40pm normally wouldn’t be a big deal but we traveled all night so it was annoying. They did offer us free breakfast to make up for it which we did. All was amazing after that!

El problema que tuvimos fue, que al momento de la limpieza del cuarto 502. Donde estaban hospedadas mis hermanas y mi madre. El mismo personal de limpieza sustrajo y robó el monto de 120 euros de la caja fuerte personal de mi hermana , y como es obvio, el hotel jamás se hizo responsable. Deberían tener más cuidado con las personas que contratan. Y para los próximos huéspedes. Tengan mucho cuidado con sus pertenencias. No se confíen del personal de limpieza de este hotel.

Posizionato in modo strategico, può essere il luogo ideale di partenza per visitare i luoghi principali di Parigi usando sia la metropolitana, le deche dista circa 250mt, che, per coloro che non hanno fretta, passeggiando per le vie di Parigi visto che in 40 minuti si può raggiungere sia il Louvre che la Torre Effeil.
