Close to everything! Chef is incredibly talented all pastry, crepes, compost, desserts, pudding, vegetables, egg… you get the drift. Fantastic front desk staff friendly and helpful. Note there is no shuttle to/from airport. They will however reserve a cab for trip to the airport. The bed is really hard and the pillows suck. Still loved it though.

El hotel está ubicado en una zona de vida nocturna a una cuadra del Moulin Rouge, otros cabarets, cines y tiendas para adultos… hay restaurantes alrededor. Es fácil movilizarse la estación del metro que prácticamente te lleva a todos lados está literal en la esquina a pocos metros. Mi habitación está bien de tamaño, la caja fuerte no servia, la puerta del baño se trababa y la ducha no tenía puerta o cortina… cada vez que nos bañábamos se hacía una piscina el baño (todo un desastre) lo que podía causar una caída por un resbalón. De ahí la atención del hotel muy bien, la gente atenta, el desayuno muy bien, las instalaciones lo justo y suficiente para cumplir el objetivo de hospedarse.

Staff were great, nice and friendly! The bed was big and comfortable and the fridge in the room was a bonus. The bathroom was OK but the shower temperature was very temperamental, would go hot and cold without touching. For this reason I wasn’t able to have a shower to wash my hair as too uncomfortable to get cold in Jan, hence the 3 stars.

Quarto ótimo com duas grandes janelas e vista pra rua. Frigobar não funcionava. Reclamei duas vezes e ninguém consertou nem ofereceu trocar de quarto. Ar condicionado desligava de madrugada e eu acordava toda suada. Colchão não era bom, tinha uns relevos nele talvez devido ao uso excessivo. Banheiro era ok. Localização muito boa. A 50 passos do metrô Pigalle. Funcionários cordiais.

Considering its central location in Paris and good standard of accommodation, this hotel is good value, probably the best I have experienced in Paris. Across the road from a Metro station giving access to anywhere in the city, with a very convenient mini market next door and easy walking distance of the Sacre Coeur area, in a bustling area of town, we enjoyed our stay. Also just 10 euros for a taxi from Gare du Nord. The rooms are small but space is always at a premium in Paris. The bed is comfortable, the shower is good and the room has a mini bar that although not stocked is very handy for milk, beer, wine etc bought from the mini market. The room overlooks the Boulevard de Clichy which is lively but the sound proofing on the wondows is good. The area is of course full of sex shops and establishments but they caused no problems to us and the huge cemetery at Montmartre where many of France's great and good are interred,on the other side of the Moulin Rouge, is worth a visit. But the area around Sacre Coeur is the best area to enjoy, with some lovely bistros, magnificent architecture and superb views across the city. I'll be booking this hotel next time I go to Paris

Der var ikke langt til spisesteder og underholdning, særligt om aftenen var der livligt og festligt, men ikke noget der generede nattesøvnen. Værelset var ret smalt, og man skulle kante sig forbi sengen. Der var køleskab og safeboks (uden mer betaling) og hver aften kom personalet med hjemmebagte madelainekager. Døren til toilettet var en skydedør, som i siderne gabte 5 cm., så der var ikke meget privatliv, når man var på toilettet. På værelset var en vandflaske, som man frit kunne fylde med drikkevand fra en automat. Personalet var hjælpsomme og imødekommende. Alt i alt et dejligt ophold.

Empty minibar, and absolutely miniscule room... no real closet. There IS a closet, but it is already filled up with ironing gear, so no real place to hang your clothes and no real place to put an open suitecase other than on the bed...

Muy amables. Están remodelando algunas secciones del hotel pero no se percibe ruido ni molestias. Las habitaciones pueden ser pequeñas respecto a otros hoteles pero son cómodas y favorecen el descanso. Aunque hay animada vida nocturna en los alrededores y nuestra habitación daba a la avenida, no se escuchaba ruido. La cortesía nocturna fue un detalle muy grato.

Firstly, I would like to thank the staff at the hotel who were always polite and made us feel welcomed. The facilities of the hotel were average. The room we stayed in was clean but slightly smaller than expected. As the hotel is situated on the main road, there was noise pollution and anti-social behaviour coming from the street all night long. We were not able to do anything about this. There are loads of things to do near the area; there are loads of bakeries, restaurants and the Moulin Rouge is located 3-4minutes walking distance from the hotel. My favourite street was Rue des Martyrs which also would lead you to Montmartre and eventually to Sacre Coeur. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

Kostenfreier Wasserspender Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen und haben uns sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. It was our daughter's birthday and they left a printed note and a lovely selection of macarons for her on her birthday ❤️. Very clean Hotel and breakfast had a nice selection (continental & cooked) of options available.

Antigo hotel Ibis que foi repaginado para a marca Mercure: quarto minúsculo embora bem cuidado. Banheiro do primeiro quarto em que ficamos tinha uma porta de correr o que não dava total privacidade. O banho era uma aventura titânica pois molhava o banheiro inteiro. Na última noite tivemos que mudar de quarto por causa de uma pane elétrica. No novo quarto, com maior área, o banheiro já tinha mais espaço e privacidade, embora o banho ainda fosse uma aventura a parte. Café da manhã bom e staff atencioso para os padrões parisienses.

The Mercure Paris 9 Pigalle Sacre-Coeur was a winderful hotel and experience. The staff was courteous, kind, professional, and helpful. The property was excellent with amazing views. The two rooms were perfect for my family of five. The only surprise for us were the number of adult stores and gentlemens clubs on the same street.We never felt unsafe, but it was awkward with kids. This is a great hotel!

The bed is comfortable, the shower is good and the room has a mini bar that although not stocked is very handy for milk, beer, wine etc bought from the mini market. The room overlooks the Boulevard de Clichy which is lively but the sound proofing on the wondows is good. The area is of course full of sex shops and establishments but they caused no problems to us and the huge cemetery at Montmartre where many of France's great and good are interred,on the other side of the Moulin Rouge, is worth a visit. But the area around Sacre Coeur is the best area to enjoy, with some lovely bistros, magnificent architecture and superb views across the city. I'll be booking this hotel next time I go to Paris

Empty minibar, and absolutely miniscule room... no real closet. There IS a closet, but it is already filled up with ironing gear, so no real place to hang your clothes and no real place to put an open suitecase other than on the bed...

Antigo hotel Ibis que foi repaginado para a marca Mercure: quarto minúsculo embora bem cuidado. Banheiro do primeiro quarto em que ficamos tinha uma porta de correr o que não dava total privacidade. O banho era uma aventura titânica pois molhava o banheiro inteiro. Na última noite tivemos que mudar de quarto por causa de uma pane elétrica. No novo quarto, com maior área, o banheiro já tinha mais espaço e privacidade, embora o banho ainda fosse uma aventura a parte. Café da manhã bom e staff atencioso para os padrões parisienses.

Das Zimmer war leider extrem klein. Wir hatten kaum Platz für unsere Koffer und konnten uns kaum noch bewegen. Selbst für Pariser Verhältnisse unerwartet klein. Die Umgebung ist toll. Unzählige gute Restaurants und Bars. Flussläufig zum sacre coeur.

I booked a superior room hoping for an upgraded room from a standard classic room. The room was small and had no view. It was quite disappointing unfortunately. You had to squeeze past the bed to get to the other side of the room. I wish I had upgraded to a privileged room. The bed was large and comfortable and the shower hot. Service from the staff was good. We didn’t have breakfast booked so can’t comment on that. Perfect location for the Moulin Rouge and Monmartre but you are smack bang in the middle of the red light district. (So maybe not appropriate for children)

Staff were great, nice and friendly! The bed was big and comfortable and the fridge in the room was a bonus. The bathroom was OK but the shower temperature was very temperamental, would go hot and cold without touching. For this reason I wasn’t able to have a shower to wash my hair as too uncomfortable to get cold in Jan, hence the 3 stars.

The Mercure Paris 9 Pigalle Sacre-Coeur was a winderful hotel and experience. The staff was courteous, kind, professional, and helpful. The property was excellent with amazing views. The two rooms were perfect for my family of five. The only surprise for us were the number of adult stores and gentlemens clubs on the same street.We never felt unsafe, but it was awkward with kids. Sadly this hotel has three things working against it: 1) the staff hardly speak English and when you do have an issue they may speak to you loudly while other people are around. I often couldn't get across what we needed, etc 2) it's severely understaffed. There was only a receptioninst in the evenings who often didn't have access to stuff from the cleaning room, like hangers, etc. This is across the whole hotel. One employee. 3) It's in the middle of a dirty sex district. We came with a 5 year old and I kept having to divert her attention from the two window displays on either side of the entrance which featured lingerie and sex toys.

Embora eu tivesse solicitado, me colocaram em um quarto adaptado para PCD, com isso o banheiro não tinha BOX e todo dia que tomava banho era um filme de terror, tudo molhado e sujava com facilidade, no dia seguinte o quarto era limpo, mas foi um inconveniente extremamente ruim. Sinalizando também que a recepcionista que estava no dia 07/10 pela manhã, foi rude ao tentar explicar essa situação do banheiro. Poderia ser mais simpática em vista de que trabalha com atendimento ao público. No geral, a localização é ótima e é confortável.

The hotel is centrally located in Montmartre across from the Subway. Lots of great dining options nearby. The staff was great! They checked us in early and gave me the Balcony room! If you want an affordable, nice, air conditioned place to stay in Paris, this is it.

Firstly, I would like to thank the staff at the hotel who were always polite and made us feel welcomed. The facilities of the hotel were average. The room we stayed in was clean but slightly smaller than expected. As the hotel is situated on the main road, there was noise pollution and anti-social behaviour coming from the street all night long. We were not able to do anything about this. There are loads of things to do near the area; there are loads of bakeries, restaurants and the Moulin Rouge is located 3-4minutes walking distance from the hotel. My favourite street was Rue des Martyrs which also would lead you to Montmartre and eventually to Sacre Coeur. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

Close to everything! Chef is incredibly talented all pastry, crepes, compost, desserts, pudding, vegetables, egg… you get the drift. Fantastic front desk staff friendly and helpful. Note there is no shuttle to/from airport. They will however reserve a cab for trip to the airport. The bed is really hard and the pillows suck. Still loved it though.

Looks small on outside but the rooms are a good size. Could not get ac to turn on. The showers don't have doors so water was all over the floor. Room service came in and did some cleaning even though we asked them not to come in. Not cool. But the breakfast buffet was great!

Very pleasant hotel and room. Clean and with a nice view. Most of the French have difficulty with English and so do the staff, but we managed to get along. During breakfast, the hotel should provide a little more staff, one person is not enough to take care of everything. Could be a more diverse choice at breakfast
