L’ascenseur était en panne tout le long du séjour… Le standing de l’hôtel devrait être revu. Il s’agit plutôt d’un bon hôtel 3 étoiles plus que 4 étoiles. Chambre trop petite.

this hotel was nice for a short stay in paris, but a little out of the main area where all the action is. the hotel was nice and the AC was welcomed after long days outside. i personally thought the room was a little tight and i was just one person so you might want to keep that in mind if you are traveling as a pair.

Very nice and chic interior, nice ventilation with AC, and cute juliet balcony. Staff were very nice and polite. They offer breakfast buffet lots of options. I would stay here again. My only issue was the bathroom sliding door squeaking.

Le site booking annonce que l’hôtel a un parking : une fois réservé et payé on m’apprend que c’était faux l’hôtel n’a pas de parking !!! Débrouillez vous …. La lampe de chevet ne fonctionne pas : normal on doit la changer c’est un projet en cours ….. le porte bagage est cassé du coup il penche de 30 degré ! Pratique non ? Pas d’insonorisation digne d’un 4 étoile : 2 nuits à être réveillé par des cris dans la rue. Pratique car à 2 pas du moulin rouge quand même

This hotel is in a great location and the staff was very friendly and helpful. There is no air conditioning and the place could use a little bit of repair. The walls were scuffed, carpet coming up and the front doors were broken and shattered and wouldn’t close, which caused concern for security issues. It was a bit overpriced if I am being honest for what was offered. If they updated theses things I would consider staying again. It is honestly probably a 3 star hotel. The photos online are a bit photoshopped to make it appear nicer.

Staff are very welcoming! Gave a 3 star for cleanliness. The room is very small and initially the room did not look and feel clean; especially the toilet. Urine marks/stains were visible underneath the seat. Other than that our stay was quiet and we felt safe.

Cleaning supplies were always sitting right by the elevator every day/morning. Garbage left in the hallway on the room floor often. Not a big deal but the window in our room was dirty. Make up face print from previous guest! Little things to improve, otherwise this property was in a great area.

Front desk people very nice, the housekeeping needs to improved.. I have to requested to clean better, another day I have to request body shampoo at the front desk, also after the 1st day was no more tea bags… we went to the front desk … they told us it suppose to be replaced daily , also another day I have to request hand soup at the front desk because we run out…

Lovely boutique hotel, good size room for a city centre. Busy area, but nice and quiet inside your room. Not far from bars and restaurants. Metro link not to far away either. Hotel very clean, all staff friendly and helpful

Never felt to write a review until I came across this place. I won’t be staying here again. Lovely decor however basic items I would expect to find for the price include: slippers? Robes? Free beverage? A clean sink with no blockages? Sink tap was also a bit tired.

We stayed for one night. The location is great. Easy walking distance to the metro and easy to explore Paris from this location. We did the Louvre, Notre D, Champs elysee, arc du T and eifel tower in a day with 2 children. The hotel room itself was not clean. It smelt old and musty. Not at all fresh. The room was cold amd this impacted my sleep. Definitely not worth thebprice you pay to stay here. Staff were generally polite espscially the lady at breakfast.

The hotel was lovely, big room in the suite for 3 of us, the room was decorated very lovely & the toiletries wonderful being clarins. Hotel is in easy walking distance to the Opera House, shopping & Montmartre which was beautiful. Close to transport & tourist areas, was easy to walk.

Internet so bad it may not even exist. Only seems to work in lobby. Tiny room even by Paris standards. Broken bar fridge not fixed for duration of stay. One towel a day! Definitely not a four star hotel.

check in was a disaster. not a very personable person at the front desk. told us that we should leave the hotel card at front desk before stepping out. said it was for security incase \ we lose the card. not heard that before in any hotel. we are not 5 years olds. secondly, he said the taxi is going to be 96 euros to go to airport. its only 70 euros everywhere else. and wanted a 32 euro deposit. goodness sake we are hotel guests not some randos off the street. daylight roberry isnt it? On the positive side the rooms were clean and well maintained even though the windows had no sound proofing and could not get any sleep due to street noises thru 2am. good place to stay as a single/couple after a night of drinking (a must).

Okay but want to mention the following: Our room was tiny, we were given room 112 which should have been for single occupancy, not for a couple. It was so tightly compact you couldn’t even open the wardrobe doors fully as the bed was too long for the room, very claustrophobic. However, bed was comfy and shower was very good pressure, also good location.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel in an excellent location. Rooms were recently renovated and are delightful. Our room had a Juliet balcony which looked onto the street, which is full of lovely old buildings.

Cute little boutique hotel, relatively good value for money. Staff very unfriendly and not welcoming at all, really bad first impression and not very accommodating. Room itself was nice and clean and in good location for exploring lots of areas of Paris especially Monmarte.

The hotel was nice, but we were unable to check in until 4:15pm. We travelled with kids, so we were hoping to checkin at 3pm, which was communicated. Also, we had to leave early to catch a flight (630am) and we couldn’t open the door to leave the hotel, as there was no one at the front desk. We missed our Uber and absorbed late fees. This in my opinion is a safety issue as all guests should be able to leave the hotel freely without a front desk worker opening the door from the inside ( at any hour they may choose).

During the previous days before my check-in , I noticed that nightly rates had decreased by 1/2. I contacted the property (I did a reserve pay at the hotel reservation) to enquire a price decrease. When I arrived at the hotel, the girl at the front desk, charged us for the adjusted rate and of course, I was very happy. Little did I know that upon checking out, they insisted on me paying the balance. There was a gentleman that would not listen to us. Pay or else kinda of person. I travel a lot! I would not recommend this hotel to anybody due to the lack of customer service!!!

Great spot for exploring Paris. Stayed in a family suite with our family of 4 and it worked out great. Felt safe walking at night and central to metro stops and food for exploring.

Veldig hyggelige ansatte, fine rom, stille og rolig. Kort vei å gå til alt eller ta metro. Det eneste negative var litt møkkete gater med mye søppel og en del tvilsomme personer som gjorde det litt skummelt å gå på kveldene.

This boutique hotel is clean and quiet. Our room was large enough for the three of us (a couple and a teen) though it’s not huge we managed just fine. The hotel is about 5 minute walk from Pigalle metro station, and an uphill but convenient walk to Sacré Coeur. We also walked easily to the shopping area at Galeries Lafayette and the cinema (tip: American/British films are generally shown in English with French subtitles). The area is quite convenient for sightseeing and we were pleased with the hotel.

The room was clean and well decorated. I explicitly booked a room on this website with one double bed and two single beds. The room they gave us had one double bed and a sleeper sofa. This meant my teenaged son and daughter had to share a bed. I told the hotel staff and showed them my reservation which showed the bed configuration. They said they didn't have any rooms with that bed configuration. Then they charged me extra for my daughter, who they said was an adult. She is 17, but I put that in the website when I made my booking and it had anyone through age 17 as a minor. We were exhausted and jetlagged and I had no energy to argue these points. We accepted the room. I would not book with this hotel again and am frankly reluctant to book through Expedia again. One last thing is that this hotel seems to be a in a very seedy area. We laughed it off, as we had no choice, but I wouldn't have booked a hotel in this neighborhood had I known.

Kan varmt anbefale hotellet, hvad enten det er til familie, par eller single. Ligger et roligt sted med lokale butikker, tæt på metro og ingen larm. Der er en skøn atmosfære på Hotellet. De er meget smilende og hjælpsomme. Morgenmaden var fantastisk. Jeg kommer helt sikkert tilbage til dette Hotel, næste gang turen går til Paris.

Excellent stay! The room was clean and the staff was friendly. We paid extra for the breakfast and it was delicious. The property is near many public transportation options and there are shops/grocery stores nearby. The room was very tiny, which is typical in Paris, but functional. Overall, I would recommend this place!

We stayed for one night en route to Switzerland. A little late checking in but the staff was friendly and helpful. Room was generally clean, well decorated and comfortable with a nice view, the rug had some coffee stains. We booked breakfast which was fine for the family although not many options for dairy allergy/vegan other than fruit, bread/jam. It was a pleasant hotel in a good location.

Very nice and chic interior, nice ventilation with AC, and cute juliet balcony. Staff were very nice and polite. They offer breakfast buffet lots of options. I would stay here again. My only issue was the bathroom sliding door squeaking.

As a New Yorker, I was impressed with the size of the room/bathroom. Booked this room for 1 night very last minute. I didn’t do much research. Pleasantly surprised the bed was comfortable and bathroom very big for European standards. I arrived around 12pm room wasn’t ready. They offered to keep my bags. I used the toilet in the lobby which wasn’t cleaned at the time (12pm). I was disappointed. Staff didn’t give me any information upon check in either. I had to call for WiFi information. Room was stocked with minibar and waters on the table but prices were not present. I assumed the water left on desk would've had a price noted but it didn't. Overall I would book this Hôtel again. Train was about a 5 min walk.

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. It was my birthday during my stay and I got a free room upgrade - very unexpected and a lovely touch. The hotel is very conveniently located - just a 5/10 minute walk from The Sacre Ceur and The Moulin Roug. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. I’d definitely stay here again.
